The work also includes the satisfaction survey of current customers. Finally, the work presents suggestions to improve the current situation, attract new customers and increase sales.

This diploma thesis deals with measuring of customer satisfaction in Brewery Company Zubr, Inc. On the basis of marketing research, the data are processed using Microsoft Excel and subsequently evaluated. The result is an interpretation of proposals and recommendations aimed at improving customer satisfaction Brewery Zubr, Inc. Theoretical part describes the whole process of marketing research. Furthermore are outlined the problems of methodology for measuring customer satisfaction and briefly described the marketing environment. In the practical part of this thesis was designed questionnaire of customer satisfaction. The output of this questionnaire was the information on which the proposal was recommended for improve customer satisfaction.

This diploma work deals with marketing research of customer satisfaction of distributive company FPO s.r.o. with product solution of mother company GORDIC spol. s r.o. The work is closely focused on methods and methodology of marketing research ands justifies chosen research plan and methods determined to effective achievement of set goals. These methods are consequently used to analyse contemporary situation of enterprise and actual state of company customer satisfaction. The outcome of the work is above of others exposure of links among adjustment of marketing mix, actual customer satisfaction and company ability to be one step ahead of competitors. The goal of the work is to propose such measurements, which are going to lead to increase in customer satisfaction and improvements in company market position.

The main task of my bachelor{\crq}s thesis has been to make an analysis of marketing tools in a chosen retail. And suggest any improvements based on obtained information. Required information has been gained in Quelle clothing retail, which is located in Jemnice town. The second task of this bachelor{\crq}s thesis has been an analysis of utilization of marketing tools state in fifty retail subjects. I{\crq}ve carried out this analysis by interviews in Jemnice town and its surroundings. I{\crq}ve processed results into coding format from which the graphs, has been created.
Analysis of tourism services in the region Novohradsko

Project analyses services of Tourism area of Novohradske mountains and Novohradske foothills and completly characterize potencial of Tourism in this location, through some analysis. Concretely is here used situational analysis, STEP analysis, destination demand analysis and analysis of competitive advantage. Than it was estabilished analysis of Tourism services (basic and supplementary services). The point of project was proposition of product portfolio and marketing mix of destination which was coming out of these analasys and field survey (form of questionnaire). It was putting the accent on frame of view on progression and propagation of destination. Through hypotheses were solved classification of Tourism services and traffic or tourist notation seen tourists eyes.
