Apartment building

The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a process of documentation of implementation of building an apartment house in Brno – cadastre unit Maloměřice. The thesis mainly concerns a detached building with partial basement. This is three-storey building with basement. In my proposal, the object consists of seven dwelling unit total, from which one flat was designed for accessible usage. Structural system of the building was solved by using clay blocks, whereas the basement external walls were created by permanent formwork blocks. The floor structure was made from cast-in-place reinforced slabs. The object is roofed with a warm flat roof.
The house with the day care

My diploma thesis occupies with project documentation for building of house with the day care, with conformity of legal regulation and technical standards. My work solves the buildings dispositions with proposal of right construction system and supporting system with using right materials, important for me was the integration into near built-up area on the periphery of town. My diploma thesis evaluates the building from the point of view of building physics. It verifies warm-technical and sound-isolating properties of constructions, from the suggested materials and it verifies the materials with standards values.
Kindergarten

This diploma thesis is exploring the plan for the construction of kindergarten in the city of Velíková. The kindergarten is located in the north part of the properties with numbers 528/1 and 63. It is a two-floor building with partial basement. The building is designed for three classes with the total number of pupils being 54. In the western part of the property a car park is designed with 18 parking spaces in total. From the layout perspective, on the first floor, there are two classes and a utility rooms for the employees. All rooms have a separate entrance, so that there is no obstruction or interference. On the second floor, there is one class and a school staffroom situated. There are storage and a technical facility located in the cellar. The building’s supporting system is made from sand-lime bricks. Reinforced concrete panels Spiroll create the roof construction. The diploma thesis contains project documentation for construction work.
Hotel Skalka

The aim of the diploma thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of accommodation building in buld-up area in the town Nový Jičín. It is three-star hotel with three above-ground floors with partial basement. Visitors can be accommodated in 4 single rooms, 12 twin rooms and 7 suites. One single room is accessible. Visitors can also use restaurant services. The construction system is designed as masonry Porotherm system. The building is covered with a flat roof. Facade is insulated with a ventilated facade insulation system. Part of the project documentation is also a basic assessment of the building in terms of building physics. Hotel is designed as nearly zero energy building.

This bachelor thesis deals with design of project documentation for construction implemetation of four storey apartment building with partial basement and cafe in Brno. The cafe is accessible from ground floor and it has separate entrance from living area. In basement are designed basement compartments and utility rooms. Most of the space in ground floor is cafe, other areas include basement compartments, bike room and cleaning room. On the first, second and third floor are on each floor two 2 bedroom flats with different layout. This building is designed in accordance with master zoning plan of the City of Brno. Its shape and appearance is designed to fit in the surrounding area.

Bachelor thesis deals with documentation for the execution of the construction of new building apartment house in Pelhřimov. It is the house with two above-ground floors with partial basement. The apartment building has five flats. Every flat has one cellar in basement. The loadbearing masonry is designed from clay bricks POTOTHERM with contact thermal insulaton system. The objekt is roofed with a flat roof with a pea gravel.
Two-generation family house with a yoga hall

The subject of this thesis is the design of a two-generation family house with an establishment. The building is located in Tábor in the cadastral area of Čekanice u Tábora. The building is a two-storey with a partly basement, from a masonry construction system made of sand-lime shaped pieces and in the underground part made of permanent formwork. The roof is from a wooden truss system consisting of 3 saddle roofs and one separate gable roof. Ceiling construction, staircase construction and girders are made from prefabricated components. It consists 2 main ships, connecting part and facilities for the establishment. The yoga room is suitable for people with reduced mobility. There are 2 dwelling units in the building.

The aim of this bachelor thesis is processing of the design documentation for the construction of an apartment building. This apartment building is located in Zlín in the local part Prštné. In the building there are three above-ground floor with a partial basement. Structural system is transversal wall. The foundation construction is designed on the foundation strips. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed cast-in-place reinforced concrete with fix into the loadbearing transversal walls. The roof is flat with washed river aggregates loading layer. The floor constructions are designed heavy, floating. The thermal insulation of the facade is designed of graphite expanded polystyrene in an ETICS certified system.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the design of a home for the elderly, a home with a special regime in the form of project documentation for the construction. The house is designed as stand-alone and wheelchair accessible. The building is partly basement, with four above-ground floors. On the first floor there are social and operational spaces of the home for seniors and there is also commercial use. The other above-ground floors include individual client rooms and operational background. The construction system of the whole building is a transverse wall. The building is based on concrete foundation. The external wall is made of clay block and the floor structure is made of cast-in-place reinforced slab. Basement loadbearing masonry is monolithic reinforced concrete. The staircase is a monolithic reinforced concrete and a lift is in the mirror of the staircase. The object is roofed with warm flat roof. Other part of this thesis is an assessment of building physics and fire safety requirements.

The thesis is focused on elaboration of project documentation. The student house will be located in the city of Ostrava. The building has 4 above-ground floors with partial basement .The basement will for the most part serve as a technical facilities. On the first floor there will be rooms - reception, reception, office, bicycle room, café, small shop, gym, copy center, facilities and hygienic room. Residential units are located on 2 to 4 floors. There will be 26 residential units - single and double, total for 54 persons. Each residential cell has its own sanitary facilities and a kitchenette. The building is designed as a masonry system. The load-bearing masonry in the basement is from a lost formwork of 300 mm. external wall and internal supporting masonry of above-ground floors of clay masonry, Therm type, 300 mm. The warm flat roof is extensive, with a fall of 3%.
