Tato bakalářská práce řeší zpracování projektové dokumentace pro provádění stavby čtyřpodlažního, částečně podsklepeného, bytového domu s kavárnou v Brně. Kavárna je přístupná z prvního podlaží a má oddělený vstup od obytné části. V suterénu jsou navrženy sklepní kóje a technické místnosti. První nadzemní podlaží tvoří z většiny prostor kavárny dále je prostor tvořen sklepními kójemi, kolárnou a skladem uklízeček. V druhém, třetím a čtvrtém nadzemním podlaží jsou na každém patře dva byty 3+kk s rozdílnou dispozicí. Objekt je navržen v souladu s územním plánem města Brna. Svým tvarem a vzhledem je vytvořen tak, aby zapadnul to místní zástavby. This bachelor thesis deals with design of project documentation for construction implemetation of four storey apartment building with partial basement and cafe in Brno. The cafe is accessible from ground floor and it has separate entrance from living area. In basement are designed basement compartments and utility rooms. Most of the space in ground floor is cafe, other areas include basement compartments, bike room and cleaning room. On the first, second and third floor are on each floor two 2 bedroom flats with different layout. This building is designed in accordance with master zoning plan of the City of Brno. Its shape and appearance is designed to fit in the surrounding area.
