This dissertation is dedicated to the process of forming a private limited liability company. First a private limited company is characterized. The second chapter deal with the forming and establishment of the company. For a clearer understanding, the whole process is illustrated with a concrete example. Finally, the main costs are calculated.

The dissertation thesis is an insight into correlations between contemporary artistic modalities in acoustic and visual realms. It discusses the development dependencies and - through the spectrum of fusions and transformations of these realms - it traces forms of perception, the perceptional "patterns" which stem from synaesthesias. It also relates to practices peculiar to synaesthesia, their method of informational feeding intended for educational institutions, in the centre of which is school. The dissertation The theme of Nazi and Communistic prisoner in Czech literature in the 2nd half of the 20th century deals with political prison in prose of the given period. Its aim is to show the whole picture on both mentioned phases and regimes, on relations and attitudes of literary theory to the literature, which is related with political theme and firstly on psychological and social world of political prisoners of Nazi and Communist regime in the literature.

The dissertation Reflection of 2nd World War in Novels by Hana Andronikova, Radka Denemarkova and Magdalena Platzova treats ways of reflection of war events in prosaic works of female authors mentioned above. For analysis of literary texts there are marked out fundamental motives of God, death and identity. The first part of the work pays attention to thematic analysis of texts according to individual motives including their specifics from the point of view of gender studies. The aim of the second part is finding both {--} coincident and different features in author reflection of 2nd World War by comparing which concentrates on ways of work with chosen motives in all three novels.

This work dissertates about possible usages of the RFID technology in marketing mix. The beginning part describes the history and functional side of the technology and shows the leading companies in this field. The application part shows the possible usage at the ground of the quality control and retail marketing with the theory of the dynamic created price on the basis of the time. Special part is about the implementation of the technology to the promotion part of the marketing mix. RFID is described as a source of client's data for large clients databases which are used for the personalized offer special for each customer. The conclusion describes the legislative barriers and focus on the future of the technology together with the prediction of the tag price. The insertion creates the The Working Party on the Protection of Personal Data, which Cohere with the RFID Technology published by independent working party in the European parliament.

Business-to-business marketing of the Champs company

The work dissertates about the specifics of the business to business marketing with an application in the Champs company. The theoretical part is focused on the definition of main differences between marketing on the consumer market and on the business market. Extra attention is dedicated to the marketing mix. On the one side the practical part is trying to create an appropriate marketing conception for the possible collaboration between Champs company and mBank - retail banking BRE Bank SA in the sale of current accounts, saving accounts and credit cards and on the other side to analyze the marketing mix of the present partnership of the Champs company in the sale of Citibank`s credit cards.

Graduation thesis called "Crisis Intervention of Children with Child Abuse and Neglect Syndrome" is purely theoretical. The first part offers a description of fundamental terms relating to the subject of Child Abuse and Neglect Syndrome, statistical data analysis, and a compendium of current legislation. The second part disserts on crisis intervention, especially on the specific form of help to abused and neglected children, and on institutional help. Last chapter presents Sanctuary for Children in Need in Prague, its activities and cooperation with other non-governmental or public organisations.

The tax audit from the perspective of the fundamental tax administration principles

The tax audit can be defined as one of the practices of the tax authorities modified by Act No. 280/2009 Coll., the Tax Code. The aim of the tax audit corresponds with the basic aim of the tax administration, which is primarily to establish correctly a tax assessment. This dissertation is focused on the tax audit from the perspective of the fundamental tax administration principles. The presented dissertation is divided into nine chapters, most of which are further subdivided. The first chapter is focused on the determination of the tax audit. In the second chapter, the attention is paid to the constitutional principles controlling the tax audit, mainly to selected regulations of the Constitution and the Charter of Fundamental Rights and Freedoms. The following third chapter is focused on the isuue of good governance principles. The fourth chapter deals with the fundamental principles of tax administration, as expressed in the Tax Code in §5 - §9. These principles are specified as a basis for the next part of the work. Chapters five to eight are dedicated to the tax audit, which is divided into the beginning of the tax audit, the tax rights and responsibilities during the tax audit, the progress of the tax audit and the final chapter is focused on completion of the tax audit. VAT fraud elimination

This dissertation is about problems of tax evasion on VAT. The aim is to confirm hypothesis that subjects which are committing fraud on VAT have many of the identical characteristics. Another goal is to determine this identical characteristics. The theoretical part of this dissertation contains introduction into VAT problematic with emphasis on carousel fraud, where are presented individual parts of carousel chain and approaches which administrators of tax are using. In Analytical part of dissertation, which form a basis of this work, are analysed data from 50 real tax control. This data are analysed and searched for identical characteristics of VAT fraud. By using regression analysis is searched bond strength of this characteristics to amount of assessed tax. In conclusion are evaluated results from analytical part of this dissertation.
