Motional spare time activities in the Gipsy youth lifestyle Aim: The aim of our research is to compare the different age categories at selected Schools anthropometric differences between Roma boys and girls. Furthermore, to determine the relationship to physical leisure activities, thus contributing to an objective view on Roma Youth and its position in the majority society. We consider it appropriate to analyze the different features motion leisure activities in the lifestyle of Roma children and youth. results: Results illuminates the method of comparison and analysis of polling in each year are In conclusion confirm the differences of interest and lack of interest in physical leisure activities in lifestyle between Roma girls and boys. The main aim of this text is to inform the reader about the possibilities of harmonisation of the working and family life of contemporary woman. However, right at the beginning I would like to stress, that although the title contains the word "woman," women are not - even cannot be - the only target group related to the topic of harmonisation of the working and family life. This theme involves every member of the society. In this sense are all people the actors, who create the social reality and thus influence the quality of social life and related possibilities of articulation of the working and family sphere. The topic of harmonisation is closely connected with assertion of the equal opportunities of women and men. The women of the bohemian politicians in the 19th century Annotation I have chosen ten women of the bohemian politics living in the 19th century. The first chapter has been about the reasons for choice of the life female partner. I have described the social, lingual and religious background of these women. I have tried to analyse their antenuptial correspondence. The second part of my work has attended to the use of women in the social life and it has focused on their involvement into the {\clqq}morning-room`` life. I have outlined the women incidence in the public asociation in the third chapter.I have been interested in any women activites mainly the philanthrophy. I have tried to find out if the husbands had encouraged thein wives in these acitivities. I have focused on the role of women in the family. I have observed how the husbands had been participated in the running the household and education of their children. I have studied the family correspondence. I have focused on the political aspect of the letters. I have tried to catch how much the women had been interested in the policy.

This documentation deals with a life of Afghan family which is much influenced by Islam religion and geographical, economical, political or law and many others aspects. It describes a position of woman and child in the context of family hierarchy and also the problems of a rural big-family. It explains the reasons of a woman's role in the family and than particular and important phases in Afghan life. Concretely, it deals with a child birth, the differences in upbringing between daughters and sons, a traditional woman's veil or the possibilities in the study. Moreover it describes Afghan wedding and marriage, a polygamy and Muslim divorce. It also mentions about a final phase of the life. Marginal theme is woman and public life, especially intent on possibilities of employment, position in trial and politics. Legal status of Jews under the rule of Marie Therese and Joseph II

67 Resumé The legal statute of the Jews in the time of the reign of Maria Theresa and Joseph II. The purpose of my thesis is to analyse the legal statute of Jewish minority in the Czech lands in the time of the reign of Maria Theresa and Joseph II. Main concentration is thus focused upon the second half of the 18th century. The reason for my research is to try to understand the background of their long lasting bad treatment during previous centuries and its changes in the upcoming time of the Enlightenment. The thesis is composed of three chapters, each of them dealing with different historical background and timeline. Chapter One is introductory and describes the long way of the Jews from the origin of Jewish nation in the Middle East, followed by the beginning of jewish diaspora and its european history until the French Revolution. Chapter Two describes the legal history of the Jews settled in the Czech lands since their beginning in the 10th century until the introduction of the infamous restrictive so called Familiants laws in 1726. Professional career of women in Komerční banka

The thesis deals with women in Komerční banka focusing on their career and possibilities of work-life balance. The main aim of the thesis is to find out an attitude of the bank towards the equal opportunities, employees' awareness of instruments of family policy as well as the biggest difficulties in women's career. In order to support the practical part of the thesis, we present information about women's role in society, women in the media, career, equal rights and work-life balance. The adopted method of the empirical part is an individual interview with women managers and a questionnaire aimed at selected employees of the bank.

Work-Life Balance in an international context

Work-life balance is often a discussed topic in most industrialized countries. Many employees are dissatisfied with working hours, high labor intensity and stress at work. A large number of employees would prefer flexible working hours, part-time, which would lead to better opportunities for reconciling work and family life. Individuals are trying to find a balance between professional and personal interests, some are even forced to decide whether to give priority to family and private life. Thesis deals with different work-life balance policies and programs, problems of gender differences and equal opportunities. It examines how the Czech Republic is able to juggle family and work life. It focuses on the status of women in the labour market, including historical context, the individual programs and policies that promote the harmonization of personal and professional sphere. The practical part analyzed the situation in selected countries and the paper is also engaged in various international companies in which I used structured interviews with HR representatives and other staff examined the possibility of work-life balance and the differences between the situation in the Czech affiliates and the mother country.

Domestic Child Abuse and Neglect

In my MA thesis I focus on problems regarding domestic child abuse and neglect. This thesis is divided into ten chapters and consists of a theoretical and practical part. The first chapter describes the relations between family and child. It discusses the essential functions and the irrepleaceable role a family plays in the life of every child. The second chapter discusses the position of children in society from a historical point of view. The third chapter is the most extensive. It focuses on the CAN syndrome, its definition, history and forms. In the fourth chapter I describe the possible consequences of sexual abuse for children. The fifth chapter touches upon the subject of trans-generationsl transfer of violence. The sixth chapter briefly deals with unwanted children and the risks which they might face. The seventh chapter deals with the prevention of the CAN syndrome. This chapter also touches upon the crucial role a doctor can play in discovering the occurence of child abuse. The eighth chapter describes the prenatal period and gives examples of prenatal abuse and neglect. The ninth chapter consists of a list of available helplines and crisis centres. In the practical part I evaluate the questionnaires which surveyed the behaviour of respondents during their gravidity. The results of this survey...


Privileges and immunities of family members

In its first part, the thesis emphasizes on the definition of family members of the envoys acting on the territory of a foreign state. Subsequently, it analyses particular privileges and immunities that belong to the families of various categories of envoys on the basis of international law documents - mainly the Vienna Convention on Diplomatic Relations which forms the centre of the codification of the system of privileges and immunities. The last part of the thesis adverts to the right of all states to regulate the position of family members within international law in national provisions, instructions, protocol rules or circular notes.
