The thesis deals with the legacy of Johannes Amos Comenius for the contemporary protestant education; it tries to pinpoint the timelessness of Comenius' thoughts, his pedagogical rules, methods and principles. The religious schools, where these thoughts should be practiced in the first place, have their position in the system of Czech education and provide safe surroundings for children coming from religious families. The history of religious education in Czech and Moravia points to its historical anchors and meaning of its value system for the whole society. Organization of Schools seasonal in nature in accordance with the current curriculum of pre-school education

The diploma's thesis is entitled Organization of Schools seasonal in nature in accordance with the current curriculum of pre-school education, settled on a comprehensive view of the issue of pre-school education in the schools in nature. It is based on past experience in this field. It takes into account the historical development of education "on the healthy air" that is in school in nature, evaluating the practical experience in the field of educational, health, psychosocial and physical. A considerable part of this work is new requirements for schools in nature in terms of the needs of the new democratic society, expressed in legislative and educational documents. In addition, the contents of this work are evaluation criteria and conditions for their fulfillment, which this entire process objectifies.The aim of this diploma thesis is to analyze existing knowledge about schools in nature, and create demonstration projects in the seasonal nature of schools as part of curricula for schools.

Possibility of prolonged employment for seniors

In the thesis I deal with the general definitions of old age, a historical retrospective of the employment of seniors, population aging and its implications for the labor market, employment legislation for seniors, seniors incentives to employ and the problems of senior workers, as in life, as well as in the labor market. The aim of my thesis is focused on the issue of extending the work activity of seniors. It describes the qualitative analysis of interviews that I conducted the research with eleven professionals working in areas related to seniors. It focuses on the difference of opinions of experts from various areas - state, private, groups of older people, etc. and interesting ideas that emerged from the interviews. Experts perceive the issue of extending the work activity of seniors to be very important and in the future will need to further expand awareness of the necessity of active involvement of older people in current society.

Posouzení interní metodiky testování na konkrétním projektu a návrh vylepšení

The thesis is focused on testing the banking software. The first part is contained introduction to the topic, introduced the project, including its objectives, the nature of the application, my role in it. Further described is a method Case study used throughout the work. The company is a researcher of the project for the client. The first objective is to describe the company's testing methodology by which the project progressed during, compare it with other methodologies with regard to their robustness, the degree of organization of work and domestic allocation. The second objective is to determine the bottlenecks including the determination of improvement. Each project is unique, so is suitable, another degree of organization. A control method of the project is agile. It is therefore expected framework anticipating complications and subsequent resolution of other areas to occur. The work defines the cause bottlenecks as the internal factor (human labor), external factors (legislative changes). Mapped was not only the current situation but also outlined the cause of the problem. And the third in terms of value-added most important goal is to design verification solutions experts. At work I described ways of solving problems. I woke them both employees solver side, so people from client companies. Experts from the client know good practices in the company and are able to assess the suitability due to the nature of society. Collaborators supply side, meanwhile, have extensive experience from similar projects. Their opinion on the issue can bring effective application of the Recommendation. The biggest benefit is not only the approval but also the subsequent implementation in the course of the entire project.

Copyright infringements on the internet

The purpose of this work is to analyze current state of copyright protection of the art works in regard of rising influence of the internet on the society. Nowadays, a large number of copyrighted data fluctuates through the internet and the character of the internet blocks efficient use of legislation for action against computer piracy. The first part of this work is oriented broadly. It contains evolution of the copyright in historical context, analyzes data downloading and uploading in juristic aspect and there are also significant suits, which routed the evolution of the copyright. There are described two main methods of data downloading and uploading in analytic part of this work -- peer-to-peer and warez forums -- with introduction of their main representatives, analysis of the current state and juristic analysis of their functioning. The last chapter resumes actual findings and tries to predict a future of the symbiosis of the copyright and the internet.


Health protection at work, legislative measures

The care about safe labour belongs among basic attributes in educated and human society. This area is regulated by state in all advanced countries, whereas a law imposes duties for employers and also for employees. Relatively big attention is devoted to this problem in the Czech Republic and so the care about employees is at a very good level. As has been already said protection of health at work is based on valid legislation first of all. That is why this bachelor's work follows valid legislation of course and each chapter goes out from legal rule. There are number of legal rules about labour safety and health protection, I mentioned only part of the most important rules in the beginning of this work. Particular topics are processed in detail in next chapters, which refer to risks at work, duties for employers, but also for employees, personal protective equipments, work accidents, works preventive care and no less important preventive measures, government control and supervisory power of labour unions. I variegated the chapter about work accidents of some statistic facts. The prevention is very important in the branch of health protection. Preventive measures are included in each chapter, because the legislation observance itself is some prevention. A work shouldn't be done at the expense of health and...

Issues of the Nursery School Teaching Profession

The diploma work focuses on the subject of the high demands placed on the profession of nursery school teachers. The aim and meaning of the dissertation is to point out and prove how high these demands are. The theoretical part of the work explains the terms profession, teaching profession and the high demands placed on the work of a teacher through the variegated activities applied; and the changes that took place in this profession during the past development stages of society. It analyses the role the nursery school teacher plays in contemporary times due to the changes in society and legislation, which have brought even higher demands made on this profession. The research section contains evaluations of the high demands on the profession compiled by nursery teachers themselves. This part analyses the possibilities of further education to prepare the teachers for the new demands in practice. Fathers on parental leave in the Czech Republic

Presented thesis is about fathers on parental leave in the Czech republic. Althought the men can take a parental leave since 2001, they are still the phenomenon in the society. The women are the dominant in parental leave, so there prevails the tradition division of roles. The aim of my thesis is to answer the question: How does the modern exchange of parenting roles influate the family functioning? In the theoretical part there is introduced the parental and maternity leave from the point of view in the past, legislation and the possibility taking the maternity and parental leave. The thesis is focused on parental, maternity and paternity leave from the point of view of eight european countries and states certain recommendation for Czech republic. Also describes the family functioning, parental role, gender role and stereotypes. The next part of thesis is focused on history of paternity, relationship between the father and child, and paternity parenting styles. The practical part contains ten interviews which research the experience and opinions of men on the parental leave. There are as well opinions from the wives/partners, who exchanged the roles with their male partners. Using the questionnaire survey, which was filled in by 238 respondents, there was researched what attitude does the Czech society have to the topic and generally to the position of men on parental leave.
