Confidence to Some Representatives in International Context - November 2009

November survey focused on attitudes of Czechs to some representatives of international politics. Respondents were asked to express their confidence or non-confidence to some main figures of international policy and persons involved in recent important events as well as supreme representatives of Central European countries.

The Linguostylistic Analysis of Sorokin's Novel "A Day of the Oprichnik" (In Comparison with the Czech Translation)

During the last three decades the work of Vladimir Sorokin has become well-known not only in Russia but also all over the world. His novels have been translated into many world languages. This is especially because of his individual attitude to Russia and its politics, history, and social issues, but also because of his attitude to literature and art. These topics are put into literary styles of post-modernism and conceptualism. In 2009 Czech translation of Sorokin's novel "A Day of the Oprichnik" was released. This novel was chosen for linguostylistic analysis because of its lexical and stylistic profuseness. In this thesis Vladimir Sorokin was put into the literary style. The novel "A Day of the Oprichnik" was briefly described, as well as basic characteristic of Oprichnina was summarized. In the detailed linguostylistic analysis were examined 17 historical terms and features (дьяк, приказ, скоморох, смута, стрелец, челобитная, ярлык, государь, калики перехожие, соборность, столбовой, трактир, домострой, гусляр, лик, трапеза, батя) helping to create Sorokin's fresco of the "new" Russia in the future. Emergency calls and mutual comunication among Operation centres of the basic bodies of the Integrated rescue system.

Due to the increasing number of threats, which daily affect and endanger human lives and health, is proportionally increasing the need for their protection. The society is characterized by its development, adjustment and by effort to improve all areas of life priorities are especially life and health. Cooperation and the need for it in fighting different events have resulted in urge for a collective legislative protection. Integrated rescue system cannot be understood as a firm institution, instead as an expression of rules of cooperation, and as a tool for cooperation and coordination of its bodies. Emergency events which stroked Czech Republic, whether it was a serious floods, windstorms, mass road accidents or disruption of public order, putted emergency preparedness of Integrated rescue service bodies to the test and brought the attention to the problematic areas in overcoming those events. Primary part in response to a request for assistance play Operational center of Integrated rescue service main bodies. Emergency call is one of the fundamental element of being notified of the emergency situation and requesting the assistance from IRS bodies. Through this service is provided protection of basic human rights: protection of life and health, acceptable environment and asset protection . In the beginning of the theoretical part of the thesis are specified IRS terms and operational management issues on a level of IRS operational centers. Further is mentioned system of receiving emergency calls and historical development of emergency call centers of 112. The next chapter describes how to ensure interoperability in the operational management of IRS. The main objective of the thesis is to show the importance and benefits of implementation of the Project of the IRS information systems and in the same time point out the resulting quality of services provided to the population. Also the evaluation was conducted of the environment in receiving the emergency call and communication of IRS before and after the implementation of the Project. The practical part is further supplemented by surveys of tables, graphs and photos that inform about the current technical state of operations centers and an overview of cooperation of the Integrated rescue system. The obtained results were processed in SWOT analysis, which clearly describing the status of operational management before and after the introduction of information centers of IRS. Surveyed group of operational centers of IRS main bodies was limited to the environment of the Integrated rescue system in the South Bohemian Region. The results show that the introduction of the Project of the IRS information systems within the IRS Integrated Operational Programe is to improve cooperation between operational centers of the IRS main bodies and at the same time increase the standard of services provided to the population. The results will be beneficial as information material for each body of the IRS, it can serve as a tool increasing awareness among the public about emergency calls. The thesis will be used as study material and also for internal use of Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic.


On syntax of the written reports in the journalistic style

The thesis provides a summary of knowledge about the syntax of reports in the literature and also describes the syntactic phenomenon in the written reports. Study data consists of reports about several important events in the period from January to April 2010. These reports have been written in the serious dailies, the chapter about headlines is partly reflected the tabloid press. In the first part I deal with a comparison of sections of literature devoting to journalistic language. Based on this comparison I conclude that the fundamental differences between the journalistic and linguistic literature lie in the way of giving information about the language and in the manner of distributing this information. The middle part is devoted to syntactic characteristic of the headlines from selected texts of reports. Essentially, I analyze the types of syntactic structures of headlines and the results from my analysis demonstrated that the predominant headlines are single clauses and that there is often a specific structure with a colon. The last section analyzes the construction of written reports and the occurrence of several syntactic phenomenon in the texts of these reports. Real estate expropriation

This thesis would like to describe expropriation as an institute of contemporary legal regulation. I decided to write about the expropriation from the view of the land law, because of the object of expropriation. My thesis is focuses on expropriation as interference of power in which the state agency issuing the constitutive act establishing the property right to the person completely different from the previous owner. I started my thesis with the short division of the constitutional bases of the institute property concentrating on land and expropriation, its legal conditions and emphasize differences from the others interferences with the property right in history. The purpose of my thesis is to define expropriation, try to interpret the law provisions, its position in the legal system of the Czech Republic and make a small confrontation by the legal regulations of foreign countries.

Attention in preschool children

English abstrakt The main task of the thesis is to identify and measure the attention of children of preschool age. It is divided into two parts. Theoretical part, which is devoted to the definition of attention, provides a comprehensive overview of the history beginning with the issue, describes the different types, characteristics, attention disorders and conditions affecting the attention. An integral part is a description of the preschool child and work with children of preschool age. The second part of the research, then engaged in empirical research with preschool children. Children in kindergarten were placed on various characteristics of the tests of attention. These tests were then evaluated and processed. Were investigated differences in tasks between children and between the three established groups of children Bachelor thesis aims to answer the question, what are the differences between the four-year, five year old and six year old children and compares the performance and level of awareness among different groups of children. Legal consciousness of school-age children

Despite of the fact that the Czech Republic i s a developed country there are sti ll some challenges to be faced in childrens rights domain, mostly in involving children into everyday life of society connected with their participative rights. The thcoretical chapters analyze the childrens rights movement, and the implementing and monitoring ofthe Convcntion on the Rights ofthe Child both on the intemational and national Ieve!, with emphasis placed on Roma population in the Czech Republic. The research was focused on the lega! awareness of Czech school children with special consideration for Roma children as well. About one thousand children expressed their opinions and attitudes toward their rights.

Insurance of tour operators

This bachelor thesis deals with insurance of tour operators. At the beginning are characterized differences between tour operators and travel agents that have to be distinguished for this insurance product. The second chapter focuses on development of tour operators insurance in the Czech Republic. There is described the legislative process of the law 159/1999 Sb and its amendment about some conditions of entrepreneurship in the field of tourism. There are also specified conditions for gaining and sustaining guarantee insurance in case of tour operator bankruptcy. A part of the chapter is devoted to the bank guarantee and the state supervision. The next chapter provides an overview of insurance companies that offer this type of insurance. Last two chapters are more practical. One of them analyses the amendment of the law 159/1999 Sb. issued on 1 January 2016. There are summarized reasons of this amendment and comparison of the law before and after the amendment. The other practical chapter describes the reasons of bankruptcy of tour operator called Marine Tour and the procedure in case of tour operator bankruptcy. The conclusion summarizes recommendations for a selection of a suitable tour operator.

To define its functions in a connection with acquired status, which as valid arguments will even strengthen its position. We will acquaint with successful projects for the support of the endangered dialects of Romani realized in Finland, Austria, Romania, with the support of the variety of Baltic and Russian Roma, but also of the Spanish Para-Romani variety called "Caló".
