Modelování business procesů: události a stavy procesu

This thesis focuses on modeling of business processes which are very sensitive on correct capturing of process details characterized as process events and states. At the beginning of the analysis are the process events and states classified into three types: activity related, object related and time related. Each type is analyzed in detail and there are formulated states and their transitions that form a lifecycle of each individual type of the process state. There are discussed contemporary process modeling languages starting from the very popular to relatively less known, all representing slightly different approach towards process modeling. The analysis of process events and states shows that the contemporary process modeling languages cover the defined lifecycles only partially. There are picked three popular process modeling languages and put through a test case, which is based on Czech regulation of a building process. This test case allows us to review their capabilities to capture the process events including the ways how they get along with their only partial support. Upon analysis of process events and states and the unsatisfying results of the con-temporary process modeling languages in the test case, there is introduced a new process modeling language which, as demonstrated, is capable of capturing many of the process events and states in the test case in much simpler and precise way that the three reviewed process modeling languages were able to.

Relations in commercial law of the Republic of Korea

The increasing volume of bilateral trade between the Czech Republic and the Republic of Korea is the statistical fact. Korean companies employ many Czech workers. Korean companies cooperate with many subcontractors, that come from different legal environment. Czech managers communicate with Korean investors. In these interactions there is not only a possibility of conflict of different cultural traditions, but also legal culture. I seemed it therefore appropriate to examine what legal environment the Korean investors and business partners came from, and what misunderstandings may possibly arise from the lack of information. Another area of practical application of my work can be a legal relationship with an international element. If the parties choose the law applicable to their contract, it is essential for the actors of the contract to be aware of differences in the jurisdictions considered. The Korean law was influenced by both continental legal system and Anglo-American legal system. Moreover, there are still noticeable the residues of traditional Chinese law, and he later developed traditional Korean law. Due to these different influences, the current Korean law is interesting from a theoretical point of view, too. The source for this work is the Korean commercial and civil act and the Czech Commercial and Civil Code. Whereas I have never learned Korean, I was studying Korean laws in their English translation. In my comments I would like to suggest basic differences between the Czech and Korean law. I hope that my work will provide enough information for the theoretical understanding of the differences and similarities of Korean and Czech legislation.

EMS in the region of Liberec and its connection with helicopter emergency medical services

The bachelor thesis aims to research all aspects of the emergency medical services of Liberec. At the beginning I referred to requirements, which result from the law not just for EMS of Liberec, but also for all the others. This part we could divide into parts, depending on the content. Main subjects are emergency first aid characteristics, emergency cars types, mass disasters information, telematics or integrated rescue system. Next part of the bachelor thesis is focused especially on region of Liberec and mainly on ground emergency medical services, helicopter emergency medical services with the Special operations group. In both ground and air services are presented analysis of rescue operations or other data, which map the work of EMS (or at least single operation centres).

Immediate early genes as a tool for study of spatial orientation and memory

Properties of the environment, spatial orientation cues and time-shifting movements are essential for cognitive maps. The understanding of how both space and the animal's position within that space are represented in the brain has been significantly advanced by the discoveries of four principal neuronal types: the place cells, the head direction cells, the grid cells and border cells. Their activity being driven by both allothetic (visual and non-visual landmarks), and idiothetic cues (internal movement cues based on proprioceptive and vestibular information). Brain regions containing aforementioned types of neurons constitute complex spatial representation system. Immediate early genes (IEGs) and their products became sophisticated tool for the study of neural substrate of spatial orientation including magnetic orientation. For further research it is unavoidable to uncover the dynamic of processes related to IEGs in order to better understanding the functions of brain centres involved in rodent navigation circuit. Paleoenvironmental significance of frost and ice wedges

- Paleoenvironmental significance of ice and frost wedges This bachelor thesis deal with frost wedge and ice wedge pseudomorphs. At first part is summarized how and from are pseudomorphs formed. Therefore there is describe distribution and structure of permafrost, frost cracking, definition of ice wedges, their kinds and their transformation to pseudomorphs. Next part of this bachelor thesis describes morfological characteristic of polygons of frost wedge pseudomorphs at study area Šaratice. This polygons were compared with european pseudomorphs a then was deduced paleoclimatical and paleoenvironmetal reconstruction of their formation. The quality of life of patiens with cancer of glandula thyroidea

80 This bachelor's thesis discuss about the quality of life of patients with thyroid cancer. It describes the problems of quality of life, illness and pain, characterized types of thyroid cancer. It also includes nursing care for patients with thyroid cancer. The empirical part focuses on quantitative research examining the quality of life with cancer of the thyroid gland. Quality of life was studied in two groups of patients. One group consists of patients with thyroid cancer diagnosed undergoing surgical treatment - thyroidectomy. The second group consists of patients with an enlarged thyroid gland and glands of the conversion node, which also undergoing surgical treatment - thyroidectomy. The aim is to compare the quality of life for these two groups. Using a questionnaire we survey the impact of disease on their quality of life. Using a questionnaire EORTC QLQ-C30, we see the impact of disease on their quality of life. Research participated in the investigation of 84 patients after thyroid surgery. Of these, 42 patients operated on for thyroid cancer and 42 patients were operated on for benign thyroid disease (goiter nodoza). Practical possibilities of the water purification not only in the haushold but also in medical facilities

Water on the Earth occurs in different states of matter and different composition. For the fulfilment of the requirements for the drinking water is its purification needed. There are many methods for water purification. Not all are suitable for the filtration of drinking water. Some methods are suitable only for industrial use or for protecting your appliances against mineral and sediment build-up. Expensive installation and maintenance can keep most water filters impractical for household use. Customers should research themselves for the maximum information about the many products available on the market. And only after a comprehensive water analysis has been conducted. These results can determine quite specifically what sort of filter, if any, will then be required.

Vodňany- small town in small prose of František Herites

Diplomová práce představuje dílo napomenutého žánrového realisty", 1 Františka Heritese (1851 - 1929), jež patřil do okruhu spisovatelů lumírovské generace. Těžiště práce spočívá v analýze zobrazení malého města v Heritesových drobných prozaických útvarech (arabeska, kresba, humoreska, povídka). Předlohou pro kresbu maloměstské společnosti byly Heritesovi jihočeské Vodňany, které jsou jeho rodištěm. V nich také Herites strávil podstatnou část svého života, jenž byl spjat s lékárnickou praxí, díky níž poznal postavy a typy maloměstské společnosti, o nichž později psal ve své tvorbě. V souvislosti s vodňanským pobytem Františka Heritese je připomenuto jeho přátelství s básníky Juliem Zeyerem a Otakarem Mokrým, s nimiž tvořil tzv. Vodňanský trojlístek, který zaujímá významné postavení v literární tradici města. Tu však netvoří pouze toto uskupení, což je doloženo v kapitole věnované kulturnímu a literárnímu přehledu Vodňan. Médiá a propaganda

Diplomová práca sa venuje problematike propagandy, úlohe a postaveniu médií v propagandistických kampaniach, najskôr obecne, neskôr so zameraním sa na jednotlivé typy masmédií a zmeny ich roly v propagandistických kampaniach. DP obsahuje historický vývoj propagandy a nezastupiteľnej roly médií v nej, upozorňuje na faktory, ktoré síce nepredstavujú propagandu v pravom slova zmysle, avšak rovnako ako propaganda narúšajú objektívnosť mediálneho zdelenia, ako aj obsiahly súpis uvedomelých a cielených propagandistických metód a techník, využívaných k presadzovaniu propagandistických cieľov. Druhá časť DP sa venuje procesom zmien postavenia a úlohy jednotlivých typov médií a na konkrétnych príkladoch poukazuje na zlomové body v histórii toho ktorého masmediálneho prostriedku, so zameraním sa na oblasť vojnovej propagandy a zmeny roly médií v nej.
