Práce se snaží prozkoumat všechny stránky liberecké zdravotnické záchranné služby. Nejprve poukazuji na povinnosti, jež vyplývají ze zákona nejen pro libereckou ZZS, ale i pro všechny ostatní. Tuto část s legislativními požadavky mohu rozdělit dle toho, čeho se týkají. Hlavními tématy jsou charakteristika neodkladné první pomoci, typy zasahujících vozů, informace o hromadných neštěstích, telematika či integrovaný záchranný systém. Další části práce jsou zaměřeny již speciálně na Liberecký kraj a to především na pozemní zdravotnickou záchrannou službu a na leteckou zdravotnickou záchrannou službu společně se Skupinou speciálních činností. Jak v části pozemní, tak v letecké, jsou provedeny analýzy zásahů či jiných dat, které mapují chod ZZS (či alespoň jednotlivých středisek). The bachelor thesis aims to research all aspects of the emergency medical services of Liberec. At the beginning I referred to requirements, which result from the law not just for EMS of Liberec, but also for all the others. This part we could divide into parts, depending on the content. Main subjects are emergency first aid characteristics, emergency cars types, mass disasters information, telematics or integrated rescue system. Next part of the bachelor thesis is focused especially on region of Liberec and mainly on ground emergency medical services, helicopter emergency medical services with the Special operations group. In both ground and air services are presented analysis of rescue operations or other data, which map the work of EMS (or at least single operation centres).
