Increasing The Legal Awareness Among Children In Bohemian Region
STANISLAVOVÁ, Lucie
In this thesis I have concentrated on legal consciousness of children but not from their point of view, how it was in most cases of the elaboration of this topic, but from the point of view of people who actually work with children. This regards pedagogues, social workers, further school psychologists and psychologists. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the right, legal consciousness, further then with the important conception ?child?, namely from the point of view of pedagogy, psychology as well as from the viewpoint of law. The thesis deals with morals itself and also its comparison with law, further with the value system and education, on important documents regarding the rights of children, educational program and its focus on the education of law in elementary and high schools. The important section of the theoretical part are also projects focused on increasing of the legal consciousness executed in the Czech republic as well as in the Southbohemian region. 144 respondents from the Southbohemian region took part in the research, either respondents who work in an elementary or high school, eventually in non-profit organizations which work with children. The difference of the opinions between pedagogues nad other workers was found out by the research. In contrast to other workers, the pedagogues think statistically more often that children have the legal consciousness. A very interesting moment is the age since which children should be acquinted with their rights. Other workers consider the beginning of the school attendance (or even the end of the preschool attendance) as the optimal age for familiarising the children with their rights in contrast to the pedagogues who would shift this limit almost to the second degrese of elementary schools. Next founded and documentary fact was the difference in methods used for familiarising children with their rights. The pedagogues combine discussions and lectures as well as model situations. Other workers prefer only lectures and discussions. They vary also in the evaluation of time dotation devoted to the rights of children during school education. Other workers are much more critical than the pedagogues in this regard. It was proved that the pedagogues more often do not know the organizations which deal with the rights of children whereas other workers do. The whole research is assumed into SWOT analysis which determined children´s interest in their rights and their familiarising with the right already since 1st class as the most strong sides. A weak spot showed to be the lack of time in school education devoted to children´s rights together with obtaining the biggest amount of information in the family. A chance is the realization of more new projects focused on concrete spheres of the rights and also the fact that the legal consciousness should be constantly increased. The risk is insufficient knowledge of rights in the sphere of the protection of personality when easy misuse and also insufficient knowledge of rights threaten. The insufficient knowledge could result in the increase of transgressions even criminality.

The effectiveness of exercise on unstable surfaces for physiotherapy students at the University of South Bohemia
ČEJKOVÁ, Veronika
The topic of my thesis is ?Effectiveness of exercising on shaky planes with students of physiotherapy?. Shaky planes and exercising on them positively influences our organism, especially our deep stabilization system. The deep stabilization system is imporatnt for the right body posture. The deep stabilization system is formed by the muscle coordination of the diaphragm, muscles of the abdominal wall, basinal bottom and mm. multifidi. The muscles of the deep stabilization system influence the stabilization of the backbone. If there´s not the right muscle coordination, the backbones is unprotected. The dysfunction of the stabilization of the backbone causes pains of the musculosceletal system, after a longer time degenerative ilnesses emerge. To avoid these problems we have to strengthen the muscles of the deep stabilization system and for this we can use exercising on shaky planes. In me thesis the tested people are using the Bosu ball. The study has been made on the basis of a qualitative survey. The case study has been used. The examination of the tested people has been made on the basis of investigating the biggest possible amount of inforamation. An anamnesis of every tested person has been made and also an aspect and palpation examination has been made. Next a breath stereotype of every tested person has been made, walk and the deep stabilization system. The examination was made before the therapy, as an entry examination. After 4 weeks of exercising, a final examination was made. The final examination consists of the same tests as the entry examination. The final examinatiuon also contains an interview with every tested person, in which I was trying to find out how each tested person was feeling during the exercising and how the exercising influenced each tested person and wheather they want to continue exercising. Exercising lasted for 4 weeks and every tested person worked out 3 times a week. There were two groups of three tested people. The first group used the Bosu ball. All tested people did the same kinds of exercises. There were ten kinds of exercises for every week. When first trying each kind of exercise, the people were checked and I explained them how to do it correctly. Next week there were new kinds of exercises and the old ones were checked again. In the second group of tested people, every person chose their kind of exercise according their concerns. They tried pilates, swimming or going to the gym. After 4 week the results were checked and the effectiveness of the exercises on the deep stabilization system of the backbone. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the anatomy of the deep stabilization system, its examination, function. The therapy and aids that can be used for influencing the deep stabilization system are decribed in the theoretical part. Also the history and the development of the topic of human perceptual and motor skills in the Czech Republic and in other countries has been described. In the practical part the aimes of the thesis are described, the research tasks and the methods used. The most important part is the case interpretation of the tested people with the results of the research. In the attachment there are photographs of the tested people made at the time of the entry and final examinations. There is also a brochure containing a list of exercises which were used. From the results we got from every tested person, it is obvious that their deep stabilization system was positively influenced. The other tested people showed a total or partial pain elimination, but the deep stabilization system was not influenced except the case of pilates. The results of this thesis can be used by other physiotherapists for the need of instruction or for other research. There is also a brochure added containing a list of exercises, which can be used by physiotherapists exercising on the Bosu ball or by the public.

Freelancers as a new nontraditional form of business
Holcová, Veronika ; Kotýnková, Magdalena (advisor) ; Ryvolová, Ivana (referee)
This diploma paper which is called the freelancers as a new innovative form of business deals with the new conception at labour market. At the beginning of the work I pay attention to the development of business in the Czech Republic during the time after World War II till present. Until the new century, nobody has known the new conception "freelancer". I explore this new kind of business with a help of the questionnaire. The aim of the work is the description of basic characteristic of freelancers and their differences with OSVČ. These differences and similar characteristics were deduced under the help of comparison of results of my and Economic Chamber's questionnaires. For the right definition of freelancers my own results were also compared with results of The freelancer statistic report's questionnaire. This questionnaire was engaged in description of freelancers from the whole world. At the end of the analytic part of my work there are all results which I gained from my questionnaire reminded.

Beta-lactamase positive Haemophilus influenzae in children
BROMOVÁ, Pavla
This Bachelor thesis, called {\crqq}Beta-lactamase Positive Haemophilus influenzae in Children`` deals with the basic properties and current occurrence of the bacteria Haemophilus influenzae, and also with the occurrence or other hemofils (Haemophilus species) in children, which occurred in the biological material sent to the microbiological laboratory- Laboma s.r.o. in České Budějovice, where some of them were producers of {$\beta$}-lactamase. The occurrence of these enzymes might be a serious problem for the right choice of antibiotics for the treatment of diseases caused by these hemofils. The essential objective was to collect and assess all data about {$\beta$}-lactamase positive hemofils in the material from airways of children from birth to 15 years of age and with a certain numbers of diagnoses in the aforementioned microbiological laboratory. The data for my thesis was collected in the second half of 2008 and first half of 2009 and was later statistically processed into graphic figures and charts in the form of results. I have also learned to use an easy and used diagnostic method for the verification of {$\beta$}-lactamase ({$\beta$}-LACTAstrip test), during which the color was changed in the zone of the indicator paper if {$\beta$}-lactamase was present. I have also visited pediatricians, who co-operate with this laboratory. They were willing to reply to four questions in my questionnaire. The main objective of these questions was to focus on the treatment of ill children whose biological material from upper airways shows present {$\beta$}-lactamase positive hemofils. From the collected data I managed to reject hypothesis No. 1 by calculating the average relative quantity from the total occurrence of hemofils producing {$\beta$}-lactamase, and I have found that the production of these enzymes is lower by 50 %. Then, I confirmed hypothesis No. 2 that more common producers of {$\beta$}-lactamase are other hemofils (H. species) than H. influenzae. From replies provided by pediatricians, I found out that all of these pediatricians take the presence of {$\beta$}-lactamase into consideration when they chose antibiotics and this confirmed hypothesis No. 3. This Bachelor thesis can be used as an argument for pediatricians to take into consideration the presence of {$\beta$}-lactamase in the biological material of producers, when they choose antibiotics.

Overview of facilities for children who need immediate assistance in the Czech republic and specification of the Fund for children in need facilities.
ČADOVÁ, Lenka
The thesis is focused on facilities for children who require immediate help (ZPDVOP) as an instrument of a socio-legal protection of children in the Czech Republic. The introduction describes the importance of a family, family disorders, fundamental legal instruments on children?s rights and socio-legal protection of children, including the legal framework of facilities for children who require immediate help. The objective of this work was to present basic information on facilities for children who require immediate help in the Czech Republic and to describe the specifics of these facilities that are run by the Fund for Children in Need. Quantitative research, the method of document analysis and the technique of secondary data analysis were applied to prove the hypotheses. The data obtained in the research were processed and diagrammatized. To describe the Children?s Centre of South Bohemia and another facility called Klokánek, in Hostivice, qualitative research, document analysis and secondary data analysis were applied. The method of a questionnaire and the technique of a half standardized interview were used during the visits to these facilities. Two hypotheses were being checked. The first hypothesis, claiming that the number of facilities in particular regions is not equal to the number of citizens, was proved. The other hypothesis, claiming that the organizational structure of the Fund for Children in Need differs from the structure of facilities run by other institutors, was also proved. Two hypotheses arose from the qualitative research: children who stayed in Klokánek were more satisfied than children who stayed in any other facility for children who require immediate help, the work in Klokanek is more demanding than in other facilities, the number of children who return back to their families is higher in facilities that are run as children?s centres than in Klokanek facilities. This thesis can serve as an outline file on facilities for children who require immediate help in the Czech Republic and also as a background for further research in this field.

Transfer of ownership right to land
Němečková, Petra ; Drobník, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Franková, Martina (referee)
1 Abstract Transfers of land ownership This thesis provides a clear and comprehensive explanation on the transfer of land ownership and institutions associated with this issue. Land from other things in the legal sense is so different that it raises the need to create specific legal regulations, which contain the basic institutions and principles of land law. The special nature of the land is determined by its specific characteristics that distinguish it from all other things. Although it has a long tradition of land ownership, it has still not developed it's uniform and comprehensive legislation. General law for the transfer of land ownership is a civil code. Special regulations are cadastral law and the law on registration of ownership and other rights in real estate, the law on transfers of agricultural and forest land, Land Act and others. Due to the adoption of a new civil code, there are some places to identify and compare to the current legal system, and possible adjustment for the future. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part contains general characteristics of land ownership, and describes its object, subject, content, institutions and basic concepts that are associated. The second part deals with various ways of transfer of title to land. The basic meaning of transfer is when the...

What holds society together? The concept of societal community and constitutive symbolism in Talcott Parsons, Richard Münch and Jeffrey Alexander
Německý, Marek ; Šubrt, Jiří (advisor) ; Skalník, Petr (referee) ; Musil, Jiří (referee)
1. In my thesis I try to answer the question: "What holds society together?" by using theoretical conceptual tools of Parsonian functionalist sociology. I work especially with Parson's concept of societal community as it is defined in his book Socities. Evolutionary and Comparative Perspective. I work with the definition of societal community used in this book. Societal community is formed on one hand by a normative system of order, on the other hand by statuses, rights and obligations derived from membership thereof. [Parsons 1966: 31] I work with this skizza concept and try to reconstruct Parsons's concept by using conception of other authors, especially neo-functionalists (Jeffrey Alexander, Richard Munch, Samuel Eisenstadt), and by other authors as well (David Lockwood, Stein Rokkan, Lewis Coser, John Rawls). In spite of the fact that I use the interpreations of these authors, I consider my thesis an original piece of work, because especially last named authors do not explicitly use the concept of societal community. I reconstructed the concept of societal community with the complexity which cannot be found in the works of other authors [Gerhardt 2001]. 2. In the first step I try to reconstruct the concept based on the work of Talcott Parsons. I came to the conclusion that Parsons sees the...

The poetry of Vlado Oláh (in the context of Slovakian Romany poets)
Vyskočilová, Iva ; Sadílková, Helena (referee) ; Červenka, Jan (advisor)
The thesis deals with themes in the poetry of Vlado Oláh, one of the foremost Gypsy/Romany poets. The main themes of Oláh's oeuvre can be found in Khamori luluďi - Slunečnice (The sunflower), his poetry debut. They are further elaborated on in his next poetry books Khamutno kamiben - Žár lásky (The fire of love) and Amaro drom pal o udut - Naše cesta za světlem (Our path towards the light). A part of the thesis is also dedicated to poetry forms of Oláh's writings. In his poetry, Oláh mainly deals with love, nature and Romany community life seen as a Romany life-style ideal. The author also puts great emphasis on links with the Mother- Earth and the need of revitalization of these links which are to bring a resurrection of the human spirit. Appeals for human brotherhood and revitalization of human kind are ubiquitous features of Oláh's poetry. An active Christian, he is professing his faith and glorifies the Christian religion. For Oláh, Christianity provides the blueprint for a pure life and a sense of human existence. His poetry also touches Romany rights, the idea of tolerance between people, racism and the reconstruction and development of romipen, principles of traditional Romany life. Another part of the thesis focuses on poetry of some other Romany poets with a special emphasis on topics and poetry...

Easements in telecommunications
Hronková, Vladimíra ; Kopecký, Martin (referee) ; Staša, Josef (advisor)
Resume in English. Easement in Telecommunication This thesis deals with the easements in the specifically chosen and therefore dedicated area - in Telecommunication field. The easement has its primary regulation in the Civil Code No. 64/1964 Sb., however the easements are regulated also within the public law area, namely the public law codes e.g. Water Act, Railway Act etc. In its very basic effect they represent the limitation of the property owner. We divide them into two groups easements ad personam and ad rem. The easement in the telecommunication belongs into the public law. They are currently regulated by the Telecommunication Act No. 127/2005 which has it's specific procedure of establishing these easements. Before this Act there were two previous Acts - the Act. No. 110/1964 Sb. which was replaced by Act No. 151/2000 Sb. The Act No. 151/2000 Sb was replaced by above mentioned valid act. Each of the Acts maintained the area of easement in different way. When we take into consideration the first and the oldest Act No. 110/1964 Sb. the easements were considered like public limitation of owner rights until the year 1992, when was the Act updated and specifically renamed the public limitation of the owner rights into the easements. The Act No. 151/2000 Sb. was clear since it's beginning about the...

The Internet and copyright-the scope of liability of individual parties involved and modes of protection against piracy
Mačenbacher, David ; Císařová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Holcová, Irena (referee)
Resumé The Internet and copyright - the scope of liability of individual parties and modes of protection against piracy. The main purpose of my graduation thesis is to analyze and evaluate the current situation in copyright law, with an emphasis on the general liability of the Internet Service Providers and other respective subjects in the information society. An inseparable part of this thesis is an overview of international treaties, European law and national law. The final part highlights new trends in copyright piracy with the provisions for combating these. From my perspective there are two reasons why this topic attracted my attention. Firstly, I could hardly hide my personal interest as a person who is a computer specialist by profession. Secondly, copyright law is a subject of perpetual and significant change, inspiring new ideas and new approaches. The work is divided into five chapters, which are divided into various subchapters. An introduction to the topic is broadly provided in the first and second chapter which describes this new medium of the Internet from several angles. These points of view often go far beyond copyright law, describing the axioms of constitutional law and the principles of humanism and human rights. These principles are threatened considerably in the globalised society with...
