Personnel Management Economisation in the Building Industry
Bušina, Filip ; Němec, Otakar (advisor) ; Dvořáček, Jiří (referee) ; Horňák, Pavol (referee) ; Linkeschová, Dana (referee)
The building industry economic situation has shown a continuous descending tendency starting from 2008 in the field of efficiency and future development. Individual building companies have to undertake previously banned optimisation processes that affected both the company itself and its employees. Moreover, when assessing the role of the state and its involvement in the stabilisation of the current "bitter" situation, we cannot but state that such an involvement is zero. Therefore, this paper has two core objectives: the first one is to "define methods of the economisation of the personnel management in the building industry" and to "identify the economic policy of the state relative to building organisations and to determine the impacts of such policy on the behaviour of building organisations".

Academical crise 1969 in Coimbra
Vondrašová, Jana ; Binková, Simona (advisor) ; Klíma, Jan (referee)
The diploma thesis Akademická krize 1969 v Coimbře (The 1969 Academic Crisis in Coimbra) discusses the Coimbra Academic Crisis in both the Portuguese and international contexts. The assessment of the validity of the thesis that the Portuguese student movement in the late 60s was a part of the international movement of '68 is based on the study of sociological theories of social movements and on the comparison with historical events in economically developed democratic countries - United States, Germany, France and Italy. Portuguese student movements were from the beginning connected with student organisations, the so-called associations, which were attempting to change the legislative framework of out-of-school activities. In the authoritative regime of António de Oliveira Salazar, the so-called New state, the primary function of universities was to raise ideologically conscious elites. The restrictive character of the above-mentioned legislative enabled government control of student life. The protest leaders usually maintained contacts with political opposition and subordinated the aims of the movement to the interests of the illegal Communist Party. As a rule, the government did not have difficulties dealing with the relatively small activist groups, and persecution by police led effectively to the...

Cooperation with the Families of Users in G-centrum Tábor
HOLUBOVÁ, Karolína
The Cooperation with Families of the Clients in the G- Centre Tábor For my bachelor thesis I have chosen the topic ?The Cooperation with Families of the Clients in the G-Centre Tábor?. The main aim of my thesis is to find out if the family is not less interested in the care for the senior after he or she had been taken into the care of an institution - particularly The G-Centre Tábor ? Old People´s Home,c.o. It has been common in the 21st century to take care for our older relatives and for the older generation in our country in general. The old age does not have to be only a phrase which announces impotence, last years of the life or illness. However not all seniors can afford to stay at home till the end of their lives. The most frequent reasons for this are their health problems that often accumulate in the old age and the risk of their occurrence is higher. That is often why the family and the senior himself have to choose the way of the institutional care. The theoretical part has been aimed to the senior, his or her family and the institutional care. In the first part I wanted to point out what the old age looks like, what it brings and what is the way the seniors are able to cope with the situations brought by the old age. In the next part I have aimed at the family, because it undoubtedly plays an important role in the senior´s life. I have focused onthe changes of the family from the past to the present. I also wanted to highlight the important and irreplaceable role of the senior in the family, the life together with the senior and possible barriers and problems in the communication. In the last part I have aimed to the institutional care ? what it is, what social service it can offer, what the admission of the senior to the institutional care looks like and what are the rights and obligations of the staff and the clients who live there. I have also aimed to the social worker, his or her work filling and job level in the old people´s home. For the practical part I have chosen qualitative research with using of the method of semi-controlled dialogue. The research was realized in the G-Centre Tábor ? Old People´s Home, c.o. and 11 respondents took part in it. There were addresses five clients of G-Centre in the age from 72 to 85 years, four women and one man, and also their family members in the age from 22 to 52 years. All the family members were women, four daughters and one granddaughter. The research was completed by the interview with a social worker from the G-Centre. She has been working there at the position of the university educated social worker for 12 years. The aim of the thesis is to find out if and in what way the families are included in the care for the clients of the G-Centre Tábor. The main research issue stated to the achievement of the aim was the following: Is the family engaged in the care for the clients of G-Centre Tábor ? Old People´s Home, c.o.? And three more additional questions were: In what way is the family engaged in the care for the clients of G-Centre Tábor, Old People´s Home, c.o.? What opportunities do The G-Centre Tábor ? Old People´s Home, c.o. offer to engage the family in the care for the clients? And the last partial question was: Do the families of the clients know the opportunities to engage themselves in the care?

In contemporary times internet plays without doubts, a key role in our life. It is one of the most effective information channels of modern economy and a powerful tool of citizen society. Great number of new web pages is created daily and the competition is becoming stronger. This Diploma Thesis is dealing with the information architecture of web pages and applications an its significance for projects of Web2.0 In our territory, "information architecture" is relatively new term and therefore, the first part of the thesis endeavor to define it. It attempts to emphasize that the web page is not a pretty picture only but it must contain well-designed communication of the goals of the page creation. For attaining them, it is essential to define precisely the expectation at the very beginning. On the other hand, it is also necessary to have on mind the web users who opens the page for to fulfill their specific needs and with their own expectations. Web page therefore should meet both the goals of the designers and expectations of the users. Further part of the introductory chapter deals with the history of the information architecture having its roots in the sphere of the information design. Beside other topics, there is discussed the work of Ladislav Sutnar, who significantly contributed to the development of this topic. The following chapter deals with the process of the information architecture design proper. It is not a detailed instruction for web page creation, but rather a description of individual steps and factors able to influence substantially the web page presentation success. The last part is devoted to the recently frequently referred phenomenon of Web 2.0. The Act on Educational Staff: an exploratory survey in the district of Zábřeh.
Novotná, Marie ; Smékalová, Lucie (advisor) ; Jana, Jana (referee)
My thesis is divided into two parts where the notional part presents the targets and methodology, describes the locality of the research, the system of education and the legislation. The applied part is based on the qualitative research carried out with four randomly chosen headmasters of the educational institutions in Zábřeh, representing different types and stages of the educational system. Based on the results of my research, the target of my thesis is to describe the impact of the amendment of the Act No.563/2004 on Educational Staff and the impact of modification of some related acts on the teaching stuffs of all kinds of educational facilities in the town, and at the same time to present the process of dealing with these legislative changes by the headmasters as the managers of the schools. By interviewing the headmasters I should find the answer to the question if their analysed responses conform the idea of an ideal manager (according to Jan Hron) who needs to have not only knowledge an competence to be a successful manager, but also authority and will. The results of the research should also confirm or refute the idea that in connection with the legislative changes many insufficiently qualified teachers were dismissed to be replaced by new employees. Therefore, I am comparing the results of my survey with the accessible data from the local employment agency. Although it is hard to generalize the data from the qualitative survey and a relatively small number of respondents, this thesis should bring a new insight into the whole issue in the town of fourteen thousand inhabitants.
