Children Speech in Different Social Family Background

The thesis deals with a topic of speech and language expression of children coming from socially diverse backgrounds. A Theoretical part of the thesis elaborates upon the evolution of a speech in a pre-school age, explains an influence of social environment on the evolution of speech, encounters with factors that have an impact on speech and communication of a child, characterizes a contemporary family and briefly addresses to Bernstein´s language codes. In a practical part the course and the findings of the research are elaborated, finding out differences in speech ad communicational skills of pre-school children in connection with their social environment. All language levels were observed in the research. The thesis contributes to the affirmation of Bernstein´s theory of language codes.

Social Prevention of Crime

Social prevention of criminality The purpose of the text is to show some of the main possible courses in social prevention of criminality, from criminological and lightly sociological point of view. The reason for such an approach is always actual need of analysis of criminal evolution and of the way we can influence it. The paper is composed of three main chapters, further divided into subchapters. The first chapter is introductory and contains some primal thesis as a preparation for coming issues, including reasons for stress on schooling issues. Second chapter is particularized into twelve subchapters, each of them dealing with different areas and some of them further deepened. First subchapter focuses on family and its relation to schooling issues and includes also notes on language code. Second subchapter takes into account culture as a background for patterns of behavior and value orientation. Third subchapter stresses the meaning of authorities, while fourth subchapter concentrates on schooling issues. Fourth subchapter is also one of the two chapter further divided, when it contains the relation between schooling and criminality in adulthood. Fifth subchapter is dedicated to personality. Changes of the town of Ceska Kamenice beetwen the years 1945-1951

As it results from the title, the work is focused on the historical evolution of Ceska Kamenice in the period of years from 1945 to 1951. May 1945 seems to be the turning point of the further development of Ceska Kamenice. The German inhabitants, who had represented the majority population so far, were at once qualified as political unreliable and in light of important changes that were expected, discriminating regulations started to be carried out against them. In the meantime the Czech from various parts of the Republic began to come there. Some of them beholded their arrival just as an oportunity to feather their nests, but of course there were those too, who decided to stay and settle down in the town. They gained the national stewardship and started their new lives. However, some of the new settlers had to leave the town again because the stewardship was not always taken over by people who were the most competent and qualified. Assigning to this office as well as being resigned from, often became the demonstration of potencial power. The first months in Ceska Kamenice were accompanied by injustice and tyrany. Units of troops and guerrilla forces that settled in the town tyrannized both, Czech and German inhabitants and the endeavour to stop it was suppressed. These events were only revealed in 1947...


Mathematical e-learning course in the Moodle system

This Diploma Thesis focuses on e-leaming and the creation of mathematical e-learning courses in the Moodle system. The key objective is to create an e-learning course with a mathematical story and to inform about the Moodle system. The first part discusses e-learning. The main part describes the Moodle itself, its evolution and how to work with it. Next, a chapter on a course called Dědictví Anaidniho Senoje. The final part summarises LMS systems which can be used to create e-learning courses.

The School- and Out-of-School Reading of Pupils of Secondary Schools and Preparatory Schools

The diploma work addresses the topič of reading. By means of the qualitative research it analyzes reading of the pupils of the secondary professional school and secondary extension courses, i.e. young people 15-32 years old. Primarily, it deals with two topics: the process of reading (choice of the book, process of reading itself and subsiding of reading) and the reading evolution. Moreover, using individual interviews, it surveys other subtle aspects of reading and accompanying experience. Finally it characterizes individual readeťs stages according to the age of the child.

Access to healthcare for third countries migrants in the Czech Republic

This Ph.D. thesis discusses the evolution and current situation regarding availability of healthcare for third countries migrants in the Czech Republic. In terms of methodology, the author has chosen a qualitative approach. The research design is a historical case study. The thesis uses a combination of "desk research" and empirical survey based on 56 in-depth interviews with migrants, healthcare providers and experts who come into contact with migrants during the course of their work. Based on the approach of historical institutionalism, the author is explaining policy of migrants' health insurance evolution in Czech Republic since 1993 till today. The author identifies the key events and the roles of particular actors within the observed "sub- system" of public policy. From the viewpoint of migrants and healthcare providers, the thesis also presents how the current institutionalised set-up of migrants' health policy transfers into the real access to healthcare for migrants. It also identifies the main barriers to health care accessibility and the consequences of possible health care unavailability. Utilization of renewable energy sources in Czech Republic

This thesis deals with consideration of energy facilities structure in Czech Republic. It is depicted in it their evolution from point of: electric energy consumption, structures of energy facilities and electricity prices. Further, is here depicted a production of electric energy for the year 2009, from the point of: produce, sources, consumption and ratio of factories. Of course, the RSE (renewable sources of energy) effect and share of scope on this evolution and structure, is also mentioned here. The next part is pointed to basic description of each sources of electric energy. It is not mentioned here only factories which uses for it´s production renewable primary sources but also another types of factories. Their pros and cons are also summarized. The last part of this work is a thought of realization of fictive project, which could replace a part of steam power plants' share by producing electric energy through renewable sources. It is re-counted and suggested here a few possibilities of this realization from the point of needed installed power and approximate estimation of capital expenditure.

Nursing care of a newborn with oesophageal atresia

The bachelor thesis deals with diagnostic procedure, treatment and nursing process in a newborn diagnosed with esophageal atresia without fistula. The work consists of clinical part, in which anatomy of esophagus, prenatal evolution of esophagus, types of esophageal atresia, options of surgery, prediction and complications of this disease are briefly described and at the end there is a description of the course of hospitalization. Nursing part consists of a theoretical section describing the nursing process and the nursing model of Virginia Henderson. In the next part of work is the needs of the patient are assessed according to this model. Nursing diagnoses are described both for the period before surgery and immediately after the first operation. Due to the lenght of stay the long-term plan of nursing care is intertwined with information, instructions and guidance of the parents The work also contains a list of used drugs with their brief characteristics. In supplement scoring tables, X-ray documentaion, and information for the parents are presented.
