The introduction of social service in Non-Governmental Organization.
Nedobitá, Lucie ; Vrzáček, Petr (advisor) ; Šedivý, Marek (referee)
This Master's thesis deals with the description of an introduction of social service in Non- Governmental Organization, which has decided to become a registrated provider of social services. The aim of the thesis is to describe how to manage selected phase of such a change, while introducing it to the field of social service by a Non-Governmental Organization. This is related to chosen Non-Governmental Organization Azara sociální, z.s. and specifically it's project of the introduction of field social service - Personal Assistance. The selected phase of implementation is the registration of this service and the individual steps, from the decision to introduce the change, through the elaboration of the individual plans and submission of required documents, which are necessary for the registration application to the competent regional authority. Strategic analyzes are carried out for the analysis of the external environment of the selected organization and the analysis of the internal environment. The qualitative research method focus group has been used to receive suggestions and concrete steps from selected representatives of the organization's management, based on the Implementation Plan and the Risk Plan. The evaluation of the progress, of the phases of the introduced changes is carried out...
Mapování významných krajinných prvků ve vybraném území a návrh na registraci nového významného krajinného prvku
FRIDRICHOVSKÁ, Šárka
A significant landscape element is a tool of general protection of the nature and landscape, the announcement of which is formally one of the fastest and easiest ways to protect. Act No. 114/1992 Coll. represents basic legislative document where is significant landscape element defined as an environmentally, geomorphologically or aesthetically valuable part of the landscape, which shapes its typical appearance or contributes to the maintenance of its stability. The theme of my thesis was the mapping of important landscape elements and the proposal for registration of a new significant landscape element in Pelhřimov area. Four cadastral territories were selected, in which significant landscape features were characterized. In the area of interest it was selected 4 registered significant landscape elements and 13 significant landscape elements of the law, which were divided into subcategories of watercourses, ponds and forests.
Internet library of methods and algorithms used for medical image registration
Koňařík, Jakub ; Jiřík, Radovan (referee) ; Peter, Roman (advisor)
Image registration is a procedure which is heading to search for a geometric transformation, which ensures same position, orientation and size of coresponding objects in pictures. How does these methods work? These methods and principies are explained in first part of this work. Second part of this work is aimed to explain theory about information systems and practical creation of the internet databaze. These practical part was realized in editorial system called Drupal.
Vectorized Point Clouds for Mobile Robotics
Correspondence Problem in Geometrics Morphometric Tasks

Title: Correspondence Problem in Geometric Morphometrics Tasks Author: Václav Krajíček Department / Institute: Department of Software and Computer Science Education Supervisor of the doctoral thesis: RNDr. Josef Pelikán Supervisor's e-mail address: pepca@cgg.mff.cuni.cz Abstract: Shape analysis in physical anthropology, biomedicine, and related disci- plines is mostly done using landmarks or by measuring distances. New techno- logical advancements allow the digitization of object's appearance in the form of triangular meshes or volume images. These digital images are especially beneficial in the cases when landmarks cannot be used to effectively describe the shape. In order to statistically analyze shape in a sample of observations, which are represented by these modalities, correspondence has to be found. Registration is a crucial tool in mapping the shape representations into a common space where correspondence is found by nearest neighbor principle in the case of triangular meshes or by overlaps in the case of volume images. B- spline based non-rigid registration is chosen because of its versatility, relative speed and ability to handle both meshes and volume images. Experiments were also performed with other alternatives - Thin-plate splines and Coherent point drift. The algorithm was modified to handle...
Registration of real property in Bohemia and Moravia (development of the land registry)
Vachalovský, Martin ; Kindl, Vladimír (advisor) ; Starý, Marek (referee)
The purpose of this study is to explain the development of real estate registration in Bohemia and Moravia from the very beginning belonging to the 11th century to the last stage of development prior to the current arrangements. Thanks to this study should be easier to understand the current treatment of real estate cadastre in all its complexity. Thus, including the principles and tools from which it is based. The whole historical development is no less interesting areas, where the development of real estate registration, always reflect the current major historical events. Some events can interfere with the subject more and some less, but this issue, which is intersecting virtually the entire period of Czech Statehood, can't be investigate without the knowledge of the historical circumstances specific to each developmental period. This study is divided into two chapters. The first chapter deals with public books, which are instruments in which they were written ownership rights to real property for the purpose of ensuring and strengthening the rights of the owner against foreign interference in its ownership. This was for most of its existence almost purely private instrument, but eventually during the Communist regime was associated with the real estate cadastre. This chapter is divided into five...
Aspects of registration of vessels in maritime law
Mládek, Matěj ; Ondřej, Jan (advisor) ; Balaš, Vladimír (referee)
Název diplomové práce: Aspekty registrace plavidel v mezinárodním právu (oblast mezinárodního práva mořského a registrace námořních plavidel) (Aspects of the registration of vessels in the International Law) Abstrakt: Along with fishing, navigation is the oldest use of the sea, and remains one of the most important. Ships are the most important means of transporting goods on such routes: ninety-five per cent, by weight, of all international trade is seaborne. On the military side is it same important battle field. While almost all costal States and some landlocked (right now without Czech Republic) ones have a merchant navy of some description, one of the remarkable features of the international shipping industry is the degree to which ships are concentrated under the flags of relatively few States. This does not necessarily indicate a similar distribution of ownership. We are talking about "flags of convenience" and it is one of the topics of this thesis. This thesis deals transformation from customary international law to current codified regulation of the registration of vessels. The ascription of nationality to ships is one of the most important means by which public order is maintained at sea. As well as indicating what rights a ship enjoys and to what obligations it is subjects, the nationality of a...
