Bachelor’s thesis is focused on proposal for changes in marketing strategy in shop with electrical appliances and electronics especially from the perspective of the marketing mix and situational analysis. The theoretical part defines the basic concepts of marketing and marketing strategies. The second part of the analysis is focused on the findings of the current situation in the company. In the third section describes the proposed measures whose mission is to improve the current marketing strategy.
Utilization of Reverse E-Auctions in Public Works Contracts

The subject matter thesis “Utilization of reverse e-auctions in public works contracts“ is analysis of procurement of public works contracts using electronic shopping auctions. Part of the thesis is a brief description of public construction contracts, electronic auctions, their pros, cons and why it is advantageous to use them. Part of the thesis is also evaluation of the questionnaire focused on the use of the electronic shopping auctions for constructioncontracts in the public sector. Questionnaire was sent to Czech towns and results were summarized in text, tables and charts.
Development of materials used in construction

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyze thermal properties and prices of the composition of the masonry with selected house in comparison with other types of construction. Theoretical part is dealing with development of certain material used in construction from history to the present and then pricing of construction work in the Czech Republic. The practical part is focused on the family house in Knínice village that fulfils the requirements of the passive house. I describe it in more details from a construction point of view and I compare its composition of the masonry with other compositions, both in terms of heat and in terms of price.
Analysis of a Vehicle Saleability

The object of this thesis is to focus on the major influences of vehicle saleability in Czech Republic in terms of the most important criteria, such as price, fuel consumption, colour etc. Part of the work will be arranged questionnaires. The survey indicates desirability of cars back for the last five years. This creates sales trend with a hint of future development.

The theoretical part speaks about basic concepts of marketing, marketing mix itself and his tools and differences in marketing mix between the company doing business in services and and the company outside of them. Analytical part introduces us the concrete chosen company, analysis of its marketing environment and marketing mix. Among solutions there are proposals to improve marketing mix of this particular company to gain more profit out of it and improve its functioning.
Assessment of the influence of material composition of new buildings on their market price and the price of existing properties in the locality

The submitted thesis focuses on establishing the extent of influence of material composition of selected segment of real estates (units) on their market price and price of the existing properties in the locality, including reasoning and experimental validation of market value (or market price) assessment methodology of the given property. It is indisputable that there are many subjective opinions and views of each individual assessor (of expert opinion) entering into the process of property assessment. Therefore it is necessary to “standardise” or rather unify, if possible, at least some input data in a way most likely preventing disproportions that are still a part of expert practise nowadays. The influence of material composition on the value (price) of the property, as for the relation to unit size, its locality and also its age and technical condition, is within this thesis verified first of all in computational phase of the assessment of the specific unit, when it in principle shows possible inaccuracy in assessing the final price of property, which should be avoided by a proper expert assessment. Practical impact and use of the influence of material composition is applied within the comparative method as one of several assessment methods that can be employed in establishing (assessment) of market value of the property.

Determination of variant price for public construction contract

This master thesis deals with the determination of the variant prices for the public construction contract. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part analyses prices, construction contracts and budgets in general. Public construction contract for the residential building in Štěpánov was selected for this thesis. In the practical part the construction contract and the supplier company are briefly described. The price of the construction contract is analysed in the price analysis, where the budgets of the contracting authority and the selected supplier are compared. Based on this analysis, alternatives of material usage are suggested. At the end of the thesis the overall economic evaluation is carried out and the variant price of the contract is determined.
