Sports Manager for iOS
Hort, Jaroslav ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
This work discusses design, implementation, connection, testing and practical use of mobile application for iOS and supporting web application.     I have analyzed the effects of music to sport and designed and implemented a fitting mobile application allowing users to collect data from their activities, music players and see the effects of music on them. During design and implementation, I have emphasised usability, expandability and synchronization with cloud storage, for this reason I have created a web application, allowing users to monitor their results captured from mobile anywhere.
Backend of a iOS Notification System
Mihál, Martin ; Rychlý, Marek (referee) ; Bartík, Vladimír (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design and implement backend of an iOS notification system, which can receive a notification through web request and send it to an iOS device. System sends notifications to iOS devices through the Apple notification server. System also provides a complete account management, which allows users to agregate notitifications into so-called services. These represent a user's software, which sends notifications. System communicates with the iOS application representing user through REST or GraphQL web service.
Mobile Application for Sports Training
Dohnalík, Pavel ; Bartík, Vladimír (referee) ; Očenášek, Pavel (advisor)
The aim of the thesis is to create a mobile application that allows planning of training plans, sharing them in the team and subsequent evaluation of sports activities that will be entered or measured in the application. The application is implemented for the Android operating system. The thesis describes the programming theory for mobile operating systems. The practical part describes the design, implementation and testing. For implementation, NativeScript was used, linking XML and JavaScript or TypeScript. The resulting app allows the user to create training schedules and record sports activities.
Application for Searching for Fitness Buddies (iOS)
Plšek, Dominik ; Behúň, Kamil (referee) ; Herout, Adam (advisor)
Many successful projects are based on mobile applications using geographic position of the user and shared economy, mostly in transport market. These principles can be used in other fields of human life as well. As part of my thesis, I focused on applying these methods to the fitness market. A considerable part of potential customers is discouraged from exercising regularly by the fact that they do not have anyone to share these activities with. The purpose of the thesis is to create a mulitplatform mobile application Gymber which helps users searching for a partner or a trainer for running, weight-lifting or other desired fitness activity. Gymber allows users to share and respond to offers for fitness activity, displays a feed of appropriate places for these activities, informs users about places' opening hours, special events and news. The thesis also describes topics about user interface design, iOS application implementation and designing backend API for supporting other mobile platforms, too.
Mobile Application "Paramedic doggy" - Unexpected Event
Krejčí, Jan ; Milet, Tomáš (referee) ; Chlubna, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design and implement a simple educational mobile application for children which, in the form of a game, shows how to proceed in a model emergency situation (train accident). Firstly, the thesis describes general principles of providing first aid in an emergency situation as well as its training. Secondly, the thesis clarifies characteristic features of educational digital games, analyses already existing solutions and describes Unity game engine. Based on information acquired so far, the educational game is designed and implemented in Unity. The method and the results of the testing are presented in the conclusion. The final version of the game is ready for publishing.
Training Manager for iOS
Kondek, Ondrej ; Smrčka, Aleš (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
This bachelor thesis describes a draft and the implementation of an iOS application. The application is meant to work as a tracking tool of user's physical activities with emphasis on simple data input using extensions such as voice assistent Siri, widget and context menu. The user can create records of their activities, show their own statistics but they are also able to share data between other users of the application. The thesis describes existing tools for iOS development, analysis of competitive applications, draft and implementation of the application and in the end its testing.
Reactive Programming in iOS Applications
Kříž, Matyáš ; Peringer, Petr (referee) ; Hrubý, Martin (advisor)
iOS development is built on asynchronous calls and parallelism. Keeping the asynchronous code clear and consise becomes increasingly more difficult with the size of an application. Multiple methodologies emerged to combat this problem. One of them is the reactive programming methodology. In my thesis I focused on creating a reactive methodology inspired by the core ReactiveX concepts with a simpler, more streamlined implementation.
Player for iPhone for Educational Purposes
Klobása, Jiří ; Polok, Lukáš (referee) ; Beran, Vítězslav (advisor)
This thesis deals with the design and implementation of mobile application for iPhone that serves as a music player. The application works with meta-information to a music song and suggests their use in the process of memorization. The thesis is divided into chapters, starting with the characteristics of the target platform iOS, user interface design and its testing, principles of creating computer music and sound. The core of this thesis is to design a user interface along with the structure and use of meta-information related to a song. At the end of the thesis there is described the implementation of the application, the tests performed and possibilities for further improvements of the application.
