The thesis based on evaluation of current personnel political situation in the company monitors critical areas in corporate culture and also reviews the needs for personal development and education. This thesis contains suggestions of systemic changes in education development management and suggests methods of its implementation with feedback, which will efficiently help to professionalize employees.

Subject of this thesis is employees’ evaluation, remuneration and motivation in a particular company. In order to properly motivate employees, must be a system of evaluation and remuneration fair and understandable to employees. The aim of this work is based on theoretical knowledge gained in the first part and analysis of combination compensation in part two, suggest a more efficient system of employees’ reward and motivation. This should lead to greater satisfaction and improved employee service and thus to improve company performance.

The firs part is followed by the analytical part, where is describe current condition od the selected company, current motivation system, individual parts of motivation system, reward etc. Based on quantitative research and hypothesis testing, suggestions and measures are compile. This suggestions and measures should lead to the improvement of current motivation system.

Motivational System in a Selected Company

Thesis contains theoretical knowledge about motivation system and explains basic concepts bound with this topic. Current trends of employee requirements in field of study were gathered using a survey. Based on analysis of the current status and findings, propositions for improving motivation strategy are stated. These suggestions come with quantification of eventual costs needed to realize them and will lead to bigger satisfaction of current employees and more efficient acquisition of new workers.

The assessment and reward system is a very efficient motivation factor. Hence this system needs to be just and absolutely clear to the workers. Based on an analysis of a current state in the company described in the practical part of this thesis, I shall propose a new and more efficient assessment system.
