Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

The area of the project is located in the calm part Brno - Komín. The current build up area is composed of the family houses and low flat houses. The area is on the ledge of the city, there is a good connection to the nature and also to the city center. The concept is trying to fill the current area with the quality and functional raster, which creates friendly public spaces for residents. The residential area respects the high of the buildings and keeps the way to the forest on east free. The design is splitted in more parts. The first are four floors high flat houses, which respect contour line from west to east. In between the houses are new public areas with playgrounds for children and also one multifunctional playground with the option for summer cinema. On the south the three floors high town houses are located. The last part is the residence for pensioners. This house is located on the east under the hill. From this place is possible to go directly to the forest and on the hill. On the north part of the area is alley with the path to the woods. New living area should react to this part of the city and create enjoyable place for residents.
Multifunctional House in Kutna Hora

The master´s thesis is focused on the preparation and design of project documentation of the multi-functional building. The building is designed on the corner of Sportovců and Waldhauserova streets in Kutná Hora. The concept of the building respects the territorial plan of the city and complements the existing buildings. The building has one underground and four floors. There is basement, two shops and fourteen flats. The building is designed from construction system Vapis.
Multifunctional Building Křenová

The bachelors thesis deals with multifunctional building on the Křenová Street and Skořepka in Brno. The proposal is considered on the planned New urban boulevard. The main though was to form an integrated building wich will not be disrupt built-up area around. The building continuous on the existing buidings and so closes block of houses, lining the Křenová and Skořepka streets. The building is split in the three parts – administration part, shops and flats. Administration part is almost all made of glass. It was choosen orange, gray and milky color-tinted glass to make it attractive and architectual accent. Flats facade is painted in the dark and light gray color. From the facade are pulled out specific shapes. Investment in Apartments in Selected Cities in the Czech Republic

Thesis on residential investments into flats in selected towns and cities in the Czech Republic. This thesis provides a critical investment analysis and is a response to the systemic increases in property prices observed in recent years. These increases have fundamentally altered the profitability of rented flats across individual Czech cities and towns. Given that acquired flats are failing to meet profitability expectations, it is now vital to investigate how investment returns differ in selected Czech cities and towns. Based on the results of this thesis, investors may need to revise the location of their residential assets in order to maximise investment returns. The objective of this thesis is to make relevant calculations in order to determine the current return on residential investment into flats in selected Czech cities and towns. The secondary objective is to describe the matters associated with residential investments into flats. The analysis of profitability and term of return is derived from a database, which has been adjusted and evaluated according to appropriate statistical methods.
Namesti Miru in Brno improvement and completion

The appearance of Namesti Miru has been unsuitable for a long time with many functional and aesthetic problems. The proposal addresses the use of public space and transforms it into a dignified square, which forms the heart of the Masaryk district. At the same time, the project combines the functionality of the transport hub with the maximum use of public space. The building in the southern part of the square responds to the demands of the inhabitants and accommodates both administrative and residential functions and the cultural activities of visitors. The building creates a semi-public space with plenty of greenery. The architectural and urban design of the building responds to the surrounding area and refers to the history of the Masaryk district.

This thesis describes the design of the house with a tire service in Pardubice. This is three-storey house with partial basement. The building is covered with a flat roof. The facility is a business and two residential units.
Polyfunctional building

Multifunctional buliding is designed as a alone standing new buliding in the cadastral area of Žilina on a private plot no. 4518, Alexandra Street Rudnaya. The buidling is situated in the older part of city build in the sixties with the dominanting residental houses. Type of the multipurpose building is dominant with a residental function. The building totaly contains four apartment units. In the ground floor are offices, spaces of surgeries and access to housing and accessories. Each function has a separate entrance, which is designed for handicapped. In the basemnt of the building are designed in a common garage, basement and substation for heating domestic hot water and heating all function in the building. Enterence in to garage is designed from the east side od street Juraja Sklenara. The building is covered wich flat, monotube roof. The building has got rectangular shape which one outlet on the southeast side. Attic roof is 10,75 meters above the ground.
NEW ON THE „OLD“ – Brno, Bratislavská - Stará Corner

The entire facility comprises on the ground floor leasable space. In the second to fifth floors are apartments in the two materials. Apartments are designed for young couples, students or small families. The entire mass of the house is depicted in contrast to the ground floor and floors. Where the ground floor has an organic shape of the curve and floor rational cuboid. On the roof of the first floor are common atrium for apartments. Roofs are covered with extensive lawn.

This diploma thesis is about real estate market comparative appraisement, statistical approach and how to use software for data gathering and processing in its practical part. Practical part also includes draft of appraising algorithm. In the end of practical part, there are check of application's output and comparison of computed prices to both real traded prices and advertisement prices.
Multifunctional building in Brno - Líšeň

The subject of this thesis is the design of a mixed-use building. The construction site in Brno – Lí s en is surrounded mostlý bý blocks of flats, separated from them on two sides bý primarý streets. The site slopes down under the angle of 24,6°. The building establishes a cafe , which is missing in the area, otherwise the building comprises of mostlý duplex apartments with terraces. The design strives to connect to the local road network and topographý as much as possible. According to these preconditions, the form emerged as a terraced, three-storeý building with flat roofs. The design respects the terrain and follows the height lines, which minimizes the excavations and eliminates the need to transport earth to external dumps. The terrain also creates a roof for the parking lots, which are hidden under the ground. The entrances to apartments are located in the ground floor, except for one, which is located in the basement, which is partiallý submerged into the ground on its west side. The façade consists of arch lamellae. This natural material is chosen to preserve the atmosphere of the place, which is one of the onlý trulý green areas in the center of the district.
