This thesis describes learning and development of employees, defines the method of coaching, describes its necessary components - asking questions, goal setting, reality, options, choice of one possibility, action plan, feedback. This thesis refers to relevant informations from technical bibliography. Thesis shows differences between coaching and other methods: mentoring, therapy and counselling. This work describes several approaches in coaching, for example coaching which cames from sport environment or coaching which is inspired by psychological approaches. Thesis allso describes two approaches, compares its consistent parts and utilization in the area of companies. Last chapter speaks about using coaching as method of development and approach to leading employees in the area of companies. Key words: coaching, development of employees

This thesis is about the issues of education and development of employees in the company Information call center. The main objective of this work is to characterize and evaluate the current state of education in society operators Information call center. The thesis is in two parts. The first part, theoretical part, the work provides basic information from the area of staff training and development. They explain the basic things related to education. The practical part is devoted to the characteristics of the selected company and their own research. For information needed method was used standardized interview and questionnaire. They have been established conclusions about the current education system and proposed recommendations, which should lead to improvement.
Evaluation of the educational systems in the companies in the Czech republic

Employee education alongside with skilled employees motivated to further development is currently becoming both an important part in the development of companies and a significant competition advantage in all markets worldwide. The aim of this thesis is to analyze educational systems in Czech companies and to evaluate the educational process of employees. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical one and practical one. The first part deals with defining theoretical concepts related to education, the theory of corporate education and trends in corporate education. The second part is focused on the research of corporate education in Czech companies. The research is based on the internal documentation and interviews with the HR representatives in the company HOCHTIEF CZ, and interviews with experts in the field of corporate education from the company DMC management consulting.

The thesis Education and development of employees in a selected company is focused on analyzing the current situation of the education system and staff development at Komercni banka a .s.. The main objective is to evaluate the problems of the current situation, specifically propose recommendations for improvement based on the findings. For this purpose a survey, ie. Questionnaires and personal interviews with banking advisors, on the basis of which is determined by the bank employee satisfaction with the current process of education and development. Based on the results of the evaluation will be to design a solution for process improvement training and development banks. The result of this survey is used to design measures, which are the introduction of regular educational activities that serve to simplify negotiations and solving the problems of the employees. These measures will help to guide employees on the market, leading to greater competitiveness, while education employees, better communication supervisor and subordinate. In the final context serves to improve the state of education employees in the bank and a development plan.

The bachelor thesis is focused on empolyee training and development in the company. First basic concepts of this topic are defined as personnel management, human capital, corporate training as well as the identification of training and its ways. Subsequently there are various methods of training described and training plans and their evaluation depicted. The practical part of work is based on a characteristics of the current education system in the company and on its basis improvements are recommended. The characteristics has been prepared on the basis of semi-structured interviews with marketing specialist and CEO of the company and the interpretation of the questionnaire about the need for training and satisfaction with him, who filled the staff.
Management of HR Processes

The thesis is focused on the management of HR processes within the organization. The theoretical part due to a strategic approach to human resource management strategies for dealing with the organization, personnel strategies and the related staffing policy. Furthermore, the tasks and goals of human resources management. Personnel work developed in three stages, namely personnel administration, personnel management and human resource management. Last but not least of the various HR functions. The practical part is devoted to analyzing the current state of HR management in a specific organization, which is a provider of broadband, television and telephony services. Necessary information and data were obtained through a controlled interview with the personnel manager and questionnaire survey among employees. In the end, there is an overall assessment of personnel management in the company, and based on the suggestion of several recommendations to improve the current situation.
Management of Education of Employees in Organisation

This thesis deals with the process of education at the Municipal Police of the Capital City of Prague. This study examines all components of staff training for their professions, including ongoing training programmes for renewal of constable certifications and voluntary courses. The aim of this thesis is to identify and evaluate the current education system, which was set up by the organization, and if there are any deficiencies, to suggest improvements. The theoretical part is written on the basis of the analysis and synthesis of secondary sources of literature. Information for the practical part of the work was obtained from the staff research and internal directives issued by the organization as well. The practical part is also based on the survey of various questions answered by constables throughout the organization, so that it represented the largest sample and the investigation was as objective as possible. The research found out that employees are mostly satisfied with training options and that the organization has a good process of education. Among the negatives are mainly the lack of additional courses for constables; these courses could be useful for their performance of services, for instance the course of first aid or foreign languages.
A Study on the Effectiveness of Corporate Training in an Engineering Company

This thesis deals with the setup process evaluation of the effectiveness of corporate training in an engineering company. A few concrete activities have been chosen which first analyzed, then set and applied to the evaluation system. The aim is to see how efficient the use of corporate resources for training staff, and their evaluation is. The process has set the evaluation of the effectiveness of specific training activity.
