Karafa s.r.o. je přední maloobchodní prodejce květin v České republice a v současnosti řeší problém vysoké fluktuace zaměstnanců a jejich nedostatečnou motivaci. Autor této práce použije především dotazník a další výzkumné metody, aby zjistil, jak jsou zaměstnanci spokojení se svou prací, a čím jsou motivováni. Cílem této teze bude návrh řešení, které pomůže zdokonalit personální činnosti a procesy ve firmě Karafa s.r.o.

Employee Benefits in the Selected Company

The diploma thesis deals with the evaluation of the employee benefits system in the selected company. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces individual concepts that are necessary for understanding other contexts. The analytical part focuses on research concerning employee satisfaction with the benefits offered in the form of a questionnaire survey and interviews. In the final part of the thesis, proposals and recommendations for changes to the current benefits system are drawn up based on the results found.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is employee benefits. It focuses on their accounting and tax aspects, both in the theoretical and practical areas. In general, it deals with the current system of providing benefits in accordance with applicable legal regulations. An analysis of the employee benefits used in selected engineering companies is carried out, and based on its evaluation, an optimization of the employee benefits system in the selected company is proposed.

Personnel agenda, wages and employee benefits on the farm

The aim of this thesis was to analyse the wage and benefit system, which I did using non-standardised interviews with employees. I was able to identify some gaps in the reward system such as low employee satisfaction and motivation, inequity in the reward system and poor workplace climate. After assessing the situation, I then suggested possible solutions to the management to improve all the deficiencies.

Recruitment System of Employees in Retail Shops

The main objective of this bachelor thesis is to analyse employee recruitment systems in retail shops and to compare with real situation. It consists of theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis defines the terms as retail, human resources, personnel management, recruitment methods and methods of selection. The whole process of recruiting is divided into several steps that can be used as instructions for gaining and selecting employees in retail shops. In the practical part there is an analysis of the current situation of selected retail shops. Data was obtained from one hundred respondents with a questionnaire. Their situation is examined on the basis of questions about their satisfaction with employees, types of employee motivation and methods of recruitment. At the end there are some recommendations that may contribute to employee recruitment systems in retail shops.

Personnel management in a selected service sector

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of personnel management in a company that deals with accounting management. The research contains two questionnaires, which were focused on motivation, remuneration and also the overall satisfaction of employees with the company's brand. The questionnaires were supplemented by a guided interview with the company's management, which gives the diploma thesis perspective from the other side. After the research were proposed changes for improvement and the calculated costs of the changes.
