V rámci této bakalářské práce byla provedena analýza současného procesu náboru a výběru zaměstnanců ve společnosti Iveco Czech Republic. V tomto procesu bylo odhaleno několik nedostatků. Pro optimalizaci tohoto procesu byly navrhnuty změny, které by měly celý proces zefektivnit a usnadnit tak práci náborovému týmu. In this bachelor thesis, an analysis of the current recruitment and selection process in the Iveco Czech Republic company was performed. Several shortcomings in this process were revealed. To optimize this process, changes were proposed to make the whole process more efficient and to facilitate the work of the recruitment team.
