The bachelor thesis focuses on describing the reality of the tracked family business, finding, defining and formulating the mistakes and shortcomings, which are happening during the practice, and revealing its weaknesses. It presents the craft of upholstery as a specific area and an unusual subject of business, it shows its complexity and “unclassifiability”, and the impact of this uniqueness on its prosperity. The reality is (where appropriate) compared with the obtained theoretical knowledge. The thesis involves identification of the problems and it proposes their solutions, in order to achieve the revitalisation and innovation of the monitored enterprise.

Prices of a modernization, repairs and maintenance of the building

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issues of charting building operations and their prices that includes modernization, reconstruction and building maintenance. In the theoretical part the terms related to this thesis are described. Terms are characterized in connection with the specific building operations that imply modernization, reconstruction and building maintenance, also calculation and theoretical concepts associated with it, budget and price. The practical part deals with developing of three itemized budgets according to three particular building operations (modernization, reconstruction and building maintenance) and each of these three budges is prepared in two variations, in the target price and in the implemented (individual) prize. Budges are created with the help of budget program BUILDpower S according to the price level RTS 15/II. In conclusion there is a budget comparison of the particular building operations and their price value.

The subject of this diploma thesis is the architectural and technological modernization project object T8 the Technical University in Brno. Reconstruction of the partial operation affects investor during reconstruction and access to various floors of the building which is secured by a connecting bridge passing over five floors of the building and articulated halls adjacent buildings. The aim is to design technology solutions, spatio-temporal, financial and legislative aspects, taken on the basis of project documentation.

Aircraft engine voltage regulator

The work deals with the issue of the current solution of on-board network regulation in aircraft using Walter-made Czech engines, especially Walter M137 and M337. The work deals with the style of the currently used solution for operating the generator and the possibilities of its replacement using modern technologies. The design and production of the newly designed device follows. An essential part of the work is also the identification of the system of the original solution and the associated design of a new controller. The work compares the original and proposed solution in several defined points. The following text also includes the certification page of the proposal, financial evaluation and recommendations for further direction.

Analysis of time of construction

This bachelor thesis focuses on assessment of time requirement of building labour during reconstruction of certain part of highway D1 and D2 and it also compares particular sections with regard on submitted work schedule, established range of work, different surface of roadway casing and various (unspecified) builders. The goal is to compare speed of implementation of realization in locations of concrete and asphalt casings, dependence on state of subsoil, existence of crossings of middle separating strips and length of certain parts of highway.

Modernisation of agricultural building

The project deals with the modernization of the agricultural building which leads to a change of the using building. In an effort was to make use of the building which goes to into ruin and to create jobs in this location. The building is located on the plot no. 212 on the north of outskirts of Opatovice I.. In the area there is a cowshed and a silage trough. The former cowshed will be rebuilt into a woodworking facility constituted by manufacturing and administrative part. The silage trough will be used as a waste stock. A new outdoor wood store will be built in the northwest part of the plot. The administrative building will be added to the main building with a basement made from permanent formwork. The ground floor and the first floor are made of clay bricks and reinforced concrete cross-reinforced slab 150 mm thick. The internal partitions in the 1st floor are made of clay block prartitions 115 mm thick. The internal partitions in the 2nd floor are plasterboard 100 mm thick. Rebuilding involves a large number of demolition work for example new openings in existing walls. The whole woodworking facility will be insulated by a certified thermal insulation system 100 mm thick on the production part and 180 mm thick on the administrative part. The object is covered with saddle roof shaped letter "T" with a sheet metal cover. The original hard landscaping will be replaced by an asphalt road.
