The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation in the stage of construction implementation. The proposed apartment building is located in Brno, in the urban area of Bystrc, district Brno-city and is located on a plot with sloping terrain. The residential building is designed as a detached five-storey building with a flat roof. The individual floors are divided as follows, one underground floor serving as a collective garage with a total of 15 parking spaces including one for disabled persons, there is also a technical background of the apartment building, in the form of a technical room and an air-conditioning room. Furthermore, the building consists of four floors, the first contains 4 separate commercial premises with its own sanitary facilities, the other each floor contains 4 residential units including one apartment adapted for wheelchair users. A total of 12 residential units of different layouts are proposed in the apartment building. The individual floors are connected by a monolithic staircase and a rope elevator without a machine room. The structure of the building is designed as a wall structure, combining monolithic walls in the underground floor and ceramic masonry in the above-ground floors. A contact insulation system ETICS is designed. The ceilings are monolithic reinforced concrete. The roof is designed as a flat single-skin roof with ballasted aggregate. The building is based on a foundation slab.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis was the preparation of project documentation at the construction stage for the new construction of an apartment building. The apartment building is located in Telč and is located on flat terrain. It is designed as a free-standing structure with three above-ground and one underground floors. There are a total of 12 apartment units of various sizes on the above-ground floors, 4 on each floor. The underground floor contains the building's technical facilities, a cellar cubicle, a storage room, a cleaning room, a bike room and a private gym intended only for residents of the building. The individual floors are connected by a three-arm staircase and an elevator. The building is based on foundations and the roof is covered with a flat vegetated roof. The perimeter structures of the underground floor are designed from concrete hollow blocks, and in the above-ground floors from ceramic fittings. The vertical structure of the elevator shaft is designed as a reinforced concrete wall, the other vertical internal walls are designed from ceramic fittings. The ceiling structure is designed as ceramic concrete from beams and inserts. The perimeter masonry is insulated with a contact insulation system.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is processing of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building with nearly zero energy consumption. The apartment building is in the eastern part of the city Brno and it´s set in gently sloping terrain. The building has two floors above ground and one with a partial basement. There is a total of five apartments units available 1+KK, 2+KK and 3+KK and technical facilities with storage space too. Structurally, the building is designed as masonry in combination with monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling and green roof.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building. The building is located on plot no. 5184/6 in the cadastral territory of Vracov. It is a detached house with four above-ground stories and one underground story. The floor plan of the apartment building is rectangular. Operationally, the building is divided into 7 residential units with layouts of 1+kk, 2+kk, and 3+1. Collective garages, storage cubicles, and technical facilities are located on the underground floor. The house is built on strip foundations made of plain concrete. The load-bearing structure is designed as a wall system made of ceramic building blocks. The load-bearing structure in the underground is supplemented with peripheral monolithic reinforced concrete walls, supporting beams, and a column. The horizontal load-bearing structures consist of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer flat roof. The house is sheathed with insulation boards made of mineral cotton wool.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the development of project documentation for the new construction of a residential building at the level of construction implementation. The proposed building is located in the outskirts of the village of Chrudim in the locality Na Špici. The main task was to create a pleasant environment for the inhabitants of the house while respecting the character of the surrounding buildings. The Na Špici locality is sought after for its modern appearance and attractive location. It is a detached U-shaped building with three above-ground and one underground floor. On the underground floor there is a collective garage, cellar and technical background of the apartment building. Only residential units are located on the above-ground floors. Each floor has five residential units of different layouts. The main entrance to the building is from the north-west side through the entrance gate, the entrance to the collective garage is on the opposite side, so as to minimize the noise from car traffic, which would negatively affect the environment of the courtyard with greenery. All the floors are connected by an external staircase and lift with a connection to the external pavements that run through the courtyard and form a communication between the apartments. The structural system is made of aerated concrete blocks in combination with reinforced concrete and sand-lime blocks. The foundation of the building is based on plain concrete footings. The horizontal bearing structures are made of monolithic reinforced concrete slabs and the roofing is designed with extensive vegetation.
Technological stage of the rough superstructure of the apartment building Hálkova Brno

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the rough top construction of an apartment building on Hálkova Street in Brno. The thesis includes a technical report, a situation with broader traffic relations, site facilities, a bill of quantities for the technological stage, technological regulations, inspection and test plans. In addition, occupational health and safety for rough top construction is addressed. The last two chapters include a developed itemized budget for the rough top construction and a comparison of different materials for the vertical structures.

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the design of a new apartment building with a basement, for which project documentation for construction implementation is being prepared. The proposed apartment building is located in Valašské Meziříčí and is designed as a standalone structure with a basement, three above-ground floors, and an underground garage. The apartment building is designed for families of three to four members and consists of four residential units. The entrance to the building is situated on the northern side. On the ground floor, there is an entrance common hallway with a staircase. From the hallway, two apartments of 3+kk can be accessed. On the first floor, there is a 3+kk apartment and a 4+kk maisonette apartment. On the second floor, there is a part of the maisonette apartment. In the basement, there are garages. Each residential unit has a terrace or balcony and one parking space. The building is insulated with the ETICS contact system and is designed from POROTHERM ceramic masonry elements, with horizontal structures being reinforced concrete monoliths, and the entire building is founded on strip foundations. The apartment building is designed with a flat roof. The facade will be finished with a white thin-layer silicone plaster or facade panels with a wood imitation.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Prostějov. The building has four above-ground and one underground floors. The terrain around the building is slightly sloping. The subject of this bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Ostrava. The proposed building is a five-story, partially basement building with an accommodation capacity of 20 people. The structural system is a transverse wall, the load-bearing masonry of the above-ground floors is made of ceramic blocks with external contact insulation. The masonry of the basement is designed as reinforced concrete monolithic. The apartment building is covered with a flat roof. The underground floor and the first above-ground floor serve as the technical background of the entire house. In the basement there are storage spaces in the form of cellar cubicles. On the first above-ground floor there is a technical room, a cleaning room, a bicycle shed, a stroller room and garages.

The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is project documentation of new appartment building in Pohořelice on street U kasáren. The proposed object is in the existing housing development of the city. It is a basement four-story apartment building with balconies and a flat roof. In the basement there is a cellar cubicle, 2 technical rooms, a bicycle shed, a carriage shed and a cleaning room. On the first above-ground floor, there is an apartment unit for people with limited mobility, as well as a barbershop, a dental office, and a switchboard room. There are 2 3+kk apartment units and one 1+kk apartment unit on the regular floor of the apartment building. The wall support system in the above-ground part is made of ceramic blocks, which is insulated with the ETICS system. The perimeter walls of the underground floor are made of lost formwork, and the internal load-bearing walls are made of ceramic blocks. The building will be based on monolithic concrete belts and a reinforced concrete slab. The ceiling structures are semi-assembled from ceramic concrete beams and ceramic inserts in combination with monolithic concrete additions and balcony slabs.
