Předmětem bakalářské práce je vypracování projektové dokumentace pro novostavbu bytového domu v Prostějově. Objekt má čtyři nadzemní a jedno podzemní podlaží. Terén kolem objektu je mírně svažitý. V nadzemních podlažích se nachází celkem devět bytových jednotek a o velikosti od 1+kk do 5+kk. V prvním nadzemním podlaží je navržena kolárna, kočárkárna, úklidová místnost, technická místnost a strojovna vzduchotechniky. Dále jsou zde navrženy sklepní kóje pro jednotlivé byty. V prvním podzemním patře navržena hromadná garáž se stáním pro osm osobních automobilů. Konstrukční systém stěnový. Nosné konstrukce z tvárnic Porotherm. Stropy tvoří železobetonové monolitické stropní desky. Střecha je navržena jako plochá vegetační. Objekt je založen na základových pasech z prostého betonu. Pod sloupy navrženy železobetonové patky. Celý objekt zateplen provětrávanou fasádou. The subject of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of project documentation for the new construction of an apartment building in Prostějov. The building has four above-ground and one underground floors. The terrain around the building is slightly sloping. There are a total of nine apartments in the above-ground units ranging in size from 1+kk to 5+kk. On the first above-ground floor, a wheelhouse, a carriage room, a cleaning room, a technical room and an air conditioning machine room are designed. There are also designed cellar cubicles for individual apartments. On the first underground floor, a collective garage with parking for eight cars. Wall construction system. Support structures made of Porotherm blocks. The ceilings are made of reinforced concrete monolithic ceiling slabs. The roof is designed as a flat vegetation roof. The building is based on foundation strips made of simple concrete. Columns designed reinforced concrete footings.
