Prosocial behavior of pupils in a seccond grade of grammar school and its causes
HLAVÁČKOVÁ, Nina
Research studies conducted in field of prosocial behaviour testify to the existence of situational and dispositional motifs of this kind of acting. Aim of this thesis is firstly to map occurence of three of these motifs, specifically: oportunity to gain recognition, reciprocity expectation and social responsibility. Secondly it is uncovering possible dependence of these motifs on age or level of prosociality of pupils in a seccond grade of grammar school. The research part of this project has a center of gravity in a quantitative approach. In this framework is being found truthfulness of hypoteses, whether each motive has with age decreasing or increasing tendency and what is actually the frequency of their occurence. In combination with the nomination method of prosocial behaviour in classroom is also being uncovered possible dependency of level of prosociality on individual factors. The theoretical framework that precedes the research section of this thesis, discusses the evolution of prosocial behaviour and contemporary social perspective on this behaviour. This historical excursion is supplemented by the definition of terms used, the reflection of the role of social and biological factors and formulation of influence of school and family evironment in shaping child's prosocial orientation.

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation in terms of emergency medical services of the South Bohemian Region
DUDKOVÁ, Lucie
The present state of the issue: Sudden circulatory arrest belongs to the most frequent causes of sudden death. The prognosis in persons affected by sudden circulatory arrest is highly unfavourable (5-15% of the affected by sudden circulatory arrest survive, 8-40% in the cases where chamber fibrillation is the first caught rhythm), however it is not hopeless and the right procedure provided by emergency rescue staff might substantially increase the probability of survival The aim of the bachelor thesis is to map the frequency of trips of the Health Rescue Service of South Bohemia to urgent resuscitation, to find out what procedures the middle healthcare staff of the Health Rescue Service of South Bohemia chooses in providing urgent resuscitation and what procedures the physicians of the Health Rescue Service of South Bohemia choose in providing urgent resuscitation. A hypothesis assumes that the procedures of providing urgent resuscitation by middle healthcare staff and physicians of the Health Rescue Service of South Bohemia are not unified. The research is elaborated in quantitative form. A questioning method, the techniques of questionnaire with open, semi-open and closed questions and secondary data analysis were applied to the data collection. The research sample consisted of Health Rescue Service of South Bohemia staff members. The bachelor thesis will contribute as presentation of results at expert conferences and seminars. The bachelor thesis will also contribute to further studies of the problems in question for non-professional and professional public.

Effect of wild boar on dry grasslands
Horčičková, Eva ; Vojta, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Hejcmanová, Pavla (referee)
The study was focused on disturbances by wild boar (Sus scrofa) and their impact on vegetation of semi-dry grasslands (Festuco-Brometea) dominated by Brachypodium pinnatum. The research was conducted in military area Hradiště in hilly region of the Doupovské hory. Wild boar rooting activities is main source of disturbances regime in this abandoned, previously agricultural area. The vegetation of artificial small scale soil disturbances was compared to undisturbed control plots and vegetation of natural disturbances by wild boar. Experimental plots were established during the summer 2007. Consequently a vegetation survey of these plots was carried out and soil was mechanically disturbed. Succession on disturbances was annually monitored. The surrounding natural disturbances were also mapped three times a year as a potential source of diaspores and to assess their frequency and effect on the landscape level. The list of species in the 2m, 4m and 16m distance from the experimental plot was also made. Results: Disturbances by wild boar increased species diversity and spatial heterogeneity of semi-dry grasslands. There were some species found on experimental plot, which were present not in the surrounding matrix. Most of them belong to hemicryptophytes and species with long-term persistent diaspores. Presence of...

Dental hygiene of pre-school children in the kindergartens in the district Jindřichův Hradec
ŠTONCNEROVÁ, Helena
The theme of dental hygiene of preschool children is a very current issue nowadays as ever growing importance is being ascribed to it. Regular and thorough removal of microbial dental plaque using appropriate technique plays an irreplaceable role in the prevention of dental caries, along with regular appointments with a dentist. The baccalaureate paper briefly maps the history and status quo of dental medicine, focusing primarily on the state of oral health of preschool children and prevention of dental caries. The theoretical chapter contains a description of teeth, the difference between temporary and permanent dentition, correct tooth cleaning technique, the frequency of tooth cleaning, and dental hygiene aids. The objective of the baccalaureate paper was to find out how and how often the nursery schools in the former district of Jindřichův Hradec attend to the dental hygiene of their pupils. Whether they are acquainted with the correct technique of tooth cleaning, the right grip of the tooth brush, and whether the subject of dental hygiene forms part of specialized lectures in these nursery schools were themes of my interest, too. Another part of my paper contains a draft of an educational program about dental hygiene, based on the results of a questionnaire that was part of my survey, with the aim of devising methodological instructions for preschool teachers as a way of promoting the adoption of proper habits in dental hygiene amongst preschool children.

Characteristic of brook lamprey \kur{(Lampetra planeri)} habitats in the Malše River catchment
HLAVÍNOVÁ, Lenka
The aim of the present diploma thesis was to prove the habitation of brook lamprey near Dolní Dvořiště. Biotopes with habitat preferences of brook lamprey were described. During the ichtological investigation of the catchment area of the Malše river in the years 2007 - 2008, brook lamprey was successfully located on sites in Dolní Dvořiště and near Všeměřický quarry. The sites had the same character as trout streams. Length -frequency distribution of the brook lamprey larvae was executed. The species assemblage of ichtofauna of the sites with brook lamprey habitation was described. In the years 2008-2009 other possible biotopes were mapped in connection to the sites in Malše and Tichá where brook lamprey had been located before.
