Předmětem této bakalářské práce je sledovat cesty pražských měšťanů za vzděláním na vyšší latinské školy ležící za hranicemi českých zemí, a to na příkladu gymnázií ve Zhořelci a v Altdorfu. Z hlediska chronologického je vymezena poslední čtvrtinou 16. a prvními dvěma desetiletími 17. století. Práce je kromě úvodu a závěru rozdělena do čtyř kapitol. První se zabývá stavem vzdělanosti na prahu novověku a věnuje pozornost především nejdůležitějším pedagogickým reformátorům. Další části práce přibližují charakter obou výše uvedených škol a mapují frekvenci na nich studujících Pražanů. Následně je porovnávána atraktivita obou gymnázií pro studenty z pražských měst. Z výsledků bádání jsou pak vyvozeny některé obecné závěry. Zároveň jsou naznačeny také možnosti dalšího výzkumu. This bachelor's thesis focuses on the educational journeys of Prague inhabitants at the higher Latin schools on the example of Görlitz and Altdorf "gymnasia" behind the borders of the Bohemian lands. From the chronological point of wiew the treatise deals with the last quarter of 16th and first two decades of 17th century. It is divided into four main chapters next to the introduction and the conclusion. First part handles state of education at the threshold of Modern Age and also turns its attention to the most important pedagogical reformers. Next parts are concerned with characterization of both latin schools mentioned above and map the frequency of students from Prague. Afterwards the attractiveness of both "gymnasia" for inhabitants of Prague is compared. As a result of research there are dawn some of the general tendencies. Finally there are also indicated further research opportunities.
