Comparison annual training cycle of four teams in a base of chosen indicators of training load in floorball

Title: Comparison annual training cycle of four teams in a base of chosen indicators of training load in floorball Objectives Main objective of this graduation theses is to compare volume and specifity of training load in annual training cycle. Tested subjects are two teams from season 2004/2005 TJ JM Chodov and HC Rychenberg, two current teams from season 2012/2013 TJ JM Chodov and Tatran Střešovice. Methods: I used method of analysis and method of comparison. I applied method of analysis in sorting of data and method of comparison in subsequent comparing of annual training cycle. Results: I found out, that the annual training cycle is mainly different in specifity of training load. Training load is heading from training of universal condition to gaining universal and specified condition in scope of activity in training of game skills. The evaluation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14

Title: The evalation of training units by basketball's players in the categories U12 and U14. Objectives: Create a training units in the basketball for players category U12 and U14. These training units are always focused on training, physical condition training, game training and combinaton of the previous parts. We have to implement these trainings, create questionnaries for the players and get the training evaluation from them. Methods: There was used a professional literature for creating the training unit in this work. The literature is from the field of sport training, didactics of sport games and basketball literature. We use quantitative type of research. We analyse the ratings obtained from the training units for categories U12 and U14. Results: The results show that the most popular training units are those, which aimed at the training game. But the least popular are training units focused on practice for category U12 and physical condition training for U14. Title: Comparison of physical preparation for preschool children in the rhythmic gymnastics clubs Objectives: The main objective of this work is compare physical preparation in the two rhythmic gymnastics clubs for preschool children Methods: In this work, we used the analysis and comparison. The analysis was utilized in the analysis of movement preparation and comparison of comparing the training unit in each section Results: Differences were detected in the part of temporal distribution of training unit and in the execution time of flexibilities exercises. Field hockey as early sport preparation pre-school children

ANNOTATION: The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of field hockey in preschool age. It is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part deals with the issue of right preparation of field hockey players during preschool age. It also deals with areas that should be emphasised by the couch. It also focuses on history, rules and equipment necessary for field hockey. The practical part consists of questionnaire investigation focused on couches of preschool children and from research focusing one particular training group of children.
Use of didactic styles in the training process of football youth

Name:Use of Didactic Styles in the Training Process of Football Youth The Aim of the Thesis: The work is aimed at the use of didactic styles in the training process of football youth in connection with quality improvement of the training unit. By means of the video camera I will watch, evaluate and compare two football coaches of youth categories working for the Bohemians 1905 Club. Further, the target is to carry out a model training unit using a wide range of didactic styles. Methodology: In order to reach the results I will use two methods. The first method lies in watching and making video recordings which will be consequently noted down and analysed. The second method consists in questioning the coaches using the form of a short half structured interview. Results: The work results deal with comparing the work of two coaches focusing on the frequency of using the didactic control styles during youth football training units. Coach Peter, who used the didactic styles more often during training units, reached better results than coach Filip. After evaluating the results I recorded together with coach Peter a model training unit for didactic styles in order to have a feedback for the coaches. The DVD recording is enclosed to this work. Using of compensation exercise in young ice hockey players

Title: Using of compensation exercise in young ice hockey players Objectives: The main objective is to highlight the lack of compensatory exercise during the training process of junior ice hockey players and suggest improvements to this condition. Methods: Supporting documents were obtained from certified sources and quality of literature or web sites relating to information about ice hockey, the system of human motion, sports training and compensatory exercises. The practice was acquired by consultation, analysis, observation and measurement. Results: Analysis of the training plan of young adolescents HC Star Prague players found significant training load without adequate compensation. The proposed solution was inclusion training unit based on some of compensatory movements. To evaluate the effect of the proposal carried out a series of measurements of selected muscles shorten players. Development of motion abilities of women's volleyball players in the age from 14 to 15 years. Goal: The purpose was to found out, how trainers of pupil's categories are realizing the fitness preparation with category of "older women pupils " Methods: For collecting the datas was used Unstandardised Questionnaure (form) and also was used so called Half-Structurized Interview. For following processing and evaluation of collected datas from half-structurized form , we used Sector Diagram and Chart of Frequency, and also we used verbal summary for half-structurized interview. Results: We found out from processed datas that trainers are not realising evenly fitness preparation in training units . Trainers are not keeping rules of growth of motion abilities (universality, individuality, following compensation training). By some trainers we completely miss even their professional knowledge in the area of fitness development of youth . Name of thesis: About possibilities of measuring the efficacy of training process in a match (on an example of U 10 to U 13 girls' basketball) Objectives: To determine what time period in training units was given to activities that can be found in 1-on-1 play and in practice of game combination give-and-go. Another objective is to determine the frequency of these activities used in a game. Methods: The main method is to observate and record the training unit. In matches, the method of quantitative scales is used to evaluate the performance. Result: After determining the results, the thesis should be used by other coaches, who primarily do not focus on these activities and direct their coaching activities to a different direction.
