Using of compensation exercise in young ice hockey players

Title: Using of compensation exercise in young ice hockey players Objectives: The main objective is to highlight the lack of compensatory exercise during the training process of junior ice hockey players and suggest improvements to this condition. Methods: Supporting documents were obtained from certified sources and quality of literature or web sites relating to information about ice hockey, the system of human motion, sports training and compensatory exercises. The practice was acquired by consultation, analysis, observation and measurement. Results: Analysis of the training plan of young adolescents HC Star Prague players found significant training load without adequate compensation. The proposed solution was inclusion training unit based on some of compensatory movements. To evaluate the effect of the proposal carried out a series of measurements of selected muscles shorten players. The depiction of Others in Armenian sources of the 16th-18th centuries

The dissertation titled The Depiction of Others in Armenian Sources of the 16th - 18th Centuries is conceived as scholarly research at the boundary between two disciplines - ethnology and history. The introductory chapters devoted to the formation of the stereotypical images of Others and to the fundamental attributes of the Armenian identity served as a sort of springboard for my analysis of Armenian historical texts. Secondarily, they permitted me to tackle the question of the traditional "Us against Them" dichotomy, taking as an example the local Armenian communities and their chief "enemies" - Muslims, heretics and converts. My effort has been to capture the relations between the Armenians and their Muslim neighbors before ethnic stereotypes had been codified during the period of growing nationalism. The main part of the dissertation, titled We and They: Categories of Others in the Eyes of Armenian Chroniclers from the Frontiers, is based mainly on the study of primary sources - period Armenian chronicles and colophons. It is a probe into regional history; a microhistory of the Lake Van region in the 17th and 18th centuries. Railway Tracks Possessions Analysis

The thesis deals with describing, evaluating, and proposing of possible changes in planning, placement and describing possession activities on railway lines in order to improve transmission and quality of the services provided by the SŽDC. The first chapter describes the environment of rail transport focusing mainly on law and regulations. The second chapter describes the aim of the study, additional category focuses on describing the method of processing of materials. The fifth chapter focuses on selected lines to describe the various closures in specific line sections. Sixth chapter aims on comparison methods of implementation lockout activities on examined lines. The last chapter has to summarize and evaluate results to submit any additional recommendations.

The Evaluation of the Investment Project

The goal of this diploma thesis is to evaluate the investment project of the specific company and to make a recommendation for or against its realization. The first part consists of the theoretical fundamentals of the financial analysis, evaluation of the investment projects and the introduction of the company. These fundamentals are used in the second part to assess the financial situation of the company and to evaluate the investment project. The final evaluation of the whole investment project will be presented in the final part of this diploma thesis.

Roof structure of Ramzová Trainstation.

I suggested supporting structures Roofing TRAIN GATE located in the city RAMZOVÁ. Plan dimensions of the building are 8X51M A HEIGHT 4M. THIS IS A frame construction, which is located in horizontal curvature. arc has a radius of 315M. Pure vehicle structure is made of steel S355 and is comprised of closed profile. Part of my work is creating static calculations and drawings.
