Název: Porovnání ročního tréninkového cyklu (RTC) čtyř týmů na základě vybraných indikátorů zatížení ve florbalu Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je porovnat objem a specifičnost zatížení v průběhu RTC. Testovanými subjekty jsou 2 týmy ze sezony 2004/2005 TJ JM Chodov a HC Rychenberg a dva týmy ze sezony 2012/2013 TJ JM Chodov a Tatran Střešovice. Metody: V mojí práci jsem použil metodu analýzy a metodu komparace. Metodu analýzy jsem aplikoval v rozboru získaných dat a metodu komparace v následném porovnávání jednotlivých RTC. Výsledky: Zjistil jsem, že RTC týmů se liší hlavně ve specifičnosti zatížení, které postupně směřuje od důrazu na trénink všeobecné kondice k získávání kondice v rámci tréninku specifických herních dovedností. Výsledky jsou prezentovány pomocí tabulek a sloupcových grafů. Tested subjects are two teams from season 2004/2005 TJ JM Chodov and HC Rychenberg, two current teams from season 2012/2013 TJ JM Chodov and Tatran Střešovice. Methods: I used method of analysis and method of comparison. I applied method of analysis in sorting of data and method of comparison in subsequent comparing of annual training cycle. Results: I found out, that the annual training cycle is mainly different in specifity of training load. Training load is heading from training of universal condition to gaining universal and specified condition in scope of activity in training of game skills.
