The theme of this work is ecological tax reform in the Czech Republic, its progress, its impact, its desired objectives as well as its integration into the Czech tax system. The aim of this work is to acquaint readers with issues of reform and warn them of the reform importance for the future development of the tax system and ecology. Ending of the work consists of the most important summaries on environmental reform.

Educational and Diagnostic Potentials of the Surroundings Cobwebs in Classes in Classes of Pupils at the Age 3rd and 4th Year of Elementary School

The Diploma Thesis presents the outcomes of the research based on solving the tasks of a mathematical surroundings Cobwebs by the pupils of the 3rd and the 4th classes of elementary school. The first chapter defines the surroundings from the mathematical point of view, the chapter two deals with the didactic application of Cobwebs. Interesting pieces of phenomenon occurred in the experiments and its roots are described in the following chapter as well as the results of a quantitative experiment. The last part of the thesis shows a course of the workshop at the conference Dva dny s didaktikou matematiky 2009 in Prague and describes the participants' comments to the surroundings of Cobweb tasks. The supplements include an elaboration of the experiments containing the protocol, evidence, comments, the cascade of the tasks and the video recording.

Improving of guality volleyball in basic school

My work is about improving of volleyball quality on basic school. Eight months I worked in basic school where I tested girls from 8th and 9th classes. I worked up the the methodic progress to improving lessons of volleyball. I ordered and worked up the questionnaire for teachers and pupils. I active participated in lessons, because I have been playing volleyball for twelve years and I was motivation and model for girls. Majority of girls improved their volleyball skills, girls tried hard. Several girls entered to local volleyball team. I think that my work completed a goal, the girls improved their volleyball skills, they acquired more informations about volleyball. In questionnaire I wanted to find out how girls like volleyball, what they know about volleyball rules, how often girls play volleyball in lessons at school and how much is volleyball prefer by teachers.

Analysis of supplementary pension insurance between the years 1994 and 2015

This bachelor thesis deals with the development of supplementary pension insurance market. Primary goal of the thesis is to offer a complex analysis of the development of supplementary pension insurance between the years 1994 and 2015. Thesis offers a preview and summary of theoretical approaches towards pension security along with a link to progression of those approaches in Czech republic. Supplementary pension insurance is analyzed from a standpoint of conditions of the product, its gradual development, macroeconomic context and general overview of its positives and negatives. Thesis thereafter concentrates on comparative analysis of companies operating on the market, description of current changes and outlines possible future development and possible future challenges for additional pension savings.

Proposal of IT progress strategy in manufacturing company

Bachelor thesis covers with development of IT strategy of manufacturing company. It compares introducing new ERP system with actual information system. The goal is description of actual IS state and proposal of solution with respect of all requirements and restrictions of the company. The main benefit of the thesis is detached evaluation of variants of follow-up progress at company expansion and improvement strategy proposal. There is characterization of IS and ERP, possible division, the most important parts and benefits of modern solution for enterprise resource planning in theoretic part. Each one of stages of acquisition of new information system (initial demand analysis, selection methods and criteria, implementation including definition of critical factors, usual imperfections and recommended procedure) is described. Practical part is focused on analysis of actual situation. It contains brief company profile, description of departments, main processes in connection with system. Actual IS situation is described in form of SWOT analysis. On the basis of defined requirements is put together list of possible system providers from Czech Republic and their products. Improvement IT strategy proposal follows up with analysis and deals with comparison of each variant of following development, either the acquisition of new ERP or upgrading current information system. Conclusion includes appraisal and benefits of thesis as the whole.

Cooperative Teaching and Instruction in Primary School

The main theme of my thesis is cooperative teaching at primary school with respect to 1st class of elementary school. There is the theoretical part which contains the key ideas, changes in the internal structure of educational system, history, strategy and other aspects related to work in groups and cooperative learning. The practical part concentrates on mapping of situation and sense of cooperation and their change during the school year at primary school. In my research I analyze and give a description of concrete methods and practices of cooperative teaching in 1st class of elementary school and their contribution for progress of cooperative and social skills of pupils. The Role of a Pupil and Social Aspects of School

The role of a pupil and social ASPECTS of the school physical education lessons. Aim: The thesis deals with the social dimension and the role of the student in school physical education. The social dimension is particularly focused on the relationship between individual pupils and between student and teacher. In an additional dimension to the role of pupil detects changes position of the pupil as an individual in an hour, the possibilities of active participation and decisions. The study group are primary school pupil, which have been teached two different clocks. Habitual hour (Traditional), to which they were accustomed pupil teachers and two o'clock hour was progressive (creative), more focused on the student, his autonomy, participation in management, self-esteem but also his own choice of difficulty Exercises like. Methodology: The reference is Sobor schoolgirl fourth to ninth grades (522 female students) elementary Schools in Prague that we have a better comparison divided into two groups: 4 to 6 Class (261 žákyň) and 7 to 9 Class (261 female students). After graduating from the habitual and progressive teaching hours schoolgirl received a questionnaire with 24 items, 4 of which concern the social dimension and 8 student role. Study of Cooperative Learning as a Tool/Strategy to Address the SEN of Students in Mainstream Classroom of Primary Inclusive Schools

This study is an exploration of cooperative learning as a teaching stratégy to address the speciál educational needs (SEN) of students in the mainstream classroom. In India SEN is not recognized in the classrooms. Most commonly it remains unidentified and unattended. With the shift from speciál schools to inclusive schools like everywhere in the world the pressing need in India is to address SEN in the mainstream classrooms. This provides as a background and starting point for an investigation of cooperative learning as a teaching stratégy to address the SEN of students in mainstream classrooms. The study has investigation in the light ofrich literature in cooperative learning. This investigation was carried out in 4 inclusive primary schools and 2 primary speciál schools of the Czech Republic and the Netherlands. Qualitative approach involving interview, observation and data analysis was employed. The sample size included class teachers of students 9-10 and 11-12 years and SENCO ofthe schools. The findings indicate that cooperative learning is used as a teaching stratégy in the schools. It benefits all students in the mainstream classroom. Leasing products and car insurance

The subject of the diploma paper is to describe the general characteristics of the leasing and insurance products, which are connected with the car financing on the czech market. No less important point is legislative adjustment of mentioned products from the accounting and tax point of view from the livery's and leaseholder's side. Application of the car insurance in particular cases and the integration to the part-payment calendar is the subject of practical part of the paper, which aim is to demonstrate on the concrete example the composition of the part-payment calendar using way outs from the theoretical part. The conclusion of the paper is dedicated to the summary and to the prediction of the future progress on the leasing field.

A Selection of Songs for a Progressive System of Intonation in Music Instruction for the Lower Grades of Primary Schools

This Thesis is being specialized in a developing of intonation crafts at the elementary school. The criterions for an increase of intonation elements were being fixed after the analysis of methodical materials, afterwards the song's proposal for each class were being put together in accordance of these criterions.
