Current assets management

The bachelor thesis focuses on the current assets management. The aim of the bachelor thesis is a present-state description of administration of particular categories of current assets in a company, finding of problematic parts and specification of recommendations that lead to improvement of present state, with focus on minimization of fencing of financial resources in stock and remaining of production fluency. First step was the detection and description of present states. Next step was establishing of indicators containing current assets management on the basis of a detected present state of manufacturing company and establishing of recommendation.

Práce analyzuje vhodnost zvolených metod získávání pracovníků výroby v podniku Faurecia. Jedná se o metody agenturní zaměstnávání, spolupráce s úřadem práce a inzerování nabídek práce. Důraz je kladen nejen na samotnou popisnou analýzu těchto metod, ale i na ukazatele efektivnosti získávání pracovníků; ukazatele času, finančních nákladů, produktivity a kvality.

Hydrological drought in the context of climatic change in the world and in the Czech part of Elbe River basin

Hydrological drought in the context of climatic changes in the world and in the Czech part of Elbe River basin Abstract The submitted thesis deals with the hydrological drought as one of extreme runoff situations in relation to climate change. Part of this work is a comprehensive research sources to Czech and foreign literature defining the concepts and the development of hydrological drought due to the physical- geographic and anthropogenic factors. Low flow characteristics and methods for defining the drought events are described. Attention is paid to the possibilities of prevention and compensation of negative impacts of drought. Within the second part the presence of low flow in Elbe River subbasins, Blšanka River, Rakovnický Brook and Vydra River, is analyzed. Water deficit is evaluated with regard to the physical-geographic characteristics and the specifics of water resources use. Outline of possibilities to increase the retention capacity of study catchments is given. Particularities of entrepreneurial environmnet of french region Languedoc-Roussillon

Svou diplomovou práci bych věnovala českým obchodníkům a firmám, kteří mají zájem podnikat v jihofrancouzském regionu Languedoc-Roussillon. Mým cílem bylo podat komplexní a strukturovanou studii o tomto regionu. Ačkoli ekonomické ukazatelé řadí region mezi podprůměrné ve srovnání s ostatními francouzskými regiony, existuje zde určitý potenciál i pro Českou republiku, neboť vzájemná spolupráce není zcela vyčerpaná. V závěru práce jsem uvedla konkrétní možnosti navázání spolupráce jako jsou francouzsko-český ekonomický rok 6/2008-7/2009, tzv. Journées pays, partnerství svazu měst a obcí a v rámci decentralizované spolupráce spojování podniků do klastrů.

Parents' decision whether the compulsory school attendance will be postponed or not, should never become a formal matter, whereas parents can cause their children considerable difficulties in the future education and subsequent life just through their unadvised approach. My final thesis consists of four chapters and is divided into theoretical and empirical parts. The theoretical part is based on the theoretical resources and the general characteristics of pre-primary education, school counselling service departments, also from the experiences of senior staff of kindergartens in the field of compulsory school attendance. Outdoor Education (OE) from the Czech Companies Viewpoint

and key words Title: Outdoor education (OE) from the view of Czech companies Aim of the work: Analyse and evaluate the outdoor education situation in Czech republic and the posibilities of applying it in human resources. Find out why the companies take part in the outdoor courses and what do they expect from it. Method: A questionnaire research was used to find out how the Czech companies evaluate the outdoor education and the courses themselves. We gained answers from 20 companies working on the Czech market. To gain better view on the problem we compared the results with other thesis. The subject of my bachelor thesis is financial analysis of the company PULS investiční, s.r.o. which is performed from the view of external user. The work is composed of two parts, theoretical and practical. The first section deals with general findings and resources from the sphere of financial analysis, refers to indicators and methods which can be used for the evaluation of the financial standing. After that follows practical part with the implementation of the factual analysis and the evaluation of the company. The main data are from the annual reports within a period of 2006-2008.

Rozvojová pomoc: Problémy a efektivnost

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou rozvojové pomoci. Zkoumá příčiny zaostalosti rozvojových zemí, kvalitu a účinnost rozvojové pomoci a dopady rozvojové pomoci na jednotlivé rozvojové země. Na začátku práce jsou stručně vymezeny základní pojmy a ukazatele týkající se problematiky rozvojové pomoci. Druhá kapitola pojednává o postavení rozvojových zemí ve světové ekonomice. Třetí kapitola se orientuje na poskytovatele rozvojové pomoci, včetně zhodnocení jejich činnosti na poli rozvojové spolupráce. Čtvrtá kapitola zkoumá překážky rozvoje chudých zemí. Posuzuje dopady rozvojové pomoci na jejich politickou a ekonomickou situaci. V závěru práce jsou nastíněna doporučení nezbytná pro dosažení vyšší efektivnosti poskytování rozvojové pomoci.
