Formation, incorporation and invalidity of a business company
Jechová, Eva ; Horáček, Tomáš (advisor) ; Eichlerová, Kateřina (referee)
The main purpose of my thesis is to analyse and clarify the process of foundation, incorporation and invalidity of the business company. A business company may be defined as a private association of persons established under an agreement, whose purpose is to undertake business. Members contribute their own money to the business and divide among themselves the profits attained. Regulation of all types of business company is contained in Part II of the Commercial Code. Our Commercial Code provides six types of the business company: Unlimited liability company, limited partnership company, limited liability company, joint-stock company, European public limited company and finally European economic interest grouping. It is necessary to be careful with the translation of the concrete types of the company, because this is only approximate translation of the terms, because of the distinct legal institutions in each legal system. The thesis is composed of seven chapters, each of them dealing with different aspects of the above mentioned process of foundation, incorporation and invalidity of the business company. Chapter One is introductory and defines basic terminology used in the thesis. The chapter is subdivided into three subchapters. The subchapter one deals with the concept of the legal person in general. The...

Bártíková, Markéta ; Postránecký, Josef (advisor) ; Synková, Lenka (referee)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to cover all phases of the development of social policy in the European Union from the very beginnings of it as one entity, and, furthermore, to concretize the importance of EQUAL Community Initiative as a tool for completing the European Employment Strategy and for fighting against all forms of discrimination and unequal conditions in the labour market. This initiative is one out of four which are funded by the European Union Structural Funds, namely the European Social Fund (ESF), in the programme period of 2000-2009. The analytical part of this thesis is aimed at the overall analysis of one of the EQUAL Community Initiative projects called "Business Without Obstructions" which is realized within the South Bohemian region. The goal of this three-year project is the support of those people from target groups who decide to solve their difficult life situation -- unemployment - with starting a business activity. The characteristic feature of this project is the establishment of the so called BENEFIT contact places which provide professional consultancy on business issues. These contact places were established in the Regional Offices of South Bohemian Chamber of Commerce.

The use of psychodrama in supervision
Švadlenová, Jana ; Havrdová, Zuzana (advisor) ; Procházková, Jana (referee)
The main topic of my diploma work called "The use of psychodrama in supervision" is a psychodrama method that is applied for the use of supervision praxis. In the first part of my work - Psychodrama as a method - is psychodrama described in its historical development that is connected with its founder J. L. Moreno, a doctor and a psychotherapist from Austria. Further in the text is psychodrama defined in the context of contemporary conception. It is also showed how are its basic elements, phases and techniques used in the praxis. In the second part of my work - Supervision and the method of psychodrama - is the psychodramatic supervision presented from the two points of view. The first point of view belongs to several contemporary professionals dealing with its theory and praxis and the second one belongs to German supervisors who were asked for this purpose. This part also summarises arguments for the use of psychodramatic supervision, specific concepts of professional education and theoretical concepts of psychodramatic supervision. As my diploma work is dedicated especially to the supervisors who are on the beginning of their supervision carriers it contains also concrete limits and recommendations for the use of psychodramatic supervision that have preventive character.

Conversion of Grain Silo in Zlin
Mikócziová, Martina ; Štikar, Jaroslav (referee) ; Nový, Alois (advisor) ; Donaťáková, Dagmar (advisor)
The subject of this bachelor´s thesis is a conversion of the grain silo in Zlín, which is situated at the western outskirts of the Bata´s area, behind the City heritage zone. Along the southern side of the property there is a railway no. 331 Otrokovice – Vizovice and a four-lane road which is the main traffic connection going through the entire city of Zlín. The main new function of the building is the adventure centre. It offers various activities such as trampoline gym, laser game, mirror maze, karaoke, indoor jungle gym for kids and adventure activities for adults. Apart from these, additional features can be found in the building, including a shopping mall, restaurant, offices, accommodation facilities and a café with a beautiful view of the city. The new function of the object brings an interesting feature to this part of the city and therefore makes the area more beautiful and attractive to people. Regarding the construction, the building has a rectangular ground plan, a flat roof and in the past it was functionally divided into 2 parts. The lower part with 6 floors was previously used as a fruit and vegetable warehouse. The second part with 10 floors is where the grain silos were situated. The load bearing skeleton is made of reinforced concrete round columns with a diameter of 650mm, in a ground plan grid of 6,15 x 6,15m which is typical for Baťa architecture. The floor slabs are made of reinforced concrete supported by stiffening secondary beams. The concrete frame structure is filled with brick masonry on the outer perimeter. The new functional use of the building keeps current state of the load bearing structures. A significant intervention is the demolition of walls between the silos, leaving only the load-bearing structure of columns and a modification the eastern and northern façade.

The Role of Ferrous Sulphate as a Setting Regulator and a Portland Clinker Reduction Agent
Mončeková, Miroslava ; Rovnaníková, Pavla (referee) ; Drábik, Milan (referee) ; Havlica, Jaromír (advisor)
In 2003, the European Community Obligation (directive 2003/5C/EC) regulates a maximal value of soluble hexavalent chromium to 0.0002 % (per weight of dry cement). This limitation leads to modifications of the regular Portland cement by using of suitable reduction agents. Therefore, the possibilities of chromium reduction become a very actual topic. The primary goal of this work is a basic research of the ferrous sulphate influence on hexavalent chromium reduction and also its influence on Portland clinker hydration process. The reduction ability was determined by UV/VIS method. The mechanism and ferrous sulphate influence on Portland clinker hydration process was observed by isothermal calorimetry and mechanical strength tests. XRD method, SEM-EDS analysis and Raman microscopy were used for identification of formed hydration products. Study of hydration mechanism occurring in this system was focused on the divergence observations from the regular Portland cement hydration. Pore solution analysis provided significant information about chromium behavior during the hydration process (substitution and releasing). Chromium incorporation into structure of hydration products during the reduction process was also studied in the pure tricalciumaluminate system with targeted Cr6+ content. This work suggests the possible substitution of the trivalent and hexavalent chromium into structure of monosulphate (AFm) phase.

Mediatization of the Politic Sphere
Hannich, Jiří ; Nečas, Vlastimil (advisor) ; Trampota, Tomáš (referee)
This Diploma Thesis "Mediatization of Political Sphere" deals with the systematic influence of mass media and their logic on the functioning of the political system, process development and implementation of policy instruments and methods of political communication. First of all the theoretical part is focused on the description of the institutional importance of media in the social environment, more properly introduces images of the effects of media communications in the society, characteristics of the participation of media organizations in the economic relations so that the concept of mediatization in the frame of media studies could be defined and to specify its aspects in connection with a set of knowledge of media logic. The thesis does not omit the introduction of basic logic elements of political sphere, it also deals with its implicit settings, as well as modifications of the political structures in response to transfer a large part of the policy enforcement into the symbolic space of the media. The theoretical interpretation is followed by the research which is focused on the selected elements of mediatization in the Czech context. In the first stage the quantitative research method of content analysis is used to find out which topics and which representatives are observed by the Czech...

Modification of Diffusive Gradient in Thin Films Technique for Characterization of Environmental Systems
Gregušová, Michaela ; Sommer, Lumír (referee) ; Janoš, Pavel (referee) ; Dočekal, Bohumil (advisor)
Diffusive gradient in thin film technique (DGT) represents a relatively new approach for in situ determinations of labile metal-species in aquatic systems. The DGT device passively accumulates labile species from the solution while deployed in situ, and therefore contamination problems associated with conventional collection and filtration procedures are eliminated. This study deals with a possible modification of DGT technique. The key of using DGT technique for speciation analysis of metals is to find out suitable binding phase and diffusion layer. The new resin gel based on Spheron Oxin (5 sulphophenyl-azo-8-hydroxyquinoline) ion exchanger with a higher selectivity to trace metals than Chelex 100 could potentially provide more information on metals speciation in aquatic systems. The performance of this new binding phase was tested for the determination of Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb and U under laboratory conditions. The hydrogel layer based on poly(2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate) was synthesized and tested as a new diffusion gel for application in DGT technique.

Fresnel Incoherent Correlation Holography (FINCH)
Bouchal, Petr ; Zemánek, Pavel (referee) ; Chmelík, Radim (advisor)
This master’s thesis develops a novel method of digital holography, from recent studies known as Fresnel Incoherent Correlation Holography (FINCH). The method enables the reconstruction of the correlation records of three-dimensional objects, captured under quasi-monochromatic, incoherent illumination. The experimental system is based on an action of a Spatial Light Modulator, driven by computer generated holograms to create mutually correlated beams. Both optical and digital parts of the experiment can be carried out using procedures of classical holography, diffractive optics and digital holography. As an important theoretical result of the master’s thesis, a new computational model was proposed, which allows to describe the experiment completely with respect to its two basic phases. The proposed model allows to understood the method intuitively and can be used additionally for analysis and interpretation of the imaging parameters and the system optimalization. The theoretical part of the master’s thesis also presents a detailed description of the correlation imaging based on an appropriate reconstruction process. Computational models were developed for both monochromatic and quasi-monochromatic illumination. In experimental part, all theoretical results were verified. The imaging parameters were examined using standard resolution target tests and appropriate biological samples. As an original experimental result, spiral modification of the system resulting in a vortex imaging was proposed and realized. Here, a selective edge enhancement of three-dimensional objects is possible, resulting in a significant extension of possible applications of the method.
