Freedom in the view of law theology and philosophy

Resume FREEDOM IN THE VIEW OF LAW THEOLOGY AND PHILOSOPHY The study is focused in the first part on the conception of freedom and divergence between freedom as general term and freedom of choice. Some authors reflect freedom, but they do not specify your conception of freedom. Man's freedom according to Gaudium et spes (17) means: "Authentic freedom is an exceptional sign of the divine image within man." There is the crucial problem: "authentic freedom" - what it means. The study compares conception of freedom by these outstanding theologians: Anselm of Canterbury, S. Augustin, Bernard of Clairvaux, Origenes and Karl Rahner. Accuracy of expressing is necessary for right understanding each other. Transcendental freedom according K. Rahner implies man's freedom as the foundation of human being. Everybody has transcendental freedom, man's dignity is not possible without freedom, otherwise would be man only an instrument destined to certain existence. Freedom of choice arises from transcendental freedom, but it does not imply man's arbitrariness, because everybody has own dignity and freedom, which belongs one person is the limit for each other person. During the last past decades we were the witnesses of the man`s slow growing interest in questions of environment. From the early beginning there were commands and restrictions mainly, nowadays there are another instruments starting to be used too, and above all the economic instruments. Memory and memories of World War II in Czech lands. The war memoirs of the Czechoslovak soldiers from second external resistance

The author of this master thesis tries to capture severa! moments of life stories of Czechoslovak soldiers and their so called war memoires (e.g. private war diaries and written memoirs, novels, poetry, interviews) bom during and after the Second World War. In the first part of dissertation is conceming e.g. these key questions: Why did the soldiers give testimony? How they did it? In what kind of written form they made it? Why those days seemed so cruel to them? How these testimonies were used by media and historians and how did they play a role in the process of fromning collective memory in Czech Lands. Examining these sources, author tried to answer for these questions. Important goal of dissertation is to demonstrate, how memoirs was perceived throughout centuries, since the ancient ages to the present and what forms were continiously developed. In the second part, us ing transformed concept of "realms of memory" (P. Nora) and "memory frames" (M. Halbwachs), author tries to demonstrate how these sources yould be used in reserahc of memory and every day life of Czechoslovak soldiers in qualitative way. Specifics of doing business with Georgia

The aim of this work is to analyze the Georgia today, its ekonomic relations, political and economic order. Based on the analysis to highlight the strengths and weaknesses important from the perspective of a potential investor in or on the territory of Georgia. To achieve results of economic, political and other indicators, including the practical point of view and putting on the specifics of investment in the country. Work is worthy because nowadays in literature or in the Internet are only bits and pieces of scattered and poor information. Therefore benefit from the creation of a whole work is that it can serve as a relevant indicator of what the investor can approach when doing business in or with Georgia. Church, state and society in proceedings of Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren's synods 1918-1969

This diploma work attempts to describe and theologically evaluate the relationship between the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren and the Czech state and society in proceedings of the evangelical synods. It concentrates to a period of 1918 to 1969, from the establishment of the Church till its 16th synod. The work is devided into three parts. In the beginning of each part, external historical, political and social conditions of the Church and position of the Church in the society are gradually introduced. Next, some essential theological and practical problems the church has to deal with in the relationship with the state and the society are presented. Each of the parts ends with a teological reflexion and an evaluation of the presented teological praxis of the church. The main purpose of this diploma work is to examine whether the Evangelical Church of Czech Brethren fulfilled its mission in the society, how much it was loyal to its general substance and how much its mission was reconcilable with contemporary social and state claims. It is possible to conceive international problems of leading as having a command of multicultural context and forming of corporate culture.

Children with bilingual education in a kindergarten from the view of the family

The bachelor thesis is focused on the integration of children into the Czech kindergartens ? mainly from foreign citizen and immigrant families and also briefly the theme of Gypsy children. The theoretical part deals with the most frequent terms which we can encounter in this context and current opinions mentioned in the latest years literature which deals with the integration of foreigners into schools. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to see the approach of teachers from the chosen sample of the Czech kindergartens, teachers? treatment and their abilities to integrate the foreigners? children into the group. Above all, find out the opinion of quality and erudition of the Czech kindergartens through the interviews with parents. Through the observation is then possible to confront the reality. The results of research indicate the underestimation of serious situation, which concerns the integration of foreigners into schools from the point of view of educational institutions and legislators. The educations of kindergarten teachers is not developed enough in this way and there are emphasized another activities. The priority of this issue is the knowledge of the majority language - in the case of ignorance from the parents? site it could be the insurmountable obstacle for the child. Teacher´s treatment in the kindergarten becomes more intuitive matter because of the set system of education of foreign children. The issue is closely related to the education of parents who put the different emphasis on the education of their children. Research shows that there is a direct proportionality between the value of achieved education of parents and the ability and willingness of the child to learn to communicate the majority language.

The Business Tactics Used by Businessmen During the Demonstration Events

The bachelor thesis deals with the problems of unfair commercial practices which are used by businessmen during the demonstration events on mentally or physically disabled individuals and seniors. The theoretical part of this work is focused on basic aspects of consumer's protection, consumer organisations and institutions providing advice and information. It deals with the actual course of the demonstrations and manipulative practices used by dealers. It also briefly informs of marketing research. In the practical part there is applied a questionnaire survey which finds the experience of seniors with demonstration events. The aim of the research is to summarize collected information that is complemented by measures designed to reduce the negative impacts of improper action on the elderly.

Interview as One of Instruments of Social Work with a Client

This work is concerned with an interview as a social work subject. Such interview can be considered as basic technique and instrument for social worker while acting with a client. From its start the work briefly introduces to the social work problem and the person of social worker and discourses about the interview in social work in general. In the first place it is focused on problems of indirective supportave consultation that introduces by charactaristics of individual phases of the interview. For cause of compact look on topic it gives attention to techniques of active listening and assertive behaviour. The work in its final part takes a think about how the interview between the social worker and his client helps to attain purposes and through them also realizations of mission of social work. By accomplishing of three specified objectives from social work sphere it analyzes and points the principle of interview in relation to questioned subject.

Personification of Wisdom in the Old Testament

The thesis deals with the figure of Lady Wisdom in the Old Testament in the wisdom books of Job, Proverbs, Wisdom and Sirach. The opening part specifies the selected biblical texts of the Old Testament, the concept of wisdom in antiquity from Egyptian and Mesopotamian sources, and their possible inspiration for authors of wise scriptures. Next the thesis briefly introduces the chosen biblical texts and analyses the concept of wisdom in the each of them. To illustrate the nature and conduct of Wisdom the next part describes the importace of building a house for the ancient people. As an opposite to Lady Wisdom there is Lady Foolishness. Final part describes various forms of personified Wisdom in particular biblical books explaining her transformation within the course of Old Testament history.
