JAVA- and LABVIEW-based virtual laboratory
Hlavním cílem této práce bylo vytvořit aplikaci v LabVIEW k ovládaní měřícího přístroje Keithley (generátor napětí) a k automatickému získavání měřených hodnot v pikoampérech. Tato aplikace nabízí uživateli různé funkce: - Zadání vystupního napětí. - Vyběr typu průběhu. - Definování délky periody. - Ovládaní přístroje. - Měření proudu, ukládaní dat do souboru vhodného pro jiné aplikace (textový soubor). - Analýzu naměřených dat.

Matematická analýza regularizovaného modelu viskoelastické nenewtonovské tekutiny
Šalom, Pavel ; Pokorný, Milan (advisor) ; Bulíček, Miroslav (referee)
In this thesis we provide an existence result for a regularized model of viscoelastic non- newtonian fluid. We consider incompressible fluid with shear rate dependent viscosity and with Cauchy stress tensor capable to describe stress relaxation. An elastic part of the Cauchy stress tensor is governed by Oldroyd-type differential equation. In particular, we are interested in fluids with strong shear thinning effect. We prove that if the viscosity function µ (D) is such that tensor µ (D) D is p-coercive, monotone and has (p − 1)-growth for p > 6 5 and some other additional assumptions are satisfied, then there exists a solution to the system of PDEs describing the flow in a bounded domain. The proof is not simple because the convective term is not integrable with a high power. The problem is solved using Lipschitz truncation method for evolution PDEs. 1

IN-SITU HIGH TEMPERATURE LOW CYCLE FATIGUE STUDY
Petrenec, M. ; Polák, Jaroslav ; Šamořil, T. ; Dluhoš, J. ; Obrtlík, Karel
In-situ Low Cycle Fatigue test (LCF) at temperature 635 °C have been performed in Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) equipped with Electron Backscatter Diffraction analysis (EBSD) on a small dog-bone-shaped specimen of cast Inconel 713LC superalloy. The aim of the work was to study early stage fatigue damage at high temperature by the observations of the characteristic surface relief evolution and crystallographic characterization changes by EBSD. The detail of slip bands shape was checked by FIB and AFM microscopes. The LCF test was conducted on GATAN stage with pre tilted position and constant stress amplitude of total cycle number of 20. The relief produced in the first cycle determines the other locations of the localized cyclic slip to the primary slip planes (111). The relief was modified in the next cycles but without forming additionally new slip traces in the primary system. Based on EBSD analysis before and after LCF, the orientation of two grains was changed which caused activation of second slip system. The damage mechanism evolution is closely connected with the cyclic strain localization to the persistent slip bands where the fatigue cracks were initiated.

Abiotic stress resposes in apple (Malus domestica Borkh.) tissue cultures
Krsek, Daniel
Abiotic stress factors, primarily those which disturb plant water balance, cause extensive crop losses. With regard to sessile lifestyle, many mechanisms how to cope with these unfavourable conditions were developed during evolution of plants. As common impact of many of these stresses like drought, salinity or low temperatures is of osmotic nature, the osmotic adjustment represents important part of plant stress response. Mostly, this component of stress reaction is provided by organic compounds, which are referred to as compatible solutes, including polyhydroxyl compounds (sucrose, sugar alcohols, cyclitols, and oligosacharides) and nitrogen-containing compounds (mainly proline). The effect of these solutes is not only osmotic, but also osmoprotective as they are able to preserve integrity of membranes and macromolecules by mimicking their water envelope. The compatible solutes also contribute to quenching of reactive oxygen species overproduced under these stress conditions. This study is focused on apple (Malus domestica) producing, beside sucrose, sugar alcohol sorbitol as primary photosynthetic product and transporting these carbohydrates along with raffinose family oligosaccharides (RFO) for a long distance. In vitro tissue cultures derived from leaves of two apple cultivars differing in...

The Actual Trends of Insuring of the credit risks with state support
Hrnčiříková, Michala ; Taušer, Josef (advisor) ; Pravda, Michal (referee)
The diploma thesis deals with the export credit insurance as one of the possible instruments for covering business risks in international trade. Furthermore, it indicates its basic forms and also focuses on the international rules, which regulate the providing of export credit insurance. The main stress is laid on the development of export credit insurance with state support in a time of global financial and economic crisis. The thesis offers a view of the specific anti-crisis measures of some selected export credit agencies and their impact on the international trade development.

E-customs´ systems and projects and their implementation in the Czech Customs administration
Harantová, Lenka ; Novák, Radek (advisor) ; Uhlíř, Karel (referee)
Diploma work called "E-customs'systems and projects and their implementation in the Customs administration of the Czech Republic" is intended to provide interested parties with an overview of systems, projects and key issues related to the evolution of the European electronic customs initiative and the present state of play especially in the Czech Customs administration. Subject of e-Customs is a collection of information customs systems and projects in order to exchange data and communicate between the customs and economic operators in a secure manner. Systems and project of e-Customs are set up in the individual parts of the present work with the stress of the link to legal, operational and technological instruments, both at Community and national level to allow for an efficient implementation of electronic customs systems. The work includes evaluation of the successfully launched and today stable transit and export systems and recommendation to accept measures leading to higher efficiency from the side of the Czech customs administration. The work is a sufficient information source of the e-Customs programme devoted not only to employees of the Czech Customs administration, but to all subjects related to customs procedures.

Specifics of reporting and funding of non profit-making organizations

This thesis is concerned with specifics reporting and funding of non profit-making organizations. It describes foundations and endowment funds, civic associations, public benefit corporations, church legal persons and universities. It is aimed at reporting, financial planning, budgets and funding sources of non profit-making organizations. It presents tax implications and accounting issues of non profit-making organizations. Family and Divorce
Valentová, Kristýna ; Lhotová, Marie (advisor) ; Polívka, Jan (referee)
The work "The Family and The Divorce" (Rodina a rozvod) discourses the problem of divorce - how it manifests in family life, life of the family members and especially the children. It is divided into six chapters. The first three chapters are talking about family and its necessity for life of every human being and about marriage and how to solve the marital problems constructively. The last three chapters concern divorce and problems linked with it. In the part concerning family the author writes about functions of a family, its evolution and actual situation of families in the Czech Republic. She deals with the importance of a family and its functionality for individual development. The author talks about divorce from the point of view of law, society and psychology and particularly discourses the child - possible consequences of divorce in child psychic and probably the best way for child - joint custody. On the other hand she discourses the Parental alienation syndrome, why and how it arises and how to reduce its effects. The work's targets define the most important problems which the child solves in connection with divorce of his or her parents. Is the divorce always stressful? Should the parents do anything to make the divorce "more comfortable" for their child or children? There are some questions the...
