The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a realistic business plan for establishing a new company. The business plan is based on the first - theoretical part which is based on the scientific background, market research, special analyzes and on the second - analytical part in which the outputs of theoretical research and analysis are applied in the business plan. The third part is proposal where theoretical and analytical knowledge is applied in practice. The main intention is to evaluate whether the prepared business plan is feasible and under what conditions.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the development of a business plan for the establishment of the Photo Studio in Brno. The work is divided into several parts - theoretical, analytical, and practical. The theoretical part consists mainly of basic concepts and definitions, which serve to develop the plan. The analytical part focuses on the evaluation of the current market situation. Finally, the practical part presents the implementation of the business plan.

Comparison of the operation of selected ice stadiums in Prague.

Title: Comparison of the operation of selected ice stadiums in Prague. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to compare selected ice stadiums to each others by using analysis. Furthrmore, the thesis should show the opportunities and threats of teh selected ice stadiums. Methods: The case analysis was chosen as the main research method. In the preparation of this analysis other methods, such as intentional selection, document analysis and semi-structured interview were applied. Based on the results the SWOT analysis was developed. Through this method the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of the selected ice stadiums. SLEPT analysis was used to recognize factors, that affects selected ice stadiums. Results: The analysis shows that every single ice stadium is able to assure enough clients. Some cooperate with nearby schools, others are linked with ice hockey club. Three of selected ice stadiums are able to make profit, two are able not to lose money and two were not willing to provide their econimic information. It was also recognized, that there is a huge need to reconstruct some parts in almost every single ice stadium. We could also see that it is important to reach some money from grants. The subject of this diploma thesis is creation of business plan for founding a company, whitch focuses on production and selling trio-flavor protein powder. In first part of this thesis, I focused on theory. In second part can be found all kinds of analysis, for example competition, market research, to be sure we are entering right market. In final part there is calculation for product, financial plan and so on, where from all relevant information will be decided, if the company is realisable.

This diploma thesis is focused on the expansion of a selected company in a foreign market. The main goal is to determine if the company should enter a foreign market. The first part of the diploma thesis is devoted to theoretical knowledge in the area of expansion of the company in a foreign markets. In the analytical part will be performed analyzes that are important for this diploma thesis. In the practical part of the thesis I will introduce the company, propose a strategy for entering a foreign market and evaluate the whole proposal.

Here, more specifically, I will deal with a suitable choice of reconstruction for the hostel and the hostel complex. The theoretical part describes the possibilities of financing and analysis of the situation in the company. In the analytical part, the knowledge from the theoretical will be used to perform analyzes of the company, which serves as a basis for the design part, where the most appropriate method is chosen.

This bachelor's thesis will deal with development of business activities of the Prague company Ctibůrek výtahy s. r. o., namely the establishment of a new branch in Brno. The first part will define theoretical concepts. In the following part, the internal and external environment of the company will be analyzed. The information obtained in the analytical part will be used to create a business development plan and calculate the approximate cost. Finally, an economic evaluation will be performed, which will show if the expansion of the branch to Brno is economically beneficial.

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu vlivu pandemie SARS-CoV-2 na marketingovou komunikaci firmy Foreigners s. r. o. v online prostředí. Teoretická část se věnuje všeobecným principům týkajících se míry významnosti různých typů digitálního marketing. Analytická část je složena z analýzy stávajícího stavu firmy, interní a externí analýzy firemního digitální marketingové komunikace a porovnání hodnot konkurenceschopnosti benchmarkingu. Výsledky jsou doplněné statistickými údaji z Google Analytics a rozdělěné odpovídajícím způsobem pomocí analýzy SWOT. Na základě těchto výsledků byly navrženy vhodné způsoby zlepšení digitální marketingové komunikace firmy.
