Cílem této bakalářské práce je vytvořit realistický podnikatelský plán pro založení nové společnosti. Podnikatelský plán vychází z první - teoretické části, která vychází z vědeckého zázemí, průzkumu trhu, speciálních analýz, a z druhé - analytické části, ve které jsou výstupy teoretického výzkumu a analýzy aplikovány v podnikatelském plánu. Třetí část je návrhová, kde jsou teoretické a analytické poznatky aplikovány v praxi. Hlavním záměrem je vyhodnotit, zda je připravený podnikatelský záměr realizovatelný a za jakých podmínek. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to create a realistic business plan for establishing a new company. The business plan is based on the first - theoretical part which is based on the scientific background, market research, special analyzes and on the second - analytical part in which the outputs of theoretical research and analysis are applied in the business plan. The third part is proposal where theoretical and analytical knowledge is applied in practice. The main intention is to evaluate whether the prepared business plan is feasible and under what conditions.
