Principles of Land Register Adminstration
Blažejová, Adriana ; Komosná, Milada (referee) ; Tesařová, Zdeňka (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with the basic principles of the Land Register, comparing those principles on the basis of previous legal regulation in effect until the end of 2013 and current legislation, where from the 1st January 2014 came to force Act no. 256/2013 Coll., on Land Registry (Cadastral Act) and Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code. Many changes, important for principles of the cadastre, are enshrined in these regulations. Thesis describes particular principles and states the most important changes, that occured in connection with the new legislation. It explains these changes theoretically and also practically on simple examples for better understanding of the principle.

Data transmition security with Reed-Solomon codes
Šalanský, Jan ; Šporik, Jan (referee) ; Němec, Karel (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis deals with the security of data transmission by Reed-Solomon codes. It discusses the design of the code, coding method and primarily decoding facility. There are described particular phases of decoding: the computation of the Syndrome, determination of an error locator polynomial, finding of positions of false symbols by Chien search and calculation of error values using the Forney’s algorithm. It compares these basic algorithms to find the polynomial localization errors: Peterson-Gorenstein-Zierler algorithm, Berlekamp-Massey algorithm and the extended Euclidean algorithm. There is shown a detailed design and software implementation of a simple system with forward error correction based on these theoretical findings. Design of the system begins by selecting the appropriate Reed-Solomon code RS (63,39). Next step is construction of basic algebraic structures for this code and derivation of encoder and decoder. Design of system with forward error correction finishes by calculation of encoding and decoding. The final system with forward error correction has been programmed for platforms MS Windows and Linux. It has been based on previous calculations and examples in references.

Flow visualization methods
Ďurdina, Lukáš ; Jedelský, Jan (referee) ; Lízal, František (advisor)
ĎURDINA, L. Flow visualization methods. Brno: Brno University of Technology, Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, 2010. 45 p. Thesis supervisor Ing. František Lízal. This thesis deals with fluid flow visualization methods with respect to their practical application possibilities. Chronological description of the historically valuable visualization experiments emphasises the role of visualization in the experimental fluid mechanics. A brief characteristic of the flow field contains mathematical description of the objects, which can be visualized. Visualization methods are divided into experimental and computer aided methods. Individual methods are ordered subsequently beginning with those with lowest requirements for equipment to the more sophisticated methods. Various techniques, which provide qualitative and quantitative description of the tested gas or liquid flow, are described. The overview for the choice of methods for various applications sums up the important facts from previous chapters. Description of a simple helium bubble flow visualization experiment realized in a lab can be found at the end of the thesis.

The Portrait
Ďuriš, Juraj ; Paučo, Samuel (referee) ; Zálešák, Jan (advisor)
In my work I develop a set of about thirty small format oil paintings. I refer them to my previous job, where I dealt with the portrait (small objects, cigarette boxes, toys). The focus of my interest is shifting from relics of human presence, to the man, as a thinking, sentient being in the presence with a spiritual dimension. Portraits therefore gives rise on live session (from my surrounding area). Simple situation in which stand opposite painter and his model, with the only task - to create an image - allows to concentrate attention on the very situation, and its interpretation, which is conditioned, naturally depends on the context in which it happens.

The Reconstruction of the Old Post Building in Rousínov
Chovanečková, Nikol ; Vaněk, Petr (referee) ; Vojtová, Lea (advisor) ; Kalousek, Lubor (advisor)
The theme of the bachelor’s thesis is the reconstruction of the building of the former Post Office on the square in Rousínov, and its adjacent extension. This project originates from a studio project elaborated in the summer semester of the second grade of the bachelor’s study. In the past there was a post office, telegraph and telephone switchboard on the second floor. On the first floor there was a flat and some shops. In the front facade there was a barber Svoboda, collection of cloths and bones, staircase to the second floor and dwellings for poor. In previous time there were twelve hired soldiers with a their sergeant accommodated. The building remained unused for a long time, which affected the current technical condition. Nowadays it is impossible to use the building for the same purpose as in the past. For that reason it is necessary to find a new functional utilization. The building itself is rather small, of a simple rectangle ground plan. Along with the church and repaired old townhall it forms important places on the square of Rousínov. Taking into consideration the building location the information center, services for public, ie. hairdresser, beauty care, manicure, pedicure is designed on the first floor. On the second floor there are premises to be let for administrative purposes. In the attic there are social premises, such as projection hall or premises for family celebrations or business meetings. An important requirement was to keep the character of baroque‘s features – moulding, window holes, attic roof and broken arcs, arcades in the interior. The newly designed building consists of two parts – connecting glass passageway and a building used as an exhibition hall with public toilets. Due to lack of public and social events in the town Rousínov, on the first floor of the new building there is a sport’s center designed with two multipurposes halls, massages and a reception desk. All premises in the newly designed building as well as

Molecular Simulations of the Vapor–Liquid Phase Interfaces of Pure Water Modeled with the SPC/E and the TIP4P/2005 Molecular Models
Vinš, Václav ; Celný, David ; Planková, Barbora ; Němec, Tomáš ; Duška, Michal ; Hrubý, Jan
In our previous study [Planková et al., EPJWeb. Conf. 92, 02071 (2015)], several molecular simulations of vapor-liquid phase interfaces for pure water were performed using the DL POLY Classic software. The TIP4P/2005 molecular model was successfully used for the modeling of the density profile and the thickness of phase interfaces together with the temperature dependence of the surface tension. In the current study, the extended simple point charge (SPC/E) model for water together with TIP4P/2005 were employed for the investigation of vapor-liquid phase interfaces over a wide temperature range from 250 K to 600 K. Results of the new simulations are in a good agreement with most of the literature data. TIP4P/2005 provides better results for the saturated liquid density with its maximum close to 275 K, while SPC/E predicts slightly better saturated vapor density. Both models give qualitatively correct representation for the surface tension of water.

Y chromosome in the mouse hybrid zone
Rubík, Pavel ; Munclinger, Pavel (advisor) ; Zemanová, Barbora (referee)
The contact zone between subspecies of house mouse Mus musculus musculus and Mus musculus domesticus is one of the most intensively studied hybrid zones. It is also due to extensive introgression of the Y chromosome of M. m. musculus subspecies to the genetic background of M. m. domesticus. One theory of the origin of the introgression explains it by intragenomic conflict between the sexes. With a set of variable microsatellite markers on the Y chromosome, I have examined the validity of this theory by simple approaches revealing the history of the introgression area. It turned out that overly big variability of our markers makes the revelation of this theory impossible. Our markers have been found suitable for use in the analysis of population structure of house mouse. Thanks to them, we can identify migrants between localities and estimate the level of closeness of the population structure in relation to migrants from the neighborhood. Populations in our analysis proved to be relatively closed and resistant to the influx of migrants. Despite the conclusions of previous research where the dispersion of males ran up to one kilometer, I have discovered a relatively large number of migrations to a distance of thirty kilometers. Keywords Mus musculus musculus, Mus musculus domesticus, Y chromosome,...

Parotitis virus antibodies tetsing and the interpretation of the results
KOMANOVÁ, Kateřina
The article covers diagnostics of Mumps (Epidemic Parotitis) based on the antibody testing and the interpretation of the resuslts. Data were collected from January 2011 to December 2012 in laboratory of virology, Hospital České Budějovice. The article is divided into a two parts, theory and investigation. Theoretical part covers the history of the virus. Mumps were first described by Hippocrates in 5th century BC as infectious disease with swelling of the salivary glands near the ears and in adult males painfull swelling of the testes was described. The Virus was first cultured on a chick embryo by Habel (1945). The size of virion shows considerable variation. Usualy the diameter is 150-200 nm, but occasionally bigger virions (up to 340 nm in dimeter) are observed. The virus is enveloped. Mumps virus is taxonomically located in the family Paramyxoviridae, genus Rubullavirus. Human is the only natural host of Mumps virus. Virus can be found mainly in saliva, but occurs in maternal milk, blood and multiple organs. The virus is transmitted mainly by droplets, but transmission by contaminated toys or other items was observed. The vaccination against Mums was introduced in former Czechoslovakia on 1st April 1987. The vaccination significantly reduced the number of cases of the disease. Diagnosis in the laboratory may use direct or indirect detection. The direct detection may use culture on the appropriate cell line or detection of viral RNA by RT-PCR. Different serological tests have been used to demonstrate specific antibodies. At present, the ELISA methods are the most used. Recently developed multiplex method for detection of the antibodies to several agens in one test may be used. The experimental part of bachelors thesis involved testing of patient´s sera by the method of Enzyme Linkes Immune Sorbent Analysis (ELISA) with parotitis antigen. For detection of IgG, simple sanwich ELISA was used, for the detection of IgM capture ELISA was used.. The goal of experimental part was to evaluate the results of the testing of the Mumps antibodies in patient's samples in Hospital České Budejovice and to assess the frquency of the disease in our region. The investigation covered the period from January 2011 to December 2012. Three hypothesis were set. The first hypothesis presumed that most of the Mumps cases will occur in childhood. In our result, some cases in childhood were proved, but the maximum of the case was proved in young adults. In the second hypothesis was presumed that because of the previous vaccination, the diagnosis will be more complicated and repeated testing will be necessary. This hypothesis was proved. In most of vaccinated patients with clinical Mumps, in first sample only IgG was proved and IgM occured in second (paired) sample after 1-2 weeks. The third hypothesis presumed, that there will be some amount of seronegative patients probably without immunity to Mumps. This was proved in 14,8 % of male and 14,7 % of female vaccinated population. Our results showed, that highest incidence of Mumps was in vaccinated population. In females in age 20-25 years, in males in 16-20 years. The results of the investigation can be used for laboratory practice, publication or for education.

Škodáčková, Gabriela ; Průša, Přemysl (advisor) ; Brabec, Petr (referee)
ŠKODÁČKOVÁ, Gabriela: Analysis of the shopping centre market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Bachelor Thesis. Prague: University of Economics, Prague, Faculty of International Relations, Department of Retailing and Business Communication, 2011. 60 p. Thesis head: PRŮŠA, Přemysl. Dominant theme of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of shopping centre market in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The thesis is devided into three chapters. The first chapter defines the concepts of retailing from the theoretical aspect. The second part also consists of the theoretical disclosure, describing the evolution of retail units since the first retail markets had shown up in the seventh century. In the meantime the real retail market started to grow in the USA. Across the world, developers of shopping centers have broken free of their traditional boundaries, explore new markets and new territories. As Europe could not resist incoming trends, shopping centers started to appear concurrently in the Czech Republic and Slovakia too. Based on the historical data and figures from the previous shopping centre's development, as well as considering the theoretical characteristics of simple Central European retail formats, the aim is to shadow the shape of future retail formats to be build in coming years in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The shopping center of 2015 will likely be a unique hybrid, slightly different than what we used to know. The third part content is focused on the analysis of two model shopping centers. One is located in the Czech Republic -- NISA Shopping Center in Liberec and the other stands in Slovakia, Banská Bystrica and it is called EUROPA Shopping Center. The conclusion is rather analythical. Besides the SWOT analysis of the centres it specifies the way of dellimitation of catchment areas. At the close of theoretical part research was made within the group of local inhabitants, showing interesting results in circumscriptioning of customer profile. catchment area, competition, customer profile, location analysis, retail formats, retail history, retail market, retail stock, shopping center, socio-economic situation

Online shops as a service to entrepreneurs
Kukačka, Pavel ; Gála, Libor (advisor) ; Červenková, Marie (referee)
The main goal of this thesis is to encourage entrepreneur in the choice of online shop solutions offered by way of rent. This goal has been fulfilled by the creation of a simple methodical procedure easily applicable by entrepreneurs, who do not have technical knowledge and would like to use the online shop solutions through rental services. That methodology is the largest contribution of this thesis. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first section provides an introduction to the problem, highlights the advantages and disadvantages of Internet commerce, both from the perspective of entrepreneurs as well as customers and evaluates the current situation of Internet trading on the Czech market. The second part describes the available options (categories) of establishing the online shop. The third part builds on the findings of previous parts and by using a wide range of criteria, it creates a complex methodology for the selection of specific solution implemented by way of rent.
