Polyfunctional Building

Diploma Thesis „Polyfunctional building“. The work deals implementation project of polyfunctional building in Jihlava. Object is situated on Jihlava suburb in emerging part called „Horní Kosov“. Land is gently sloping from west to east. It continues for Buková street. The building has six floors and a basement. The basement is made from monolithic reinforced concrete. It is used as garages. Floors are made of ceramic bricks with isolation . First floor contains four commercial premises and main entry for housing part. Seventeen flats are situated from second to sixth floor. Sizes of apartments are 1+kitchen corner to 4+kitchen corner with terraces and balcony. Roofing is solved with simple flat roof. Heating will be ensured with central heating. Every apartment, commercial premises, shared premises are going to have it’s own gas boiler. Polyfunctional building is connected on a local road – Buková street, which is connected to new communication. Within multifunctional building twenty parking slots is designed at the basement. Next fourteen parking slots is designed outside.

Detached house, Jesenik

The topic of the Bachelor theses is a detached house project. The house is designed as a two-storey basementless wooden building. Roofing above the living area is done by a gabled roof and above a garage is constreucted single-layer flat roof. Layout of 6+KK corresponds to the proposal for a family of 4 members. The house is possible to enter from the north-west side. By entering the vestibule we can get into the technical room, or across the hall to separate WC and sauna. It is also possible to get in from the hallway into a spacious living room connected with kitchen and dining room. Stair space is allowed access to the second floor where there are two children's bedrooms, a master bedroom with dressing room, a guest room and shared bathroom with WC.There is garage for one car. It is a wooden building of large-size panels NOVATOP.

Impact of the Implementation of Project "Třeboň - Spa Infrastructure Development" on Motivational Component of Income Tax of Individuals from self-employment

The thesis describes realization effects of the project "Třeboň - rozvoj lázeňské infrastruktury" on the ammount of tax income in the city, especially with focus on the development of the part of tax incomes. These incomes receives the city as a share of tax incomes from self-employed persons (by law of budget determination of taxes No 243/2000 Sb.). According to this law each commune receives 30 % of tax from self-employed subjects, which have place of residence in the territory of this commune. This share of the tax is called as "motivation component" and it should motivate communes to create new business opportunities to increase own incomes. The focus of this thesis is an effect assessment of realization of this project on the size of tax incomes in the city Třeboň. There is the model of fiscal federalism introduced in the theoretical-methodological part. This model is used wide in the whole Czech republic to describe incomes of comunes - especially tax incomes. In the practical part there is a description of the implemented project and its effect on particular targets, for example effect on size of income of local taxes and effeck on growth of employment. The main section of the practical part is the evolution analysis of the "motivation component". This evolution of "motivation component" is compared with the evolution of business subjects, which are registered in the city Třeboň (including the description of the regressive evolution).

Using social networks to increase competitiveness

This thesis deals with online social networking. The goal is aimed at a specific web project to demonstrate and comment on the possibility of using the elements of social networks to increase competitiveness. The text is divided into six chapters. In first is introduced the concept of project, including the objectives and reasons for choosing the theme. The next theoretical chapter describes the history and theory, followed by presentation of successful social sites. There are written the best practices for success in social networking too. The theory is followed by analytical and practical sections -- there is the real web project (hobby site aimed at sharing of user manuals and procedures) described. These chapters are a crucial part of the whole work, there are described all parts of project making, from the analysis of the environment through the required "social" functionality to examples of implementation and discussion of future forms of product promotion. The fifth chapter then presents an assessment of previous sections; achieved outputs are compared (commented) with performance targets and expectations. This part contains also the expected outlook for the future. The conclusion sums up the whole project.

Online marketing strategy of iUcto.cz

The share of online marketing activities in the marketing of companies continues to grow. But without an online marketing strategy, it is impossible to effectively coordinate activities and exploit the full potential that online marketing offers. The main objective of this thesis is to analyze the state of online marketing tools of iUcto.cz project and suggest recommendations, which will then enable the creation of meaningful and effective online marketing strategy. The various online marketing tools are described in the theoretical part of this thesis. It is followed by a brief description of the used tools, presentation of the iUcto.cz project and its competitors, and analysis of the iUcto.cz website, in the practical part. Based on this, the specific recommendations for online marketing channels, which could be interesting for the iUcto.cz project, are stated in the final part of this thesis.

The construction of collective identity and collective Memory in biographical narratives of Czech Germans

The aim of the dissertation is to find answers to questions that are connected to the problems of the construction of ethnic/national identity and related identification signs. This discourse creation of collective identity is analyzed on the basis of biographic texts of the citizens of the Czech Republic who identify with Germans, and remained, after the forced extradition of the German-speaking population, for various reasons in the country of their origin. The research project is, from the territorial point of view, situated in the border region of Chomutov which has been for centuries formed mainly by the German population. Using the biographic method there has been recorded, in the course of the terrain investigation itself, a total of 50 biographic narratives of the representatives of three successive generations of this community. By means of analysis and interpretation of the content of these biographic materials there are primarily captured the collectively shared pictures of the past and important identification attributes by which protagonists of the oldest generation of this community form their ethnic/national identity. In this way it is clarified how the narrators themselves re-construct and re-interpret their subjectively experienced "we", at the same time defining themselves against...

Centra sdílených služeb v české veřejné správě –přínosy a rizika jejich implementace

The baccalaureate thesis examines shared service centres, their implementation in the Czech public services administration and the related risks. The goal of this thesis is to provide an overview of the shared service centres, their role within the public service administration with a focus on the consequences of their implementation for the Czech public service administration. The first chapter describes the international competitiveness prospects of the Czech Republic for 2012-2020, as well as the Effective Public Services Administration project which supports the implementation of shared service centers. The second chapter examines the potential for optimization of institutional processes with a focus on shared service centres and the various types of support services most commonly provided by these. The third chapter describes the public services shared service centres implementation process which took place in Austria and the Netherlands, followed by an analysis and comparison of the Czech, Austrian and Dutch public services administration. The fourth chapter provides an outline of the current shared service centres implementation status in public service administration, as well as the author's view of some of the expected resulting advantages and risks. The thesis is based on information obtained from available literature, internet sources, a case study on the implementation of shared service centres by the Dutch Ministry of Justice, data made public by SAP, Eurostat and OECD.

The project"Information technologies for development of continuous shared health care" deals with the development of the methods and technologies helping to ensure the continuous shared health care by creation of the unified system of electronic health documentation including the use of chip cards and security aspects. The technological solution will be based on the results of previous research in EuroMISE Centre, results of European research and international standards of health informatics.
