Sacral architecture of Max Kühn and Heinrich Fanta in Liberec

The subject of this thesis ist work of Max Kühn and Heirich Fanta, who belonged to the most influential architects in the first decades of 20 th century in Liberec. These two authors created a wide range of building types, but the main interest of this thesis is concentrated on their three churches, that were builded in Liberec in a short time span between years 1906 and 1911. Attention is paid to historical foundations of these buildings and to their original and present architectural form and decoration. Analyzed are used materials and technologies as well as artistic styles, which influenced construction and esthetic form of the churches. Disscused is also contemporary architectural background, inspiration and possible influence of theory, important personalities and critics, that may have lead the work of Max Kühn and Heinrich Fanta in a specific direction.

The main focus of this diploma thesis lies on an evaluation of the support of the so-called "rural tourism industry" in a selected area of the South Moravian Region, provided by the ERDF`s Regional Operational Programme "Southeast". The theoretical part of the thesis includes literature research; it also analyses and explains basic terminology on the fields of tourism industry and rural tourism industry, deals with the beginnings of the rural tourism in the Czech Republic and other countries; thereafter follows an explanation of the various forms of the rural tourism including an assessment of the significance of this kind of tourism while regarding the enormously important aspect of the sustainable development of the tourism industry in general. After defining important basic theoretical terms follows the second, regional politics concerning part; specifically a short explanation of the systematic implementation of the grants provided by the EU Structural Funds. This part deals mainly with the support of the tourism industry through the Regional Operational Programme. The next chapter gives an insight into the specifics of the analysed area of the South Moravian Region from the viewpoint of its potential for the development of the tourism industry, determined by the area's local and implementational preconditions. The applied part of the diploma thesis consists of the main analysis of all EU-supported projects from the priority axis 2, field of support 2.1 (Infrastuctural support for the tourism industry). The first chapter of this part shows the general conclusions following from the main analysis' results. The individual projects are sorted by the type of beneficiary, the project's focus and population count in the area of realisation. However, the focus of this diploma thesis lies on the support of the rural tourism industry; therefore it was necessary to define the standards for the determination of relevant projects, which follow the ideas of the rural tourism. These determined projects are further divided into specifical categories and described in regard of their benefits. Finally, an evaluation of the support provided by the Regional Operational Programme "Southeast" and of the possibilities of further development of the rural tourism industry.

Aestethic Education as a New Subject at Pouchov Primary School

The Diploma thesis with the possible implementations of Aesthetic education from 6th to 9th grades of primary school. The subject matter concerns all fields befalling into the educational area of Arts and Culture, as defined by the Framework Educational Programme for Basic Education; music, art, drama education, film/audiovisual education, and dance and movement education. In an educational approach Aesthetic education as a subject is based on artephiletics.
In addition to giving the theoretical grounds for creating the subject, the dissertation also offers an account of the preparatory phase of its implementation at a specific primary school, including inspirational materials for teaching the subject from 6th to 9th grade at this school.

Additional Education of Teachers and Preparation to New School-leaving Exam

A successful course of lifelong education of all pedagogical workers, including chemistry teachers, is part of necessary background for implementing changes concerning our contemporary education system (the educating reform, general educating programs, a creation of a unified system of evaluation and so forth). The need for further education is caused both by new professional and didactic approaches within the particular school subject and by a quick development of new information technologies. Besides the most common forms of further education such as courses, seminars, laboratory practices, field trips, educational programs and further professional studies at universities, there are also teachers' exchange stays and activities based on a cooperation among schools within the framework of systemic projects of European structural funds. The thesis discusses one of the newest forms of further education, e-learning. Its goal is to outline a scenario for the preparation of a basic distance e-learning education of chemistry teachers. Effect of specific support from the founder on the conceptual changes in the language education in primary schools This final bachelor thesis deals with the examination of the influence of targeted support by the founder in the area of language education in primary schools on the basis of the assessment of qualitative values of education results, based on the implementation of conceptual changes in the area of language education included in the school education programmes, on the basis of enlargement of the scope of foreign-language education and on the basis of increased use of the areas of communicative approach in teaching foreign languages. This thesis follows from the basic forms of education financing, from the use of direct methods of language teaching and from the current knowledge in the area of language education. The research part is preceded by the evaluation of the initial conditions preexisting the initiation of the system support of the language education development. Práce se zaměřuje na zmapování podmínek a možností výuky právní výchovy na gymnáziích. Je rozdělena na část teoretickou a empirickou. Toto téma není nikde příliš zpracované, proto je těžiště celé práce v empirické části. Tato část se věnuje analýze statických forem obsahu vzdělání (školské dokumenty a učebnice), dále je součástí sonda do reality českých škol, která se zaměřuje na zmapování podmínek realizace výuky práva na gymnáziích. Na závěr práce je uveden přehled a charakteristika nejrůznějších projektů, které se zabývají právní výchovou a vyučující je mohou využívat pro zlepšení a zatraktivnění výuky. V závěru práce jsou zhodnocena všechna získaná data a informace.

The sculptural work of Jiří Seifert

The present thesis focuses on sculptural work of Jiti Seifert and its evolution within the context of Czech and European art of the 2nd half of 20th century. It contains a detailed study on sources of inspiration and circumstances of Seifert's work as well as sculptor's artistic curriculum. The latter is divided into three main periods following the evolution of his artistic activity. Due to sculptor's personal engagement, these periods match closely with the recent political history of Czechoslovakia. The 1st period, that comprehends the author's seek for own artistic expression, dates since the beginning of his studies at the Academy of Applied Arts in Prague and culminates in the abstract artworks inspired by Jean Arp and Henry Moor. Its final point is marked by the execution of the Belfry for Jan Palach (1969) sculpted during the symposium in St. Margarethen, Austria. It is also during this event when Seifert meets Karl Prantl, an Austrian sculptor who influences him in his work forever since. The 2nd period that is marked by the limited possibility of realization extends between the years 1970 and 1989. The crimes of fraud, insurance fraud, credit fraud and grant fraud under s. 209, 210, 211 and 212 of the Czech criminal code This thesis presents the criminal offence of fraud under s. 209 of the Czech criminal code and its special forms - insurance fraud, credit fraud and grant fraud under s. 209, 210, 211 and 212 of the Czech criminal code. In my opinion a fraud in ist very essence represents a classic crime against property. After Velvet revolution the relevance of crimes against property has raised considerably and therefore the regulation of these crimes requires particular attention. This applies above all to the insuranec fraud and credit fraud. The insurance fraud and credit fraud were brought together with grant fraud into the Czech criminal code through an amandement in 1997. The aim of this thesis is to provide an presentation of legal regulation of fraud and its special forms and some issues related to it. I would like also to presentate controversies, which were caused by the amandement of the Czech criminal code in 1997. This thesis consist of three chapters. La thse résume dans la partie théorique des informations disponibles concernants le talent et les élves doués. La partie théorique met au fait des modifications d'enseignement de ces élves, qui sont permis par la legislature tchque. La partie pratique poursuit un objet de décrire et lever une des formes possibles d'enseignemet des élves doués - la ségrégation partielle - sur la base de la recherche d'action. Elle rapproche aussi des exigences sur l'enseignant des élves doués.
