Diploma thesis "Chicane at elementary schools" deals with problems of chicane, defines it as a social pathological phenomenon. Thesis is primary focused on its occurrence at the primary and low secondary part of school educational system. The forepart attends to definition of chicane, tries to improve orientation in this issue for better work with it. It mentions a view of our society, view of justice, and also view of Ministry of Education. It's focused on context with conception of chicane, mentions its parttakers, tries to define and specify aggressors and victims. Thesis tries to illustrate forms of chicane, some examples and also new forms which are highly up to date. On the other hand, it adverts to historical context of chicane in our society. I remind parts of adults in this issue and focuse on prevention and its importance. Next part is devoted to some examples of prevention, I tried to show, how program of primary prevention works. The next part consists of my analysis of primary school children's view of chicane and next I am trying to verify hypothesis by research using questionaries which was realized on second degree of elementary school.

Sport activites and their impact on the psychological resilience of a primary school age child
Rázek, Vítězslav ; Horáková Hoskovcová, Simona (advisor) ; Mertin, Václav (referee)
Sport activites and their impact on the psychological resilience of a primary school age child The work is focused on the study of the relationship between the psychological resistance and the top dance sport. The aim of this paper is to verify whether is the psychological resilience in children of a primarys school age positively influenced by the top dance sport. In the theoretical part are described possible approaches to psychological resistance. Chapters ares dedicated to its definition and a list of potential diagnostic measuring methods. The study describes the relationship of sport and psychological resilience, which is based on those studies illustrated the positive impact of sport. Attention is also paid to the theoretical interpretation of the relationship of sport and children. For research are used: Mirror drawing test and questionnaires. The research confirmed the assumption that a higher resistance rate is witnessed in case of top athletes children than in the control group children. In the characteristics as adaptability - maladaptability. Higher level of resistance was confirmed when comparing the questionnaire "Self-efficacy to regulate exercise" and "Children's self-efficacy scale". Key words: psychological resiliency, primary school age child, self-efficacy, sport

Project methodologies and psychological aspects of human resource management
Svoboda, Jiří ; Molnár, Zdeněk (advisor) ; Buchalcevová, Alena (referee) ; Luhan, Igor (referee) ; Merunka, Vojtěch (referee)
Although there is a growing influence of psychology and human resources in modern management, this area is being often neglected in theory and particularly in praxis of project management. This area offers a big potential for improvement of performance of project teams and increase of teamwork efficiency. Therefore this thesis is focused on human factor in project management and the opportunity for using psychology, especially the theory of motivation and teamwork. There were set more main goals of thesis they can be split in two groups. In the first group there are research goals aimed on teamwork in project teams managed by agile or traditional methods, establishment of project teams, characteristics of projects suitable for agile approach and implementation of agile methods in a company. The proposal of solution of identified problem areas belongs to the second group of goals. According to the research results agile project teams are closer to psychological concept of team, whilst traditional project teams are closer to work groups. Therefore agile project teams have better potential for being more efficient and performing higher than the project teams managed by traditional methods. Another finding in this thesis is regarding setting up the project teams and their daily work. Although agile methods seem to be more efficient from the teamwork perspective, they don't offer general solution for all problems in project management and their usage is not necessary suitable for all kinds of projects and company environment. That's why the characteristics of appropriate projects for being managed by agile methods were also investigated. Successful implementation and application of agile methods is strongly influenced by company environment and other factors that were identified in theoretical part of the thesis and subsequently verified by the research. The thesis brings a lot of verified information regarding work in project teams and emphasizes the significance of management, motivation and development of project teams. For identified problem areas with significant potential for improvement were prepared two solution proposals included in final parts of the thesis. The first solution is a model for implementation of project methodology in a company; the second one is a model aimed on project team performance increase. Both proposed solutions offers specific tools and techniques ready for application in company environment.

The Indication of Earth Faults in Overhead Lines
Pospíšil, Zdeněk ; Topolánek, David (referee) ; Toman, Petr (advisor)
This master´s thesis deals with the indication and localization of earth faults in overhead lines. Earth fault is the most frequently occurring type of fault in medium voltage overhead lines – it covers approx. 95% of all faults and is very difficult to indicate and localize them correctly and in time with currently available methods on the market. Therefore is very important to study earth fault and its indication, localization. The thesis consists of a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part deals with faults in overhead networks with different type of neutral grounding, mainly with one phase to the ground fault in the compensated, ungrounded, solidly grounded and via resistance grounded networks. Most of the theoretical part is dedicated to one phase to the ground fault in the compensated and ungrounded networks, where this type fault is called the earth fault. In the compensated and ungrounded networks is described in details behavior – voltage and current relations during both steady state and transient state earth fault. The theoretical part is further dedicated to detection methods of earth faults and their preconditions for use. There is described also in details the complete procedure of earth fault detection, which includes indication, unhealthy feeder determination and exact position or line section localization. End of the theoretical part is then focused on determination of accuracy requirements for measurement of basic quantities and computation of other parameters. The practical part deals with a work at medium distribution network model, which includes familiarization with the model, detailed verification of its functionality and behavior during the earth fault, obtaining faults records and algorithmization of methods: method of qu – diagram and method of first half - period, which are able to detect unhealthy feeder. This part of the thesis was put together based on a demand of company Mega, corp., which wanted to verify function of both above mentioned and by them not yet tested methods.

Hošková, Jana ; Kopřiva, Radek (advisor) ; Lenka, Lenka (referee)
The present dissertation is focused on the development of the party systems on the local level of political decision making with the aim to verify applicability of the party systems theory. The dissertation is divided into two parts - the theoretical bases and the thesis itself. The theoretical part deals with the definitions of the fundamental concepts, such as a political party, a municipality, municipal administration, the municipal election system, and last but not at least it is focused on the party systems and their applicability in practice. The practical part of the dissertation is approached as a case study dealing with the town of Nýrsko. It contains a short characterization of the basic demographic and socio-economic indicator of the municipality. The thesis searches for the main factors having an influence on the party system in the municipality of Nýrsko, it inquires about the political area for the consequent study of the political system, the extent of political participation, the political plurality and the inception of political parties. Then the applicability of the party system theory and the role of political parties in the local political area are researched.
