The work is dealing with seďs' economic, demographic and social conditions on the North Bohemian estate ofHorní Police in the 18th century. It seeks to examine to what extent factors independent of will of man took share in career of individuals and to what degree the scope for free serf decision-making was available in the early modem society. The work is based on the fact that it is possible to trace back the so called life cycles of particular social strata conditioned by gender in spite of a broad range of ordinary people' s individual fates. The work keeps to seďs' lists ofHorní Police which have been handed down in a coherent number since 1709. This source of key importance for the study both of life cycles and of a number of demographic indicators has been complemented by the analysis of further materials which arose from activities of the manorial court, from land and particularly church registers. Kučírek, Luboš ; Štenglová, Ivanka (referee) ; Patěk, Daniel (advisor)
54 Resumé The topic of thesis is "Termination of participation in the partnership of a limited liability company." The reason why I chose this topic is my interest in the commercial companies especially limited liability company. A limited liability company is one of the newest forms of commercial companies. In spite of this fact is one of the most used companies, not only in the Czech Republic. A limited liability company ranks among the corporate enterprises, although includes personal elements. This theme is very closely linked with the practice of commercial companies. If there is participation in the partnership of a limited liability company, then there must be the basis of the termination of the participation in the relationship. The aim of the thesis is the particular termination of participation in the partnership of a limited liability company. It isn't limited to enumerate the various types of termination of participation in the partnership, but the interpretation is complemented by views of jurisprudence and legal theory. Particular reasons for termination of participation in the partnership are logically classified according to whether the disappearance of the participation of the partnership and company continues or occurs also in the winding up of companies. Chapter two focuses on the...

The significant difference between regrassed and naturally revegetated fields was not found. The effect of surrounding was important, most meadow species (92% in average)that were found in the field occurring in the surroundings too.

Current Trends within the State Support Credit Insurance System in the Czech Republic
Nakládal, Jiří ; Daňhel, Jaroslav (advisor) ; Fárek, Jiří (referee) ; Procházka, Jan (referee)
This dissertation offers a complex analysis of the state supported export credit market in the Czech Republic. For the most part of the work the author deals with credit insurance market as it represents a key part of the system. Author analyses portfolio specifics of the local export credit insurance agency and searches for the most effective risk mitigation techniques and procedures in order to maintain its long-term non-loss operations while keeping in mind its special supportive mission. Particular attention is given to the export credit insurance agency's business policy that copes with problems of information asymmetry, moral hazard and adverse selection. Author points out the differences between state supported and commercial insurers, analyses European legislation preventing export credit agencies from competition with commercial insurers and outlines more effective endogenous and self-regulating system. Minority of the work deals with less important export credit financing agency that represents a dominant player at the export credit financing market. Author finds almost twenty reasons of its extraordinary position at the market that has no analogy within developed countries worldwide and outlines a system securing its complement role to the commercial banks. Finally the author provides the analysis of the whole state supported export credit system, highlights its main risks in conjunction with each other and concludes that combination of negative circumstances influencing several important features of the system could possibly lead to a long-term instability of the system.
