Marriage and family in the New Testament

Marriage is God `s wanting and blessed relationship between man and woman. Already with creation God assigned humane creature to be equal even though they are different. God creatured man and woman to be for each other love each other and support each other. Example for them have to be God`s love to his chosen people, whom he loves with unconditional love. Wedlock is a sacrament sacred and holly. According the Bible teaching, monogamy and unfaithfulness are sin. Child is for the couple God`s gift, whom he is blessing, loves and have a special plan for. Children are blessings and pride of the parents. Family with many children is assurance for keeping faith and be strong and together at time of suffering. Family is participation in God`s creature. Responsibilities for each member in the family, helps matured each person. Husband and father have the responsibility for his wife and children before God and society. He also is commissioned to secure financially the family and support their traditions and religious life. Woman as a mother and wife with caring love arranges home for her children and husband. She is can not be subjected to her husband, as we learned unfortunately from the history, because that's against God wish. Work-family balance as a problem of social policy

The submitted text represents updated and extended version of my MA thesis "Work-Family balance: Solving Dilemma". The main objective of this paper is to present the results of empirical research and analyses of causes and consequences which affect and disturb straight-through connection between work (e.g. paid job) and family responsibilities (especially childcare). In the theoretical part of this paper was used a theory of the welfare state, the equal opportunity theory (especially between men and women) and the concept of human potential. Culture and gender stereotypes are probably the most considerable causes of difficult reconciling work and family duties. Some of the EU member states altogether with the Czech Republic are still keeping so-called breadwinner model, which maintain traditional status between women and men in the society. According to this model women are mainly responsible for childbearing, childcare and household keeping while men should care about economical aspect of family life. An analysis has shown close-knit connection between type of welfare state, welfare state policies and relevant implications on the field of work-family balance and quality of life. Within last twenty years is has been changed significantly several times. The changes have been intended to contribute mainly to the reduction in the number of exploited sickness leaves, to the strengthening of responsibility of employees, employers and physicians. After 1989 the system faced many legal modifications. This thesis is focused on analysis of the health insurance system in the Czech Republic after year 1989. The theoretical resources of the thesis are human and social rights, social security and its principles. The main segment of the theoretical part of the thesis is a function of the right for social security and a description of health insurance. The exploratory part of the thesis analyses the chosen occurrences relating to the health insurance system problems and thereby it responds to questions asked in the introduction of the thesis. The Concept of Freedom in Paul's Letters

Anglická anotace Concept of Freedom in Paul's Letters The aim of this diploma work is to present the Theology of Freedom that appears in the authentic Letters of Paul the Apostle. After a short introduction to the period context in the first chapter (which describes a concept of Freedom in the Hellenistic and Roman world and in the Judaism) the author comes to the main point that is Paul's concept of Freedom. This second chapter is divided into four sections - Freedom from the Sin, Freedom for the Good, Holy Spirit and Freedom, Freedom and Community. In each section the main pericopes from Letters of Paul are commented and put in the synthesis. As a conclusion of the work the author tries to show the inspirations of Paul's concept of Freedom for the contemporary discussion. The History of and Present-Day Athletics in Jablonec nad Nisou

Jablonecká atletika vznikala za nelehkých podmínek, přesto se podařilo překlenout těžké začátky a roku 1947 byl při Sokolu založen první lehkoatletický oddíl. O dva roky později byl oddíl oficiálně ustanoven. Nevyhovující prostory na novoveském koupališti byly nahrazeny zázemím sportovního areálu Střelnice, kde byla roku 1951 otevřena 400 m dlouhá čtyřproudová dráha, kterou se v letech 1965 - 1967 podařilo rozšířit na šestidráhu. Na podzim 1967 jablonecká atletika triumfovala. Byla otevřena stálá krytá hala, jež se stala sportovním chrámem pro všechny příznivce atletiky. Díky této stavbě se v Jablonci nad Nisou uskutečnilo 65 mistrovství republiky všech kategorií, více než 120 mezinárodních závodů. Nejúspěšnějším obdobím atletického oddílu TJ LIAZ jsou léta 1975 - 1989. Otevření Střediska vrcholového sportu při TJ LIAZ, rozšíření haly r. 1977, vybudování lesního sportovního areálu v Srnčím dole a položení tartanové dráhy r. 1989 jsou důkazem, jaké oblibě se atletika v té době těšila. V Jablonci jsme svědky několika světových rekordů, na Mistrovství Evropy v Praze 1978 startovalo osm jabloneckých atletů. V období po roce 1989 pokračují modernizační snahy (vybudování samostatného atletického stadionu, v současné době probíhající rekonstrukce kryté haly), ale na druhou stranu dochází také k převodu sportovního...

Sanation of dysfunction families

K tématu diplomové práce mě inspirovala práce v Poradně pro občanství, občanská a lidská práva v Praze, kde působím druhým rokem, jako terénní sociální pracovnice v programu "Sanace rodin", tzn., že se zabývám podporou dysfunkčních rodin, jejichž děti jsou umístěny v ústavní výchově nebo jim takové umístění hrozí. V první části se zaměřuji na význam funkční rodiny pro zdravý vývoj a výchovu dítěte a na nově vzniklé rodinné systémy a změny, které nastaly v posledních letech v ČR, a s nimi související problémy, které není stát schopen efektivně řešit. Dále na problémy dysfunkčních rodin a možnosti, jak s těmito rodinami pracovat. Jednu z těchto efektivních forem sociální práce s dysfunkčními rodinami jsem zvolila za hlavní téma své práce. Jedná se o tzv. sanaci dysfunkčních rodin, kterou u nás využívají především nestátní, neziskové organizace. Důvodem je velká časová náročnost a práce především v přirozeném prostředí klientů, tzn. v terénu . Sociální pracovnice neziskových organizací, které mají v průměru 20 rodin, mají dostatečný prostor pro práci s rodinami, dle jejich aktuálních potřeb, na rozdíl od sociálních pracovnic orgánů sociálně-právní ochrany dětí, které mají v průměru 359 rodin ročně. Z toho plyne, že nemají potřebný čas se těmto rodinám plně věnovat a jejich sociální práce má potom ve větší míře...

Ownership of land and its transfer as reflected by tax legislation

Ownership and transfers of land in the persperctive of tax law Main purpose of this thesis is to present all taxes which are levied on ownership or transfers of land arising from any legal title. Subject of the thesis are not only taxes typically connected with land, such as land tax or real estate transfer tax but also personal income tax, corporate income tax and value added tax. The main reason of my choice of this subject was my natural interest in this area and connection between public and private law which is very strong in the matter in question. Financial law is typical public law and tax law is one branch of financial law. However, the subject of taxation is land in this thesis. The owneship of land, as an essential base of all human activity, is the basic subject of private law. The mixture of the two is therefore unique. Chapter Two introduces tax law area and main definitions are descibed here. Attention is also focused on the definition of land and its picture in current law. Another area descibed there are principles of evaluation of property according to Czech law. Also historical development of tax law in area of Czech republic is included there. The Liturgy of the Hours, its historical forms and options for the celebration in contemporary Czech parishes

English abstract Title: Liturgy of the Hours, its Historical Forms and Options for the Celebration in Contemporary Czech Parishes Abstract: The paper is devoted to the history and theology of the Liturgy of Hours with the accent on its application in contemporary Czech parishes. It tries to find the answer to the question how celebrate the main parts of the Divine Office on religious holidays in ordinary parishes in order to make breviary: a meaningful and viable enrichment of the pastoral agenda for parishes; a source for the spiritual life of the believers; an attractive ritual for the non-believers; an enrichment and not the obligation for priests. The knowledge of the history and theology of breviary, the teaching of the Magisterium and the necessary sociopastoral data about contemporary parish communities are used for the analysis. The discussion about possible return to the so-called cathedral office makes part of the paper. The character of the papers allows its future application as a theological ground rewritable into a certain handbook for the celebration of the Liturgy of the Hours in parishes. Czech opera arrangements in the sixties of the 20th century

Ve snaze vystihnout základní rysy českého operního divadla šedesátých let 20. století se zaměřuji na režisérské osobnosti, které určovaly jeho podobu ve dvou hlavních divadelních centrech tehdejšího Československa - v Praze a v Brně. Sledují jejich tvorbu v kontextu domácí tradice, a to nejprve v obecnější rovině: kterak se vymezují vůči estetické doktríně let padesátých, vracejí se k impulsům meziválečné avantgardy a zároveň navazují na tradici pujmanovskou (hilarovskou). Představuji tedy základní náhled jednotlivých režisérů na pozici a poslání režiséra v operním divadle (jak ho sami prezentovali ve svých úvahách a jak ho odrážejí jejich inscenace). V dalších kapitolách pak podrobněji charakterizuji (převážně na základě domácích inscenací z let šedesátých) režijní rukopis klíčových režisérských osobností- s vědomím, že krystalizoval ve spolupráci se scénografy, herci, dirigenty. Navazuji tak na svou diplomovou práci, v níž jsem monograficky představila operního režiséra Ladislava Štrose: jeho režijní rukopis, jevištní poetiku. A usiluji tak dále přispět k poznání českého poválečného operního divadla, jehož odborná reflexe je zatím značně kusá. Větší pozornosti se opakovaně dostalo pouze Velké opeře 5. května (tedy období 1945-1948), na kterou se z hlediska operní režie na konci devadesátých let důkladněji...
