Route optimization for the parcels distribution
Ptáčková, Michaela ; Borovička, Adam (advisor) ; Čížek, Ondřej (referee)
This thesis deals with optimization problems of the parcels distribution. This issue can be solved on the ground of traveling salesman problem whose mathematical and economic model, including their modifications, are presented in the theoretical part of the thesis. We can solve these problems by using exact methods, heuristic and metaheuristic algorithms. In the theoretical part are described traveling salesman problem, traveling salesman problem with time windows, traveling salesman problem with multiple time windows and dynamic traveling salesman problem including possible ways of solution. In the practical part we can find application of problems on the real example, when we are finding the shortest possible route for the PPL's employee under different assumptions. The solution is obtained by using solver Gurobi within the modelling system MPL for Windows. In conclusion of the thesis the results are summarized and models are compared with each other.

The thesis is divided into several parts: firstly, theory of corporate governance and risk management are introduced with explanation of their interconnection, which also contain defined list of methods and tools for evaluation of risk management and corporate governance quality. In the analytical part of the thesis, comparative analysis of risk management practices in different states is applied with evaluation of their quality, methods of statistical analysis are employed to test the hypothesis about difference of risk management quality in companies with large and mid capitalization and strength and weaknesses of corporate governance and risk management in particular states are summarized.

Occupational relations with a foreign subject
Bruzková, Nela ; Soušková, Milena (advisor) ; Marková, Hana (referee)
The Master s thesis presents and summarizes problematic areas of the Czech legislation related to the occupational relations with a foreign subject. Essential literature used for this purpose were Employment of foreigners and sending employees and self-employed abroad. 2nd update. ed. written by P. Boušková and International employment, posting and hiring workers, 1st edition, written by L. Rytířová and J. Teperové. However it was necessary to draw on bilateral agreements and legislation, both Czech and international. The content has been structured into five main chapters, the first one is devoted to the legal regulation of occupational relations with a foreign subject, the second chapter contains analysis of labor migration and its problems. The third and fourth delineated a structure of employment and social security. Final chapter is devoted to the migration of Czech citizens abroad. The various major chapters have been divided into subchapters which followed the different parts of the main topic in detail.

Selected aspects of robust regression and comparison of robust regression methods
Černý, Jindřich ; Blatná, Dagmar (advisor) ; Vrabec, Michal (referee) ; Dohnal, Gejza (referee)
This dissertation examines the robust regression methods. The primary purpose of this work is to propose an extension, derivation and summary (including computational algorithm) for Theil-Sen's regression estimates (or in some literature also referred to as Passing-Bablok's regression method) for multi-dimensional space and compare this method to other robust regression methods. The combination of these two objectives is the primary and the original contribution of the dissertation. Based on the available literature it is unknown if anyone has discussed this problem in greater depth and solved it in total. Therefore this work provides a summary overview of the issue and offers a new alternative of this multidimensional, nonparametric, robust regression method. Secondary goals include a clear summary of other robust methods, a summary of findings related to these robust regression methods, robust methods compared with each other placing emphasis on the comparison with the proposed Theil-Sen's regression estimates method and with the least squares method. The summary also includes individual mathematical context and interchangeability of the proposed methods. These secondary objectives are also another benefit of this dissertation in the field of robust regression problems; this is especially important to gain a unified view of the problems of robust regression methods and estimates in general.

There is an overall summary and evaluation of the minucupality is economics at the end of my bachelor thesis. According to established results were suggested to the municipality several recommendations.

Methodology for modeling of dynamic processes by finite element method - Phase I
Kolman, Radek ; Gabriel, Dušan ; Červ, Jan ; Plešek, Jiří
In the report, the using of explicit finite element analysis for solving wave propagation problems in solids is presented in depth. Its grid and full dispersion analysis is given with the influence of mesh size and time step size. Conclusion of the report summarizes criteria for mesh size and time step size settings so that dispersion errors do not exceed permissible values.
