Testing parameters of stepper motors at different microstepping mode

This thesis deals with design and construction of test equipment that allows measurements of basic parameters of stepper motors. The first part is devoted to the search about the principle of operation of the hybrid stepper motor. For the analysis engine has been used a mathematical simulation model with real parameters in Matlab/Simulink. The next section is the design of mechanical and electronic form of the test facility with a description of the components used. The last part of this work is focused on measuring the excitation currents and measuring loss of steps at various control modes and microstepping.

The purpose of this thesis is to calculate drives of three axis manipulator. The aim is to create 3D model of machine, to analyze model and to use data for calculation. This bachaloers thesis deals with automation of the deposition process of the ultrathin layers by IBAD method. One of the tasks is to design motorized target and shutter manipulator. The thesis therefore contain drawings of these manipulators. Which enable their control by stepper motors. Second task is to design of electronics and program control of primary and secondary ion source. In this part is described connection of the system with the computer using AD/DA converters and the appropriate programming. Last part of the thesis deals with differences between automated and manual control of the system, their advantages and disadvantages.

The aim of the work is a design of an experimental device for an accelerometer static charakteristics measurement via Matlab-Simulink. That means a feedback from accelerometer with a tilt in degrees and display threedimensional histograms. The device is realized as a rotary platform hold on a shaft of stepper engine by one side and by the second side on a shaft of arithmetical potenciometer. Between the partial objective of the work was the acquainting with a card MF624, Real Time Toolbox and controling stepper engines.
