The bachelor´s thesis is focused on branding of company selling musical instruments. The first part of the thesis deals with theoretical knowledges. In the analytical part is application of theoretical knowledges on the observed company. Based on elaboration of individual branding elements of the company and competition, are processed activities suggestions for brand development of the company.

The bachelor´s thesis serves as a proposal of a strategy for company´s further development. The company´s main business activity is production of cosmetic products. The starting point for this thesis is analysis of actual situation of the company and its processes. The thesis has three parts while the first one is theoretical and deals with the question of strategy proposal and strategic analysis, in the second part there is an analysis of the current condition of a company and the third part offers a practical suggestion of company´s options and steps it can take in order to achieve further development.

Diploma thesis should serve as a proposal of a strategy of competitive encounters for management of company. Realization of this proposal has assumption for strengthening the competitiveness of the company, and the successful development of the company in the future. This thesis is divided into three parts- theoretical, analytical and project part. Basic terms and used methods for strategic analysis of extarnal and internal influences are described in theoretical part. These methods are applied on the actual company in the analytical part. Suggested alternative of solutions are described in the project part. The most suitable alternative is defined in the closure.

The objective of this thesis is to review market activity of dermo-cosmetic studio care4you and to design marketing conception with regard to approaching brand expansion to another country seats within Slovak republic territory. Thesis is divided into 3 parts. First part is focused on explanation of basic theoretical concepts of marketing strategy creation of a company that provides services. Second part is dedicated to introduction of care4you company, analysis of micro and macro environment effect on company and also what communication strategy of company has been like so far and rating of research outputs and also attitude and opinion statement of current and potential customers of care4you. Design of marketing strategy attributes and action plan of dermo-cosmetic studio care4you for 2016 year is the content of last part.

Banking Fees - The Development Of Retail Banking Fees In Czech Republic

Paper analyse retail banking fees in Czech Republic. It depicts bank methods of pricing retail banking fees and selected fees are compared across the market. Competition at similar foreign markets is shortly analysed as comparison tool. Testing the demand side of this market surprisingly revealed that the lack of competition between retail banks is not the main reason of low pressure on retail banking fees decrease. The same testing shows the significant passivity of customers as main cause.
