The main aim of diploma thesis is suggestion of proper market entry strategy of firm Benzina, s.r.o. (Unipetrol, a.s.) to foreign market. Work contains analysis of current situation in domestic market in the Czech Republic and analysis of industry in Ukrainian market. The basic analytical methods were introduced and consequently applied. On the basis of conducted analysis was recommended market entry strategy to the Ukraine.
Mathematical modelling diffusion of metal ions in humic gel

The subject of this bachelor thesis was simulation of diffusion processes proceeding in the reactive gelous media using the COMSOL Multiphysics software. The aim of this study was to develop a comprehensive set of models available for the interpretation of experimental data obtained in the study of metal ions transport in the humic acids hydrogel. The main consideration was given to the influence of porosity modelling and chemical interactions on the diffusion characteristics (mainly diffusion flow). Within the simulation of the influence of chemical reactions, different kinetic models were used (one-way reaction of first and second order and reverse reaction).

Maximalizace tržní hodnoty podniku by měla být jedním ze základních cílů každého podniku. V současnosti existuje několik metod, jak spočítat jeho hodnotu. Základní problematikou diplomové práce je na základě studia dostupné české a zahraniční literatury, aplikovat získané poznatky o oceňování na konkrétní podnik. V této práci bude provedena analýza současné situace, finanční a strategická analýza, sestavení finančního plánu, stanovení diskontní míry a aplikace vhodné oceňovací metody na společnost ABC s.r.o. Výsledkem bude stanovení subjektivní hodnoty podniku.
Experimental and computer modeling diffusion of low-molecular solutes in gel – based carriers

This diploma thesis is focused on combination of experimental study and computer modelling of diffusion processes in gel phases. The aim of experimental part of the diploma thesis was to test and optimize the setting of the diffusion coefficient in gel medium by using the method of horizontal diffusion cells, commonly used for study of diffusion processes through membranes. Specific description of experiments was to determinate the impact of presence of reactive component in inert hydro-gel carrier on final value of diffusion coefficient of low-molecular model diffusion probe. The defined dependencies were subsequently combined with computer simulation of diffusion process in a properly designed model in order to determinate the experimentally unavailable system parameters. The stated combination of both approaches was proved to be an appropriate instrument for studying of hydro-gels with a wide potential especially in the field of preparation of hydro-gel carriers with controlled release of active substances.
