On the optimization of a production line in a mass production

This diploma project deals with the production line in the selected company. The theoretical part is dealing with lean production, followed by the company description and description of the production line itself. The diploma project looks at the production line from a variety of perspectives and looks for the most appropriate points to optimize. The most important aspects are the efficiency of production and ergonomics. After finding critical points, different solutions are proposed and they are further elaborated, evaluated and the most appropriate one is recommended.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is survey of computer classrooms from the ergonomic point of view and show ergonomic rules to internet community in accessible form. Theoretic knowledge was gain from literature connected with ergonomic and work hygiene. Main relevance was given to use of computer and ergonomic of computer classroom. Several schools was evaluates in practical part with focus on ergonomic suitability. The conclusions of this thesis are websites contains ergonomics rules and suggestions. Application for diagnostic of current situation, with advices for better ergonomic situation, is also part of websites.

Title: Informing teachers about the importance of correct seating and ergonomic work space. Problem definition: This dissertation addresses Basic and Special School teachers' and Teachers College students' level of awarness about the meaning of Corrected sitting position and their knowledge of suitable ergonomic, educational school furniture and the conditions for achieving the right Corrected sitting position. Reasoning: Children at schools often have problems with corrected sitting and teachers often don't know the aspects of right body-control. They also very often pay no or very little attention to this problem. Corrected sitting position, which is necessary to be applied in schools, is one of the fundamental pre-requisite of right kinetic advancement and creation of premises for school work. Dissertation objectives: Purpose of this dissertation is to find out what is the teachers' level of awareness about the necessity of using Corrected sitting position at schools and aspects of the right body-control and how much they know about the possibilities of using ergonomic educational furniture. Application of the principles and methodologies of web design in practice

In this diploma thesis the author wrote up actual theoretical basis, which every participant of the front-end development process of web-design should stick. There are categorization of websites, generalization of key-successful-web attributes and performance of two chosen design methodologies which are contained in the related part. In the practical part the author applied acquired knowledge on the real business subject especially by methodology combining. The prototype as a result is compiled from logical design series supported by research. There is a graphical design of home page also completing the whole result.

The plants recognition mobile application UI Specification

This thesis describes the design of an application for recognizing plants. The application will run on mobile platforms with Android OS. Part of the thesis is focused on creation of a database of meadow plants and creation of a paper prototype, which will verify the applicability of the designed user interface. The user takes a photo of the flower plant that he wants to recognize and the application looks up the given flower in the database. During photographing the application guides the user how to take the picture of the plant.
The first part of the thesis defines terms such as application, UI specification, Android, paper prototype and macro photography. It is focused mainly on taking photographs of plants under optimal conditions and proper camera settings. The second part includes UI specification, which consists of motivation, definition, goal definition, personification, use case, scenario, and of logical and graphical design.

The topic of this master’s thesis is design of a medical ultrasound diagnostic machine. The thesis focuses on a new perspective on composition and shaping of the ultrasound machine while respecting technical and ergonomic requirements. The goal of this thesis is addition of an aesthetic value and incorporation of new technologies so the product is able to compete on the current market.

Ergonomic environment of nursery school and its influence on preschool children from the teacher's point of view

The bachelor's thesis is focused on ergonomic enviroment in nursery school and its influence on preschool children from the teacher's point of view. Theoretical part deals with types of enviromen ts that affect children. The term "ergonomics" itself and also its components are clarified in the thesis. Ergonomic factors that can positively or negatively influence adults or children in their "work enviroment" are described. Practical part was carried out using a questionnaire. Twenty questions were answered by 98 nursery school teachers. Also the method of observation was used. I was present in ten nursery schools. There, I focused on every detail connected with ergonomics. The results of the research confirmed the influence of ergonomics on preschool children.
