Financial relations between the state budget and local budgets

65 9. RESUMÉ Budgetary structure presents collection of the state budget, there are some links between them, although the concrete budgets are relatively independent. It is possible to observe their connections because there are some financial relations. On the local level we speak about a budget of municipalities and regions and then about budgets of subjects which develop on behalf of these regions. The state budget is constituted for the whole state, but there are some other budgets eg. budget of municipalities, budgets of voluntary bonds of municipalities etc. Budgetary structure consists of many different budgets, the most important role is playing the state budget. The state budget can be defined in many ways. A budget can be described as a financial plan, a balance sheet, monetary fund or a means of financial policy or means of government. There should be also defined its relation to budget of EU and to a budget of regions. The capital can be transfered among the budgets. If the subsidies are given by state to a local government, there are lots of tasks, which have to be fullfiled. The subsidies can represent an act of solidarity between the concrete budgets. Early intervention system

The aim of this project is to introduce a "System of early intervention" using methodology assigned by the Home Office. The System of early intervention is a process of work and communication in the area of social and legal protection of children and juvenils and fraud prevention. I am describing my reasons for the creation of this project and its general set up for the Czech Republic. The project is relevant to the problems of endangered and delinquant children and juveniles, and I am explaining the terms related to the subject in this introduction accordingly. In the next section I will target the development of fraud in the Czech Republic and I will mention some examples of foreign countries for comparison. Due to several departments being involved in the execution of this project, I am further introducing their activity in connection with the system. After introduction with the project on a general level, I will focus on concrete examples of work in the way that is being implemented in the Town district Prague 2. To comply with the title of my work, I am practically addressing the comparison of the System of early intervention in the nine towns in which the project has already been implemented. Interaction between literature and film in Manuel Puig's novel

In the thesis "Interaction between literature and film in Manuel Puig's novel" we attempted to present a brief research of a possible relation between literature and film in the novel "Boquitas pintadas". The objective of this work was to answer the question whether there is some kind of interaction or interrelation between these two artistic forms and how this interaction is being showed. In the first part of this work we tried to define relation between literature and film in general focusing on their diverse means of expression which can be used for representing the concrete features. In this connection we sketched the possible ways of expression and we tried to find out whether the literature and film differ intrinsically. In this part we also investigated the influence of the film on Manuel Puig's writing in general. We mentioned the literary critics and the author's opinions about whether this influence is present or not in Puig's novels, as far as the formal elements (the narrator, characters description, dialogue) as well as the thematic elements (sentimental motives, melodrama) are concerned. Approach to the selection of content management system for the organization concerned

The feature objective of this work is to select appropriate content management system for the organization concerned, in the concrete Filmový klub VŠE. This is achieved by setting criteria and forming a methodological approach. The selection process is first defined in general conditions. Then the process is placing restrictive conditions narrowing the set of available products. This procedure is then verified in practical terms of Filmový klub VŠE. Afterwards, the three most suitable systems are valued in accordance with established criteria and the best one that meets the specified conditions is chosen. Created approach can be applied to any other comparable organization. The work is structured into three main parts. The first part deals with the theory related to content management systems. The second part defines the general methodology in the organizations concerned and in the last part is the methodology applied to a specific case and the evaluation is done.

Eritrea and Somaliland - comparison of independence struggle

The aim of this thesis is to compare efforts of Eritrea and Somaliland to obtain independence and to find out why Eritrea was in independence obtaining succesful and Somaliland not. Chapter 1 offers a basic theoretical background concerning a question of international law and formation of a state. Based on basic international law documents regarding this topic it describes crucial terms and principles. Further it discusses a question of secession justifiability and it concerns also application of theoretical principles in reality. Chapter 2 includes basic geographical information and ethnical characteristics of population of both regions. Chapter 3 briefly describes history of both states from their emergence up to the beginning of fifties of the last century. The aim of this chapter is to describe international and internal influences which formed uniqueness of both regions within parent states which later supported the efforts to obtain independence. Chapter 4 is devoted to a concrete description of both areas' efforts to obtain independence in the second half of 20th century. It focuses mainly on international negotiations regarding future of both countries, formation and development of independence movements and the concrete course of independence declaration. Chapter 5 evaluates the course and results of independence struggle in both countries.

Healthy lifestyle of young population

Name of the thesis is Healthy lifestyle of young population. Teoretic part explains elementary concepts, which related with this topic, highlights the main principles of healthy lifestyle and describes risky behavior at adolescents. Attention is given to programs and projects which support sports and healthy food for adolescents. Besides legislation and financing examined institution is define institutional analysis from the Bronislaw Malinowski in last chapter of teoretic part.
Institucional analysis from the Bronislaw Malinowski is applied in practice in the empirical part of the thesis, concretely on Elementary school Město Touškov. From this analysis enables to determine whether the institution fulfils its public role regarding healthy lifestyle of its pupils and whether it has enough resources for this purpose. The values of the pupil´s BMI is used to determine whether the activities of the institution have an effect on the health condition of the pupils. Another step is describing the provision, which the school apllies for pupils of first class. After overal evaluation is recommendation for school and better healthy lifestyle of young population.
