The bachelor´s thesis is focused on job-law relationships, specifically on system of employee rewarding for the selected employer. Target of the thesis is especially to optimize personal outlay of employer. Theoretical part is focused on clarification of relationships between employer and employees. Next part is devoted to the analysis of present state of rewarding of employee and questionnaire survey. Based on the analysis are suggested optimal solutions leading to economical and tax handiness.

This bachelor´s thesis deals with possible difficulties related to relocation of employer. The theoretical part describes mainly labour relations and connected issues from legal, accounting and tax point of view. The practical part includes analysis of specific problem in company Eichenauer, spol. s r. o. The aim of this thesis is to evaluate, if relocation of the part of corporation would be convenient, and alternatively suggest, how to motivate employees to accept the agreement about change of place of performance of work.

The purpose of this thesis on the topic "Employee's benefits and their influence on financial indicators of selected company" is to characterise the most frequently provided employee's benefits in companies in general and specific benefits used in the selected company. The theoretical part will deal with the definition of the term "employee's benefits", their classification, as well as the tax deductibility. Last but not least, they are defined the basic financial indicators and it is indicated the influence of employee'benefits on their figure. The practical part is focused on provided employee's benefits in the company Carrier, Ltd., and their impact on the financial indicators of the company. There i salso disclosed a questionnaire for the employees of company about employee's benefits, whether they use these benefits and whether they are satisfied with them.
Employment satisfaction with the corporate social improvement

Diploma work has a theoreticaly-empirical character. Theoretical part is divided into three following chapters and their subchapters. It specifies and explains basic terms connected with corporate social policy, social improvement of employees, employment benefits, as well as the impact of economy crisis on social care. The main target of empirical part is to find out, how the structure of employment benefits changed in comparisson with the time before crisis, what influence did it have on the satisfaction of the employees, and on their attitude towards the company. The centre of the work is the analysis of the results of the survey. The survey was completed using form disquisition. In the closure of the work are evaluated specified anticipations and recommendations, how to make program of employment benefits efective, so the employees are satisfied as well as the employer itself.
