Tato diplomová práce řeší problematiku motivačního systému u firmy Telconnect, s.r.o., poukazuje na problémy a zabývá se případnými nedostatky dosavadního motivačního systému. Nový motivační systém by měl vynikat svou zajímavostí a cíleností na zaměstnance, ale zároveň také co nejmenší finanční nenáročností pro firmu. V práci jsou uvedeny základní teoretické postupy, praktická řešení a návrhy, které by měly vést k celkovému zlepšení dosavadního systému, a tím k zefektivnění pracovního nasazení zaměstnanců. This thesis solves the problem of motivation system in the company Telconnect, Ltd. and notes and address any deficiencies of motivation system. New motivation system should excel its attraction and targeting the employees, but also minimized the financial intensity for the company. In my thesis are provided basic theoretical knowledge, practical solutions and suggestions, which could lead to total improvement of the system and effective work of employees.
