Demand Analysis and its Application for Building of Competitiveness of the Company

This thesis deals with the demand analysis of the company Apleg systems, Ltd., which focuses on the production, sale of fencing components and service providing in the form montages and advice. It characterizes the market in which the company operates, and analyses customers and factors affecting their demand through price elasticity of demand determines their reactions to price changes. Performs analysis of the company and the competition analysis and based on results of these analyses proposes measures to improve the competitiveness of this company.
The Proposal of Marketing Strategy for Individual Entry Into the Business of Language Education

The master’s thesis is concerned with the proposal of marketing strategy of individual entry into the business of language education in Brno. The thesis contains primary and secondary research of the market. The secondary research is focused on competition and informal education of adults. The primary one inquires into consumer, the needed data were obtained through online questionnaire survey. Consequently, the marketing strategy is defined with emphasis on marketing mix.
Product innovation in mobile applications

Aim of this master thesis is to determine whether the introduction of new functionality into mobile application based on existing competitive trends, can grant selected application a new position on the market. To evaluate the hypothesis we used data collection and feedback from users. Thesis shows introduces various aspects associated with product management in practice. The theoretical part defines the product management and mobile applications as products, product innovation and describes the methodology used within management of the product. The goal of the practical part is the selection process of the new functionality, which is corporate program, description of all aspects of the preparation of the functionality and consequently its development. Based on the data and the feedback from users we evaluate its contribution to the company Liftago and its new positioning on the market.
Time-café business plan

The aim of this thesis is to create a business plan for a time-café and evaluate the possibility of establishing and running this in Prague. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part allows the information that starting businessman needs to know and understand in order to create a successful business plan. The practical part is formed in relation to knowledge gained from the previous one and contains the business plan of time-café "Časoprostor". The author discusses the evaluation of this potential enterprise in the market by analyzing its competitors, building up marketing strategy. Also it contains financial plan and evaluation of effectiveness of the project. Conclusion of the thesis determines the plan from the point of realization.
Financial Strategy of Tech Start-up

This Bachelor's Thesis aims at launching a technology start-up project within a marketing agency named Via Caroli. Recently founded project offers CDN (content delivery network) services on a global market and aims to maximize profit and the number of customers. The Thesis is divided into two parts which are connected. The first part is theoretical and includes definitions that are essential for building a business plan, marketing strategies, technology and project's cash flow management. The second part is practical and focuses on a strategy of launching a new service on a global marketplace, competition analysis and utilizing internal resources to build a group of businesses offering various services in the field of online marketing, which could create a synergistic effect. The purpose of this Bachelor's Thesis is creating a strategy for the company's most critical period, which will lead to fulfilling objectives of Via Caroli.
The entry of the Czech company to the German market via e-shop

This master thesis concentrates especially on practical aspects of entrance of a specific Czech company to the German market through e-commerce. Therefore the thesis affects the whole process from the primary situation analysis prior to entering the market, through entrance strategy making process, partial marketing and financial strategies assembly, logistic and financial partners selection, concluded by launching the e-shop itself and processes of the strategic success factors evaluation. The first objective of this thesis is to create a strategy plan of entrance to the German market through e-shop. The second objective is to map the key aspects of the international expansion of the Czech company via e-shop concerning the environment in Germany.
Possibility of using social networks to support business

This thesis deals with the possibilities of using social networks for increasing the competitiveness of the company. The theoretical part defines basic terms that are closely related to social networks. First part is focused on social media and their usage in Czech or European companies which is supported by statistical data. Another part of the thesis focuses on the world most common social networks and their usage in relation to Competitive Intelligence. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with analytics and monitoring tools. The practical part of the thesis contains competitive research on the company Antee and its major competitors in social networks usage. The main output of the practical part is based on the thorough analysis and it proposes strategy on a successful entrance into social networks for Antee.
Activity analysis and marketing strategy of the Alwyn hotel

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe and assess the activity of a chosen four-star hotel, define its marketing mix and strategy and perform a satisfaction analysis of the customers that should find out if the current strategy of the hotel management is successful. The chosen hotel is a small family hotel named Alwyn situated in Karlín. This thesis focuses on characteristics of the Alwyn hotel, its marketing mix and strategy, development of the basic economic indicators, the competitive analysis and the SWOT analysis. The work also contains a questionnaire concerning the guests' satisfaction with the accommodation and possible suggestions that could lead to a greater satisfaction of both guests and management of the hotel.
The economic analysis of the integration of the travel agents Obnova Ltd. and Travel Agent Marcela Drašnarová

The thesis looks at a detailed evaluation of the potential merger of two travel agents (Travel Agent Obnova Ltd., and Travel Agent Marcela Drašnarová). The first part deals with a comprehensive analysis of both companies. The theoretical characteristic of financial analysis builds its practical implementation on the example of Travel Agent Obnova. Qualitative analysis is based on PEST analysis, competitive analysis and SWOT analysis for the two above mentioned companies. The second part is devoted to the integration of enterprises in the tourism sector as part of the globalization process. The paper presents specific examples of merger based on real experience. In conclusion, the thesis characterizes and assesses the options for the integration of those travel agents.
Strategic Analysis of an Enterprise
